Endosurge/Erase/DAA 8 week Run! First natty stack....

It must have been another supplement, enhanced recovery by staying off the joint, or placebo...because curcumin's bioavailability is too low for any effect besides that in the gut. Now if you were taking an absurd amount, I can understand.

Didn't see this before, sorry. I'm taking curcumin in a micellar phospholipid carrier to increase bioavailability. It's called Meriva and boasts a bioavailability of ~4x greater than standard extracts. So, in taking 2g a day of Meriva Curcumin, I should be getting serum levels approx. equivalent to 6-8g of normal curcumin.
 
Sorry guys... I know i promised an update...I'll get one on here today... I didn't get to e gym yesterday because I had the best news of my life (besides the birth of my son)... I got accepted to commission in the Air Force...now I have to start competing for a pilot slot.

Alright...little update for the peanut gallery!

Starting to feel like my recovery is way better. My legs and back are never sore more than a day or so which is very new to me...normally I can't walk for two days after legs! Kind of a funny story, I put on some pants I haven't worn in a couple weeks. They used to be baggy in the thighs but my quads are so pumped lately that they were uncomfortable to wear! They fit like my wife's jeans!...

I've lost a couple of pounds...but I feel like it's my fault. I got switched to nights and it really messed up my sleep/eat schedules. Trying to adjust..

Lifts are going good. My friend from work is showing me better form on my power cleans and I'm going to go for a PR of 185 next week...stoked about that. Also looking to change up my workout and base everything around compound mass movements... Heavy heavy heavy!

Strength is increasing and I'm starting to actually see my abs and obliques more... I haven't had that animal aggressive feeling this week but I'm sure it's due to my sleep schedule and lack of sleep, etc.
 
All work and no sleep makes for a dull drizzie...i know what you're going through though man. only so many hours in a day.

and congrats on the chance to be a pilot! pretty small percentage of people.

Still gotta compete for the slot but it's closer than it's ever been! I'm actually getting more sleep working nights but I'm just not used to the schedule... It's like 10pm to 8am or later... We are going to the gym at 7pm before work...I can def say I've never thought I needed a pre workout until now!

On an advertisement note... I got a sample pack from AI and I will say the 3Z really put me out. I slept like a rock when I took two of those... Three is a full serving. I wish it wasn't $35 ... Can't talk myself into buying it because I'm cheap!

Sounds brutal. I did 7p-7a after graduating high school. It will kill your social life, haha. I got one of the sample packs too. Their powders mix so well, much better than most others. When I run out of modern BCAA i'm switching. Haven't tried the 3Z yet, but I probably will some time this week before I start taking Intimidate since people are saying that helps with sleep. Regular DAA never seemed to affect my sleep but I also always took it first thing in the AM, not the PM. Powerfull really worked great for me in the sleep department. Have you tried the Motivate yet?

Yeah..motivate was ok.. I didn't feel much off it...but to be honest, Stims don't effect me too significantly. After a week of jack3d, I didn't feel anything off of it...C4 is the only thing I've found that really "motivates" me in the gym...on a normal schedule I don't need a PWO...just some BCAAs and taurine are my usual drink of choice.
 
Started a slightly modified 5x5 program this week. Going to really hit it hard next week with the program I am designing...I will post the workout as soon as I am done with it.

This week has been good for lifts and I've seen a slight increase in weight but it feels like I am recomping more or less. I'm starting to see more of my abs and my quads are looking sick...I've actually started to see the upper muscles in my legs flexed which are hard to get for sure.

I'm digging this stack. Looking forward to the next month ++. I am thinking of running Anabeta/Prime next... has anyone thought about stacking something like shift with this and try to cut down fat and do a recomp? Is this possible with a clean diet and that stack?

Let me know what you think...
 
I got my labs back...I will scan the paper and submit it today after I wake up...Í'm drained..I'm going to drink a protein shake and go to bed...

Legs day...

Am I the only person who looks forward to legs day?

Started a 5x5 modified routine. Next week we are going to go fully into 5x5x5 5 workout 5 sets of 5 reps ... Today we did squats, hack squats, leg press, and superset hamstring curls with leg extensions.

Hit 275/275/295/295/315 for very deep pause reps. I was proud of myself until the 315 and on rep 3 the bar went forward and luckily my spot was there...not sure why because 315 is light for a leg day. Maybe the increased intensity due to less rest messed me up?

Either way, I am starting to feel dryness in the joints. Going to up the joint support.
 
Strong lifts...sucks about the joints. When mine started bothering me I took Super Cissus RX. It works really well, though I don't know if bulk cissus wouldn't do the same. I was considering getting some.

oh, and i despise leg day. Hate it hate it hate it. everything else is fun...back day is the best. :)
 
I'm weird...I HATE arms day for some reason. I think it's because I don't see much growth in my arms and the strength in my arms isn't nearly as strong as everything else. I love doing deadlifts and squats and I'm starting to really like power cleaning (and press).

I'm up for opinions on a good mass building workout for arms. What I do isn't working I don't think.. My arms are like 14" unflexed 15.5" flexed :(
 
When I did add in an arms day I saw better growth, but I agree on it sucking...which is why i don't do it any more. i just do a little bit of biceps at the end of back days and the same with tri/chest. seems fine for me. i do like grip-strengthening exercises though.

Grip strength=suck for me...I have to use straps to shrug/deadlift 225 for more than 3 reps...like three reps in my grip starts slipping... Sucks when I can DL 225 8-10x...
 
