As I'm wrapping up this cycle (about a week left) I'm going to switch to training a bit less frequently (lift 4x a week) with a day of loaded carries/abs/kettlebell/circuit training/med ball.

Going to go from cals at TDEE to about a 500 cal deficit in PCT (with osta on board).

Pct includes HCGenerate, have you ran it before?

I wanted to give it a go but can't really justify the cost, is it worth it?

Thanks guys, workout felt good today, was doing 3 @ 70, 80, and 3+ at 90% 5/3/1 style and got 8!

Btw I made the mistake of taking tr3st 3 at a time today; don't do that, bad idea lol

Drop set incline hammer
70 8 reps, 4 half reps, 60 6 reps, 50 8 reps 4 half reps
Superset 50 lb curls, 8 reverse, 8 concentration, 8 regular, 8 hammer
Skulls drop set into close grip bench 135 x 18, 40
21 with 110 lb ez curl bar
Tricep pushdown pull apart drop set into straight down pushdowns 200 lb, 20 reps,10 reps

Lowered cals a lot this week.

It's ok, I'm almost out so backing off for the last two days of cycle to 100 mg. I ran it at 150 for a couple weeks, it was good as long as I didn't take it 75 mg at a time. That gave me some headaches.

I'm transitioning to a slow cut now through pct.

Any differences felt between the two different trest products you took or basically the same?

It's hard to say; I dosed the Oly tr3st higher, but I can't say I noticed much difference. Both were really ancillary to my dmz anyways.

No energy or libido problems with either.

Hope to keep all muscle and lose a few lb of body fat. Will keep calories at 300-500 less than TDEE, which is 3625. I think 3250 calories seems reasonable.

Split will be 55p/25c/20f

Brief cycle summary:

8 week total. 1 week stano only, 2 weeks stano + trest, 1 week dmz/stano/trest, 4 weeks dmz/stano/trest/furaza. I also ran Follidrone.

Cycle starting weight: 231 lb
Cycle ending weight: 244 lb

Bf starting 15%, ending 13%.

It's hard to assess how much strength I gained, but at the beginning of the cycle I was doing 130 dumbbells for 8 and I did 155 for 8 at the end.

Thanks! I try to get a good workout in! Today was a little rushed and limited bc of time and no spotter but I made up for it with volume and got riduc pumps!

Gonna take about 4 months off after this cycle, with maybe a month of osta in there 3 months out.

Thinking next cycle will be a 4 weeker:

Msten 28 mg
Dimethylandrostenol 26 mg
Trest 100/100/125/125 mg

So plan is recomp level calories (maybe 300 less than TDEE) during pct with no stims other than pwo; maybe a few non-stim fat burners like compound 20 and alpha t2, then prolly move on to a more stim focused stack for cutting with ECA.

Goal is to ideally drop 1% bf this month and 1-2% more next month to get back into single digits; we'll see how it goes.

I'll prolly stay away from albuterol and t3 this time, gonna stick to OTC for this cut.

Workout will be the same, a mix of volume training, high intensity training, and 5x5 5/3/1.

I will keep using forskolin, abe, Follidrone, and xgels, and I have one bottle of phosphatidic acid I'll use once pct is over.

Today was an extra workout day, decided to focus on lagging body parts, biceps and rear delts with hit style workout.

"21" with 110 lb ez curl bar:

7 reps top rom
7 reps full rom
7 reps bottom rom
9 more full reps to failure.

Lateral raise drop set:
60 x 18
50 x 8
40 x 8
30 x 16
20 x 22

Incline hammer curl drop set:
60 lb 8 full, 4 half reps
50 lb 6 full
40 8 full 4 half

Rear delt on incline bench drop set:
19 x 40. 12 x 30, 8 x 20

Superset: 50 lb, 8 conc curls, 8 reverse grip curls, 8 curls, 8 cross body hammer curls

Standing leaning away one arm lateral raise drop set: 50 x 22, 40 x 10, 30 x 8.

Preacher curl machine: 100 x 18, 55 x 32

Great pump!

I don't think I realized what my capacity with the lateral raises are, I should increase the weight next time.

My middle and rear delts are def lagging compared to front delts, so I'm gonna work on hitting them hard this next month or two, in addition to lots of abs.

I'd like to slowly cut back to about 230 while keeping most of my muscle mass. That'll put me at about 9-10% which is my goal; I don't think lower bf% is sustainable with my lifestyle.

The frustrating thing about heavy dbs is it's hard to get them in position. Incline is easier for some reason.

No it's just unwieldy bc the dumbbell weighs 2/3 of my body weight.

Yeah but she can't lift the dbs to me, I was just tired from previous sets. The last drop set was cool tho. Next time I'll start with more weight.

The limiting factor with heavy dbs is wrist/forearm strength, not chest.

There's a way to bring the weights down to prevent that issue, you sorta bring them up while you're bringing them down, I need to do that next time, was tired tho haha.

What do you mean being them up while bringing them down? Do you wear wrist straps?

No def not, you don't want to be strapped to heavy dbs, you want to drop them if you can't lift them. That's a good way to tear your rotator cuff. If you lose one and you're strapped to the other one you're going to fall off the bench.

You kick them up and while you're coming down you push up so you have the dbs in the locked out position when you're flat on the bench. I usually do flat db with my feet up.
