Also that thing looks nasty, looks like a bite or MERSA. Hopefully nothing but I’d get it looked at ASAP without waiting.

It was 2 weeks ago, but she also has MS, and gonna get it looked at ASAP when I go back to work tomorrow at the hospital. And No, Sythol for me.
 
I plan on donating as often as I can. I can donate again in June for Double Reds, and I take 1200mg Grapefruit Seed Extract now daily.


Awesome, I think this is something people should do regardless of gear because the blood can get thick anyways and you could end up preventing things such as stroke.

Specially living in the North, where most peoples blood is thicker in the first place.
 
That I didn't know, what's the deal with that? Not diet right? To me it seems like the south has a higher degree of unhealthy food.
Not the food. The weather. Colder climate, causes most people to have thicker blood to keep them warmer through the Colder Months
 
Sorry about the woman, that’s no good - car accidents are just the worst. Good job on the weight loss; let us know what the doc says about the bite. If it is infected sooner you get treatment the better!

Doc was busy all day today. Gotta try again tomorrow. Might just inbox him since we work together.

So update on the bite. Went down to see my doctor, but he was out today. So was referred to the ER. The intake Nurse freaked out, thought I was gonna have to call a code for her. Lol. She inpatiented me. After seeing the doc, she discharged me and gave me antibiotics and a anti-inflammatory. Will pick up a little later and start taking as soon as I get them
 
No recording of Diet today. Crazy day between the ER this morning and work, but got some shoulders in this evening.

Yesterday was an unscheduled off day, between church at my daughters school, and the wifes bday, and getting a car delivered through floodwaters. Just wasnt able to make it in. Today was a scheduled off day. Will be back at it tomorrow.