Another update:

Looked in the mirror and it seems I am losing some BF while gaining muscle because I'm sitting over 180lbs fasted when I wake up and I am starting to see my lower abs when flexed, upper abs relaxed... On a funnier note my wife said she noticed my legs are getting bigger...definitely the deep heavy squats and hack squats we have been doing. My quads are super strong now. I can use the machine maxed out on the lowest setting for 5-8 reps... I would love to work my way up to 5x5 that heavy. The funny part is she said " your butt looks like two bowling balls " I was like "thanks...I think". I didn't say it back though. I told her that her butt is looking small lol. She runs a ton and asked me to help her with a good cutting supplement so I bought her combustion and shift and she loves it. Says she feels like she is on crack, but good crack...whatever that means? Girls are weird when they describe supplements...

Going to check my bf% today
 
I hate isolation exercises, but I found a long time ago that when I warm up on a pull or back days with high volume/mid weight curls and weighted close grip pullups, that I saw a lot of growth in my arms. When you warm up with them and then do deads, it gives a nice stretch and your grip is warmed up. I don't like or use straps and a proper arm warmup can make the difference in 405 and 455 pulls.

Thanks for the advice.I'm going tp have to try that. My grip is so shlt man... I can pull 405 on a good day but if I didn't use straps I would be screwed.
 
Bowling ball butt hahaha...that's a nice compliment. Yeah my grip used to be just about like that. I could deadlift 225 for one rep while barely hanging on. I was told to start doing static holds. Just grab some heavy dbs and stand there. Whatever you can hold for about 30 seconds till dropping them. Doing that at the end of a deadlift day really improved my grip, and my forearms. Now I'm the opposite...I have amazing grip, and am limited in my deadlift weight by myself, not my grip.
 
That's a good idea...maybe I will start picking up dumbbells in between sets since I work out w two guys from work...I am not always needed to spot the other guy so I can try this.
 
Might be better to do it at the end I think. Ive never done it that way, but I feel like that might hinder certain exercises, say pull ups or something.
 
Yeah prob could on push days...maybe start doing lunges holding dumbbells also...or maybe stop being a pus.y lol
 
Alright, the mirror doesn't lie... I have gained 2lbs and my electronic calliper test said I have lost 1% bf since I started this stack. I'm at 180 fasted with 11% body fat according ton the calliper tests I took yesterday.

I worked out with a friend of mine yesterday that I don't normally get to hit the gym with. We used to work out together in the middle east when we were deployed but since we've been home he hasn't been able to hit the gym as much due to some personal shut that happened.. Anyways, his favourite workout is arms and it's my least favourite so I figured what the heII he can show me a thing or two and get me motivated... Halfway through the workout he was convinced I'm on gear...I had to show him the bottles to shut him up! He said there is no way I've gained so much size and strength since we got home in October naturally... TBH I've gained over 15 lbs and 13 of it was change of diet, proper lifting techniques and loads of BCAAs... Wonders what a diet and a little bit of proteins/BCAAs can do for a guys potential.

He still thinks I'm lying because I've never killed arms like that before. They hurt like a mofudge today...

It's finally nice out in England...we are going to Mt. Bike thetford forest today! I need to do some more cardio ... Would love to see my bf% back in single digits by summer!!
 
Good effort with the stack. I'm running a similar stack. Endosurge, Erase, and Titanium. A few weeks in and so far so good.

Yeah good for you man! Getting asked if you're on gear is flattering as hell isn't it? I took my first Intimidate last night...in one week I go on Erase Pro, then 1 weeks after that I start on Endosurge and back on Agmatine. Dunno if I should do a log. Probably won't. Too much work, hah.

Weather here has been on point the last few days too. I went on a nice nature walk with a lady friend yesterday. :)

Yeah weather is wonderful. I'm actually American and lived in Las Vegas before I moved to England so I'm used to hot weather...19 degrees is cool weather for me! But all in all, it was a great day. Mountain biked for two hours in the forest...killed my quads! My god, I can hack squat the entire machine (290 lbs) but biking for two hours killed me! I gotta get my cardiovascular endurance and muscle endurance on point.

I've been incorporating more cycling and stair-climbing than ever before and it's been killing my legs. They've gained some good size as a result though.

Yeah, I think the long cardio session shocked my legs and it helped get the lactic acid out actually..not really sore at all today. This week is going to suck...12 hr shifts all week all nights and hardly any time fr gym...fml
 
Yeah. I just hate working nights... Messes me all up. It's not normal man.

Nice, that biking will definitely up your cardiovascular endurance big time!
 
Biking through a forest sounds like so much fun. I think I might start running the stairs at the schools stadium. Never rly thought about it till now. And tbh, my legs suck. Calves are good since I used to be fat but above the knee...no bueno.

I went ahead and began the erase pro and endosurge today. Tired of waiting haha. Im like 4 days shy of 4 weeks off erase pro. Don't think it'll make a big difference.

The death of drizzie... I caught an Fn upper respiratory infection from the mountain biking in the cool weather..fml. Went to the gym today and halfway through my first 5 sets of chest I knew something wasn't right..tried to sweat it out in the sauna...didn't help. Went to doc, out for a few days.

Aw that sucks man. Sleep a lot! You'll be back in no time. Yea, it def is worth the extra money. My first bottle of reg erase I did 75mg/day with no problems. Switched to e. Pro and 1/day was too much. It's a lot stronger I think. If you can take it every day then more power to ya!
