Am cardio this morning was a light jog at the track and 5 sets of stairs. I had chest schedule for tonight but I got called in to work so I'm take today off.

Yesterday was a really good time, I know I said the girls looked alright but dam! When I met them they had their hair up and were wearing hoddies and yoga pants. They looked totally diferent with make up and regular clothes on, they looked dam good. Me and Joey stayed at their place last night...I didn't get to smash but Joeys ugly ass did. It's all good tho me and Stephanie are chilling tonight when I get out of work so I'll close the deal then.

On an other note I want to just again say thanks to need2, when I got home this morning surprise! A little package infront of my door! What was in it!? My effing Katanadrol that's what! I'm start my cycle as soon as I get my n2guard, I just ordered toaday.

Also just a quick shout out to all you guys that put in a word for me...you all know who you are! Good looking out brothers

I'm def gonna try to smash bro. I was trying hard last night! will see. about leave work I'm pumped! In a weird way I'm kind of glad she held out just cause it makes me want it more now you know is like a challange.

I'm gonna start my cycle on Wednesday, just cause I'll be hitting the 3 week mark on my cut that day, and since I put in an order today I'm pretty sure I'll have everything I need then. I picked up a extra bottle of katana just in case I choose to run it higher I don't know if I will but I figured it be good to have it.

I'm also not sure if I should keep the forma or if I should drop it and save it for pct. What do you guys think about this?

Morning cardio today was 45 mins on the stair master 15mins jumping rope hitt style at the end. Did 30 mins abs
I just ate so in about an hour I'll head back to the gym I'm gonna work chest and calfs, I'm also gonna hut up my arms I've been thinking since some of you guys said I was doing way too much volume on my arm days and I feel they're lagging Im gonna train them twice a week with chest and back.

With the day that frees up I'm gonna use it as a power day and do 1 set of bench 1 set of squats and 1 set of deads with as much weight as I can. So I'll do something like 1 x 3 as heavy as I can go. As far as overtrainning I'm thinking I'll be ok cause of the gear but obviously I'll b I'm touch with my body and go by how I feel

In other news I just got woken up by the USPS guy, I swear these motherfukers knock on your door like they are the police. So I got some more hcg cause the I cracked the bottle I already had in hand. I also got some Viagra just in case the gear messes with my gear U KNOW! Lol so the hcg came with NS not bac water. Anyone know if you can get BAC water OTC? I see it online but that **** is worth just as much as the hcg is.

Am cardio today was An hour on the stationary bike on fat burning mode, not sure whAt I'm working out today I have legs, back left this week and what I had said would be a power day in Wich I mac out my bench squAt and dead. Will see. Today is week 3 of the clen/t3 cycle I weighted my self this am 217 :)

So i didn't lift tonight my shoulders are pretty sore from yesterday and just felt like **** when I got out of work. Did make it to the gym for some cardio however did six miles on the bike and 15 mins hitt on the threadmill finished up with some abs and calfs.

Set up an ez curl bar in the cable section at the top. Put a bench in front of u facing the side. Grab the bar with a close grip and kneel down resting ur elbows and forehead on the bench. Then press out as if u were doing a skullcrusher keeping ur elbows in.

Tried these for the 1st time last night and didnt have elbow pain whereas skull crushers even with light weight fack my elbows.

Let me know if u need more explaining Im pretty bad at it.
