Good lift today, sorta tweaked my right shoulder but I think it'll be ok. Incline db: 120 x 8, 130 x 8, 140 x 8, 150 x 8 (PR for reps) Flat db 140 x 8 x 2 Flat bench: 355 x 8, 355 x 4, I felt a lil twinge in my right shoulder on my second set and immediately shut down flat bench. Took it easy for the rest of the night Decline bb: 275 x 8 x 2 Hammer strength incline: 360 x 8 x 2 Hammer strength decline: 360 x 8 x 2

Nice session! Hopefully the shoulder doesn't give u too much trouble .....
 
It's a chronic injury, I have a partially torn right cuff and labrum and tore my right pec a couple years ago although that's more or less healed. It feels fine, I'll be sore tomm tho. I also banged my knee on a table and it hurts like a b****, hopefully I'm good to do legs again tomm otherwise I'll do back and traps.

I'm having a lot of chronic injuries, maybe I'll run growth for a couple months to try to heal up a lil.

Ouch... Yes, gh is good . I had to down grade from the pen to ' nerotropin '... It's a lil cheaper.... For some reason though I'm having a hard time ...when I pull the needle out of the vial the sh!t squirts out like crazy, I give lantus injections to patients all the time n I've never had that trouble at work.. I dunno what I'm doing wrong, lol.... ( cheap sh!t, ha ha..)....
 
AH Man some GH would do y body so good right now...
 
Yep, I ran it for 6 mo at 4 IU a couple years ago bc of a torn right pec.

I tore my pec in October 2013, been using gh for the last 3 months at 2 units a day...
I'm still having pain while doing certain exercises..u said it's been 2 years for u and u r pretty much healed .... Is this something I'm gonna have to worry about for a year n some ?
When were u able to start pushing real weight post injury?
 
Well I was stupid and tried to come back in 6 mo and retore it, after that is when I used growth. It was about 3 years ago; it took about two good years to really get to 100%.

When the doc said I can start lifting tissue boxes , I went to 5lb db...
The day I could flex with minimal pain was the day I went back to super light lifting....

243 today, very sore after yesterday's workout, will take the day off today.

I think I need a little more rest since I've increased the intensity of my workouts.
 
Think we're gonna switch back to fst-7 this week, then revisit the block 8 next week. I'll bring the weight down marginally this week; I feel like my muscles are outpacing my tendons/ligaments a little and I don't want to hurt anything.

Dmz 60, trest 150, stano 600 pwo, furaza 300

GVT today:

Incline db: 100 x 10 x 10 with 60 sec rest and 3010 tempo.

Flat db 100 x 10 x 10 with 60 sec rest and 3010 tempo.

This was pretty hard; I chose 100 which is well below 60% of 1RM, it's about 60% of 8 RM but this was still hard, I had to power through the last 3 sets of each. Ridiculous painful pump that took 30-45 min and a warm bath to go away.

sick workout. How is the 150 trest treating you . As far as aggression and pump?

What difference would you say from 50, 75, 100 and 150? Major difference in mg from the normal 50-75.
 
Well i switched from Celtic to Olympus in the interim. I feel like the higher dose does give me a bit more aggression and strength; I am retaining a bit more water though. I've been at 150 for about a week.

Just out of curiosity, do you have a wide grip on your curl or shoulder width?

Do you have an opinion on either or?
 
I dose it three times a day, AM, PM, and post workout.

I use just wider than shoulder width for curls except preacher.
 
None are per workout?

My friend is taking tr3st and he said his last dose was about 2-3 hours before bed and it always disrupted his sleep.
 
Sorry i meant 50 preworkout. I don't take it late because I take cycle support at noon and bedtime.

Got it lol. I was like that's a weird dosage scheme.

I'm going for 75mg. I want to go for 100mg but idk. Let's see how it treats me. Can't wait.
 
I have found it to be pretty mild. The only sides I'm seeing are gains haha, and a little water retention.

Haven't noticed much tbh, prolly won't run it again.
At your size and experience level I would run Fura at 400-600mg a day. I didn't notice much from it until I ran it at 300 and it was even better at 350. I'll run it at 400-500next spring
 
Winny is great for cutting and binding shbg later in the cycles so you can continue your gains.

Not going to bother, I have other compounds to run instead, like real winny, var, tbol, etc.

Btw I've felt a bit drained lately so I'm going to bsck off to 4 weight days a week and add some low intensity weighted vest cardio on some of the other days; I think that'll help with recovery and intensity a bit. I really need a week or two of strategic deconditioning but not while on cycle obv.
 
Today's workout was a bit different; it was sort of 5/3/1ish (my own hybrid) and short because I got really tired by the early sets.

Barbell Bench press:

Supposed to be 5x5 at 75%

375 x 5 x 4

I could have gotten more reps but stopped when my girl was using more than finger weight, she's not going to be able to pull 400 lb off of me.

Standing db hammer curls with supination at top and 1 sec raise and squeeze

60 lb 1x8, 1x15

Standing barbell curls
175 lb 1x8, 1x12

Skulls 155 lb
1x4 (stopped after first set, tris were toast and I didn't feel safe with this)

Seated Shrug machine (while waiting for my girl to come back) 450 x 8 x 2

Rope pushdown

200 lb 1x8, 1x18 (PR)

All in all a sort of satisfying day but sort of disappointing as well. I'd planned to do the 5x5 plus 7 other exercises but ended up only getting 5 1/2 total exercises done, but did lift big weight and set some PRs... Idk.
