Endosurge/Erase/DAA 8 week Run! First natty stack....

Is erase pro really worth the extra cash?

Think of it this way...

A lot of people like to stack Erase with DAA and other test boosters, end up spending 60-70 bucks on a bad ass test boosting stack.

One could roll with DAA and Erase Pro and be at the same price point, or less

The death of drizzie... I caught an Fn upper respiratory infection from the mountain biking in the cool weather..fml. Went to the gym today and halfway through my first 5 sets of chest I knew something wasn't right..tried to sweat it out in the sauna...didn't help. Went to doc, out for a few days.

That blows :(

I hope the joint soreness I have is from being sick... Alright two more days of rest them I'm smashing the gym all weekend.

Even though I haven't hit the gym this week due to illness, I'm still eating to gain and I can say that I stepped on the scale at home yesterday and it weighed me in at 182...this is the most I've ever weighed...and the crazy thing is, I'm still as lean as I was on Saturday when I left the gym...I am actually seeing good veins in my arms and my abs are showing fairly well...enough the wife rubbed my stomach winked at me...good feelings knowing the hard work is paying off..

I was unsure if my scale at home was good because my son likes to break things (he's almost 3) so I went to the gym and stepped on the scale that normally weighs be in at 176-178... I was at 180.5 so either way, I've gained weight and stayed at 11-11.5% body fat... The most I've ever weighed! ::Jersey Shore fist pump::

After this, I am going to run Anabeta/alphaT2 and see if I can lean down a percent or two in body fat...anyone ran this stack before? Where should I keep my calorie intake at for a recomp cycle? I am gaining on 3500 right now...

Im on week 5-6 of anabeta at 6/day. Just by itself, I can see how being in a deficit would really help with leaning out. With a fat burner it'd be golden. You'll probably be pretty hungry:).

So what do you think? 3000 calories a day?

It's definitely a stong, good product but I would recommend easing your doses into daily maybe start out once every other day to judge if you will need it every day or not. The sides became too much for me at every day.

By sides...dry joints and what else?

Yeah, start at 3000 and go from there. I'd gradually increase your cardio too before cutting cals. Just a walk a few days a week should be plenty to start with.

I think instead one day a week cardio like now, towards the end of this cycle and onward into the next I will bump it up to 3 45min cardio sessions...walking on incline/stair stepper/light jog... I also have a fitness test for the Air Force coming up.. 1.5 mile timed run, 60 seconds push ups and 60 seconds sit-ups... I max the push ups and sit ups but always suck the run and only get like a 91% when I should be able to get a 95%

Dry joints, acne and muscle cramps

I'm starting to feel dry joints from the erase...thinking about tapering down to 50mg at least until I'm over the sickness... Back on days next week so I will have a normal schedule again but I lose both training partners...fml

Glucosamine and fish oils but I'm about to add in something else...I'm also thinking more water will help...only been drinking around a half gallon on non workout days

Yeah man, drink more water for sure. Especially if you're taking creatine supps...

If you've got the extra dough, some cissus would help your joints out.

Rest up!!

Actually cycled off creatine right now.. My weight gainer has a small amount but not a lot... I drink 1.5 gallons plus on training days and normally about 1 gallon on non but night shift has messed everything up for me

Im looking into cissus also. Thanks

Yeah I'm thinking about coming off creatine for the summer. My new job is partially outside (it's in an open shop) and I sweat like crazy. Towards the end of the day I start getting dry mouth, no bueno! Makes it hard to stay hydrated and I can't exactly stop working to pee every 30 minutes.

75mg of erase makes me feel like an old man with the dryness, even with fish oil. The stuff is strong.

Yeah...it's weird...the only places I notice it at all times is my jaw pops like crazy now and my fingers feel like I have arthritis! I'm tapering off starting today!

I bet if I cycled back on creatine and ot my water intake up I would see a new weight record for myselfnreallybfast. I bulk up on creatine quickly. Obviously a lot of water weight too.

Manbeast put me on to hyaluronic acid for jonts, i got a sup that has that plus the usual joint stuff. works ok, but my bro keeps telling me about the cissus, i heard its the best.

I mega dosed 20-30 grams of fish oil a day for about a week and the joint relief it gave me was beyond brilliant.

hmm...that sounds like a good idea future... i can try that. I just realized too that my "fish oil" was just an omega 3 not actually fish oil ... that's what I get for asking the wife to pick me up some supps... I picked some fish oil up and I'm going to up the dosage...sucks because I started getting the fish burps today at work...yuck!

I was on night shift for about nine months. I completely know what you mean about it messing everything up. This log has really taken off since the last time I checked in. Great job so far!

Thinking about getting cissus this week...It could just be that I'm dehydrated from my body trying to get better because shlt just started happening when I got sick. I think with some good fish oils and some extra water throughout the day/night I will be able to combat stiff joints...by the time I get cissus delievered my erase days will be over...

