Nice session! Hopefully the shoulder doesn't give u too much trouble .....Good lift today, sorta tweaked my right shoulder but I think it'll be ok. Incline db: 120 x 8, 130 x 8, 140 x 8, 150 x 8 (PR for reps) Flat db 140 x 8 x 2 Flat bench: 355 x 8, 355 x 4, I felt a lil twinge in my right shoulder on my second set and immediately shut down flat bench. Took it easy for the rest of the night Decline bb: 275 x 8 x 2 Hammer strength incline: 360 x 8 x 2 Hammer strength decline: 360 x 8 x 2
