No food tracking today, it was a crazy day at work. And trying to talk to the attorney about the wreck.

Scheduled night off. Just TRT & EQ shot. Wife is headed back to the ER, she is complaining of Chest and Belly Pain. Had to force her to go back again.

Got back late today. But the wife, though feeling bad, passed all her test yesterday. So nothing broken, no internal issues. So now its time to get in to go see the Neuro, really hope she doesn't end up in the hospital again. So, needless to say, no lifting today. So will make it early tomorrow. Maybe do a double. But, family and their health come first for me.

So now its time to get in to go see the Neuro, really hope she doesn't end up in the hospital again. So, needless to say, no lifting today. So will make it early tomorrow. Maybe do a double. 8 mins in the Level 2 Tanning Bed gotta start getting my Darknest on. Just gotta work my way into it though cause I get pretty white lightning up here in the frozen tundra. Not like being back home and staying somewhat dark all year, and even darker during summer

Gotta love the VA. Even though I work here I checked in for a 1200 appt at 1150. It's now 1233 and they still havent even taken my vitals

Monday will be week 18, I am down 8.2 lbs since the start with last weeks weigh in. I will weigh again tomorrow, and post that up for y'all. Here is a screen shot from the beginning to last weigh in. And I have no idea why the text is getting bigger. LolInvalid Link Removed

It's some button or something I manage to press :). I assume your body says please stop dropping note weight cause I'm comfortable at 180-190. The calories now are probably high enough at this weight to keep it (remember you have steroids which *increase* metabolism not the other way around). This is obvious but many people believe that steroids will make you heavier which isn't always true. The more steroids you take with the same diet the more you'll drop. If you wanna cut more you might have to drop a tiny bit of food.

What kind of cycle are you on right now? Eq test?

Your arms seems a bit tighter since last picture and this area at least for me was one of the hardest ones to drop fat from, normally the belly goes first then the shoulders.

The calories now are probably high enough at this weight to keep it (remember you have steroids which *increase* metabolism not the other way around). Yes now, I'm only on test, and EQ now. Done with the Tbol and Oral Tren