Thanks...a lot of it is a bunch of me complaining about being sick and working too hard...lol but I am going to post some updates and hopefully some before/current pics this week. I've hit a PR for my weight and all lifts except chest but we have been focusing on a complete upper chest workout as of late...

I'm loving the stack but one thing I haven't noticed is a deeper sleep. I'm thinking about supplementing 3Z...I loved the sample packs!

Great log so far bro! I heard someone on here having good results using curcumin for their joints on erase. Forgot who though

Yeah, I'm over my sickness I think so I'm going to really log very strictly this week...(well starting tomorrow and all weekend into next week) ... Changing the workout up hoping to shock the body... 5x5 variation with some extra isolation on key body parts such as deltoids, quads, Bis, tris....

Drizzie, I've been following along and I'm definitely impressed with your progress. I actually have the same stack lined up to start tomorrow. I had a quick question for you or any of the other guys. I saw you split your Erase into 2 doses in the morning and afternoon. When you bumped to 75 mg, when did you fit your 3rd dose in? I've got plenty of cissus on hand for the joints so hopefully I'll be good at 75 mg.

That was hard for me to get but what I ended up doing for the most part was take endosurge with my breakfast because I've read it better with food... the sticky nettle absorbs better? And then two hours later I would take Erase with my mid morning snack then about two hours later I would take my endosurge with lunch and two-four hours later another Erase PWO, then I would try and fit another Erase in with or near dinner and Endosurge before bed...so everything is pretty evenly spaced.

However, since I've been on nights, I haven't had nearly the free time to eat and take pills so I sometimes old 4 endosurges with breakfast and then take erase right after and then another erase 4 hours later when I get to eat again... It's messing me up..I liked my old schedule better.

Thanks for the response, that definitely helps me out. I know how it is to get your schedule thrown off, I'm pretty regimented myself and it just bugs the crap out of me when things don't work into the schedule I want. I work out in the evenings during the week and in the morning on Sat and Sun. I'm going to take your advice and fit that 3rd Erase in post workout probably then take the last Endo with dinner on week nights. Since I eat dinner around 9 on gym nights that sounds about right.

They recommend your final endo serving right before bed... If it's within an hour or so before that's probably good...

Obviously you can tell week 00 (Two days before I started the stack) and the pics from the end of week 4... End of week four is in the gym while the others are in my home.

Some of the original posing is bad and it probably looks like one of the BSN ads that says you can gain 10 lbs in ten weeks and it's the same guy just flexing in one...but it's not like that. :) The next pic will prove my strenght has increased dramatically.

Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

That's a new PR for me those inside plates are 100 lbs and the outside plates are 25s...For all you meatheads that's 450lbs on hack squat for 2 good reps and like 3 more 3/4 to 1/2 reps...but I did get at least two good reps ... two good sets.

Strength increases are out the roof and I didn't realize how much more pumped I look. Keep in mind too these pics were taken on my first day back in the gym after a week of being sick...FML

You guys like that sex face?

good pics bro! Looking thick and jacked, keep it up. Way more tone and muscle definition is way better too.

They aren't too bad at all bro! You make up for it with how strong you are in your lifts I've noticed though! Keep killing it man.

Tried some power lifting sets last week... Woah, that pause at the bottom of the set kills me on bench...I can pause on squats for decent weight but that bench pause knocked my weight down on bench by like 50lbs... With some practice I will be able to compete with the power litters my weight on base...

dang Drizzie u a peace of man meat!
ur arms look good. how many inches around the bi's. props on the squats. and ur back pretty big too!
G's up hoes down!

Thanks man...Last I checked they were 13.5" natural and 15.5" flexed...I would like them to be 15.5" natural :)

1. Optimen uses very poor vitamin and mineral forms. For a sligthly higher price, you get a multivitamin that actually provides benefits.
2. No problem
3. People fall for placebo all the time. The amount of research disproving glutamine's effects on recovery is overwhelming. Don't bother. Plus, at 4 calories per gram, I wouldn't waste my dietary protein allotments on non-essential amino acids.
4. Good that you recognize it's all about macros. Won't hurt one bit.
5. It says 3.5g in your OP. Keep it at 3g.
6. lol
7. Check out SNS beta-alanine caps. Emerging research shows that taking too much BA at once leads to disproportional excretion. This isn't what we want, so caps allow you to space out your BA doses throughout the day for optimal intake.

If I give you my life's issues. Can you solve them LOL. It seems 99 percent of your advice is spot ON.

Getting ready to buy some beta analine and some creatine and cycle those in...going to stick with 75mg if Erase for the time being but supplement more fish oils because it seems to helping. Joints felt good today.

Mountain biked the expert trail today..10 miles... Burned some calories for sure...

I stay on BA and creatine year round. Definitely get them into your stack
