As I'm wrapping up this cycle (about a week left) I'm going to switch to training a bit less frequently (lift 4x a week) with a day of loaded carries/abs/kettlebell/circuit training/med ball.
Going to go from cals at TDEE to about a 500 cal deficit in PCT (with osta on board).
