DCP 2.0

That is one of the sexiest labels I've ever seen :knockedout:

We are having special BPS "Manties" made from the label design.

Hepatic Insulin Sensitizing effects of dual PPAR Alpha/Delta activation.

[h=3]Abstract[/h]OBJECTIVEThe development of new insulin sensitizers is an unmet need for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. We investigated the effect of GFT505, a dual peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR)-α/δ agonist, on peripheral and hepatic insulin sensitivity.RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODSTwenty-two abdominally obese insulin-resistant males (homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance >3) were randomly assigned in a randomized crossover study to subsequent 8-week treatment periods with GFT505 (80 mg/day) or placebo, followed by a two-step hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic insulin clamp with a glucose tracer to calculate endogenous glucose production (EGP). The primary end point was the improvement in glucose infusion rate (GIR). Gene expression analysis was performed on skeletal muscle biopsy specimens.RESULTSGFT505 improved peripheral insulin sensitivity, with a 21% (P = 0.048) increase of the GIR at the second insulin infusion period. GFT505 also enhanced hepatic insulin sensitivity, with a 44% (P = 0.006) increase of insulin suppression of EGP at the first insulin infusion period. Insulin-suppressed plasma free fatty acid concentrations were significantly reduced on GFT505 treatment (0.21 ± 0.07 vs. 0.27 ± 0.11 mmol/L; P = 0.006). Neither PPARα nor PPARδ target genes were induced in skeletal muscle, suggesting a liver-targeted action of GFT505. GFT505 significantly reduced fasting plasma triglycerides (-21%; P = 0.003) and LDL cholesterol (-13%; P = 0.0006), as well as liver enzyme concentrations (γ-glutamyltranspeptidase: -30.4%, P = 0.003; alanine aminotransferase: -20.5%, P = 0.004). There was no safety concern or any indication of PPARγ activation with GFT505.CONCLUSIONSThe dual PPARα/δ agonist GFT505 is a liver-targeted insulin-sensitizer that is a promising drug candidate for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

Matt, is there any need to cycle DCP 2.0?? By the way, formula looks great. I am looking forward to a recomp DCP 2.0 and UR Spray or Pump Spray.

There are not a whole lot of studies done on chronic PPAR activation (at least alpha and delta), but I have pretty much been using DCP original for 7 years with no ill effects. I would make an educated guess that it doesn't need to be cycled at all.

Sounds like a little piece of heaven to Fatass endomorphs like me! :)

One more! So because DCP 2.0 hits both alpha and delta and has ingredients that increase expression it should be much more effective for people that didn't respond to the original?

Absolutely. The activation of delta, in particular, seems to amplify with (which makes sense) to a much greater degree than original, which (IMO) was much more of a passive formula.

Just what I wanted to hear. I am very excited to pick ths one up, as well as HEAT, Cardiotryx, and AA for a epic Cut/Recomp. I wish you and your company all the success. I know that I will be supporting your future innovations.

Thanks...that means a lot to me. It has been a VERY rough past 14 months, and I have been throwing myself into work. I'm glad I'm finally able to start getting stuff done and out there for you all.

I always liked the original (including the capsulated vs tableted) so I'm looking forwards to this. particularly because my ass has gotten fat the last 6 months.

Any possible synergy effects using this with ArA? I know TTA was good to use along with X-Factor for recomp. Just curious if this can be known basing it off the formula.

Yes. The evidence for ArA and PPAR interaction has gotten even stronger.

I know what ya mean, bro. I've added some unwanted fat due to my love of craft beer.

$29.84, that's the sale price or is that going to be the regular price?
That's the lowest sale price you will see....likely EVER.

Regular price will be a little bit over $40. This is a pretty pricey formula to make, and a pain in the ass to cap.

BTW, this was a courtesy early release for facebook fans and Anabolic Minds fans. Whatever stock they have is ALL we have, and a huge email blast is going out on Sunday...so kind of a heads up here.

Ok, thanks for the quick response.

Awesome. I'll have to get my order in ASAP.

Should this be taken with meals? If stacking with things like Alpha T-2, low dose alphaburn, low dose TT-33, forskolin, during a trying to keep it lean bulk could the dose be reduced to 2 caps twice a day, or for the supplement to be effective does it need to be taken at full dose?

Ideal dosing is 3 servings per day. You will still get effects at lower dosage, but for really dramatic effects you'll want to follow the label. I would recommend empty stomach dosing.

At the suggested dosing strategy, 2 capsules 3 times daily (90 caps in a bottle) = 15 days. Just curious, I'll probably buy two anyway.

It's 180 caps in a bottle.

Just picked up 3 bottles.

Using the old one right now, still have another 3 crispy new bottles in my stash, lol

I slept all spooned up with mine last night. Yes, I got lucky.

order placed and snatched a endosurge also!

dono when im gonna use the DCP though.. maybe after i run my PH/DS this summer and finish PCT ill jump on to DCP and shred up a bit

I see the jealous competition down vote train has hit the product ratings at Nutraplanet.

I noticed that too. Futile. DCP v1 has too good a reputation and with your reputation, most know that DCP 2.0 will be even better.

People are ridiculous with these loyalty bandwagons. Any opportunity I get, I always show my support for the other supplement companies. Sure, there's a time and a place for competition, but leaving poor reviews for a product you haven't tried is unwarranted.

Alas, what're ya gonna do, ya know?

What's even more ridiculous is that when the companies that these people support start including some of the very same innovative ingredients used in DCP 2.0 in their products, somehow the reviews will be 5 stars all around w/raving reviews.

I don't care what company released the product, if it looks like a good product and is backed by good science, I am willing to try it and support that company if it works for me. It just so happens that, for me, there are a few that hit the nail on the head more than the others (ie any company Matt formulates for, E-pharm, EBF, PES, Omega Sports)

Super stoked about this.

And the intro price is ridiculous.
