Rest day; so far in two weeks I'm up about 2.5 lb with maintainance calories, prolly a decent amount of water and muscle glycogen but some lean mass.

Backing off stano to 800 for the rest of the bottle, I'm not convinced it's doing anything. Trest at 80, dmz starts tomorrow.

when do you dose your stano?
I usually ran 800mg, (LGI), 2caps w/AM ph dose, 2caps w/my PM ph dose...

But now im taking Trenavar 3x a day, I take a larger dose in AM, 10mg dose midday, and another larger dose PM...so...
I take 2 stanos AM, 1 stano midday, and 2 PM=1000mg.

That sound like a good dose split?
Or thinking maybe only taking 1 cap of stano with my PM dose (better sleep)...?
 
I split my stano am and pm doses. For my odd # pill I was taking it mid day but now I dose 2 am and 3 pre workout. Though my am is noon and my preworkout is 2130.

I didn't really feel anything off stano for at least 2-3 weeks full stop. The strength side of it came at about the 4 week mark. Until then it was like eating chalk. Maybe it hasn't had time to kick in with you yet??

Stano is more of a hardening compound, very very mild...I knew a few cross country dudes that would dose it at 1200mg for 10 weeks, and the never were really sure if it helped endurance or speed much, lol. Though they did say that they got a "pump type feeling after their first couple miles"...
Ive always added stano as just a bit of a "enhancer" for my cycle. It helps with lethargy, a bit of aggression in the gym, and your "pump" will last longer than without being on anything else...that is about it.
---henryv: This is a prohormone to the naturally occurring testosterone metabolite DHT (dihydrotestosterone). It requires a two-step conversion (via 3b-HSD and 17b-HSD). It will be quite androgenic and not particularly anabolic, so you should get a nice hardening effect, better workout aggression, and a positive effect on libido, but should probably be avoided by those with a propensity to MPB or prostate issues. I wouldn't run it solo, but it may be worth stacking with something to offset some of the side-effects of the other compound (for example, if the other drug causes low libido or lethargy)
 
Yeah I'm gonna stop the stano soon. Popped my 45 mg of dmz tonight post workout, we'll see how soon it kicks in!

I would keep with the stano till the Trest kicks in, lethargy hit me fast with the dzine.
Either way, by the 5th or start of week 2...you will see gains! Good luck, and good run!!!
 
Yeah with the Tr3st you should be fine without the Stano but it won't hurt to use it either.

Not too sore after epic arm day last night, was happy about that, even did a few sets of curls and 21s while waiting for my girl to finish her sets.

Today: fst-7 legs, back after hurting myself last week, just did light weight this week but it felt good.

Do you think there will be much difference between the two? Seems Olympus is having problems getting it out there so far.

Yeah it's expensive to source. We do test ours though through Patrick Arnold so we know it's legit.

Glad to see it's working out well, though!

I can totally imagine the stano adding just about nothing to a cycle with trestobol in it.

Yeah I'm gonna drop it once the bottle is out and only use it pwo otherwise.

You should give it a try IM or transdermally. It's a lot more cost effective that way (but not really suited for preworkout, not like the oral is).
 
I meant I'm gonna drop stano not trest. The trest is working great. I'm def interested in the TD though.

I've run the IM before, it's ok, I like my test/tren more. I only run one pin cycle a year in the fall/winter.
 
Yeah everything I hear TD is where it is at. Oral isn't to bad either but TD is the way to go... Good to have both options but if you have a little girl then I recommend you don't use TD or be very careful to cover the areas you apply so you don't transfer.
 
Yeah, I use transdermals a lot now so that's not too much of an issue! I typically apply them in the AM before work.

Decided to save the furaza for a later cycle, will roll with 100 trest and 45 dmz for the next 4 weeks.

I had a bit more calories than I wanted this weekend (mostly clean) and blew up weight wise; so far since cycle start I'm up 6.5 lb and about 3 of it was over this past weekend. Gonna dial the cals back to TDEE exactly this week. Hoping to stay at about the same weight and recomp nicely.
 
Killed chest a couple days ago, yesterday was a power rest/refeed day, 9.5 hours of sleep and some good calories. Gained an additional 1.5 lb, up to about 7 lb total gained, going to bring cals down a bit.
 
Your TR3ST should be there within a few days. Where'd you get it from? We just ups next day aired Nutriverse more bottles since their presales are in a frenzy, lol.

Maybe I'll post some limited pictures later. They'll be heavily censored as I have a lot of recognizable markings and am relatively well-known and want to protect my anonymity. It will be down the road. Right now I mostly just look really big, with a bit of definition and some vascularity; detail isn't there yet, I have quite a bit of cutting to do. I'm up to 240 now @ ~14% or so; putting on a lot of mass but holding a lot of water despite formeron and arimistane.

Good lift today, sorta tweaked my right shoulder but I think it'll be ok.
