Christines..pull away the food spree cut!

Hi TG! Hows TN brother, you have been missed here. But now you are just in time to keep me smiling!

I finished the day off with 15 min of cardio before bed. My legs are really stiffening up from Mon.

Here's a big "howdee" from TN. ha ha
The mountains of Tennessee remind me of the hinterlands of my home in Asgard. I praise All-Father for placing me in this serene environment for my brief stay here on Midgard. These rolling hills with all the beautiful lakes surrounding them are glorious.

Now, you keep that cardio going and keep doing those "push-aways" from that table!! LOL

Keep on smiling sistah. Life is beautiful. :yup:

And oh yeah, I've got 2 words for ya Christine...........You Rock!!

I need to buy some liquid fish oil somewhere, with caps its too much pain in the butt

Wal-Mart has the liquid.......cheap too.
Another thing Easy, I've been studying the benefits of Vitamin D and especially D3. It's very good for joint pain. I've been dosing 3,000 IU daily for the last 2 months and it's working very well. It takes about a month before you really start noticing the effects. But when it kicks.......it's nice. :147:

I agree on the vitD , we use it daily and I have zero joint issues at the moment. I even give Vit D to the kids.

LOL I give my kids a multi and vit D and krill oil. Although not on a daily basis. But the krill and D seems to help their moods as well as focus my ADD daughter.

I saw these benefits while studying the Vit. D myself. My mood has improved a lot also. But the joint pain relief was my #1 reason for adding it. And it unlocks calcium's potential as well. Calcium without Vit. D is almost wasted.

Chest day

Started with dumbell pullovers for 15 reps 4 sets as a warm up.

Then we did decline presses heavy for 10 reps supersetted with 10 decline sit ups for 4 sets.

Then we did decline flyes for 10 reps heavy and did incline leg lifts with them for 10 reps and 4 sets.

Then we tripled with pec dec for 10 reps, chest press machine for 10 reps and 10 push ups for 4 sets.

Then we did flat barbell bench press at 10 reps and 4 sets.

I did 3 sets of 100 rep broomstick twists as well today, cardio will be done tonight too.

C, Meg and I want to start taking Gut Health again. Any buy one get eleven free sales coming anytime soon? :147:

Ok, so we're 59 days or coming up close on 8 weeks out from the O (geez, where the hell does the time go???)?

Is it that close already??!!! Wow.......seems like just yesterday Dexter won the Sandow. But I wouldn't bet on him doing a repeat. I like the "Blade" but there's others that I would prefer to see win.

So......who does everyone pick to win? Let's get the opinion poll rolling!!! :laugh2:

decided to take today as an off day.. ah well

Don't feel bad. I did that yesterday due to sitting waiting on a delivery that never showed up. Which is yet again what we are doing today. Although the way its looking we might not be at the O anyway. :(

If its any consolation, my house is going to be estrogen packed tonite, a sleepover with I think 6 13 year old girls, a 5 year old, a 6 year old, plus loren. i'm going to go eat a handful of testosterone powder in advance just to gird myself for it. either that or take a bunch of clomid so i can join them watching some lame teen romance movie.

So whats up with the O?

LOL on the girlfest!! Clomid might be the best option..lol

Well it depends on money and how all this plays out. but as it stands we probably wont be able to go to the O. :(

That sucks for sure. I can't even drink since I need to appear responsible. extra drag. At least I can strut around in a wife beater flex the new tattoo and growl a lot

Well I pouted and ate whatever I wanted for the last 4 days. Now I'm going to train as if I were going, who knows maye it will all work out. I figure better to be fit than fat ;)

whether you are going or not has nothing to do with looking the way you want to look :)

Yeah I know, but its like going through all the sides of being pregnant with the reward of a baby at the end.

The Olympia and meeting everyone was my reward at the end:)

Well, it probably will work out. with everyone all freaked out on the fda, people are stocking up so bigger sales for now, plus epithios weren't mentioned in the FDA materials or pending ban from 08.

I'm up 3 lbs in the last couple days (and not from stuffing my face, dunno from what), but still 8 down from start on 7/21, so still not bad for 16 days. i'm staying keto today but hitting high calories to see if I can rekick leptin levels back up and restart losses. Otherwise I may have to try a carbup, was going to wait till next weekend for it

The kids go back to school on the 25th so I'm trying to get up earlier and get to sleep earlier. This will be the hardest part of training for me. i've never met any supp that keeps me awake and feeling good when I'm tired. Sucks being stim dead.

I made it up by 7:30am but thats still almost 2 hrs later than I need to get up to get my oldest off. I am so not a morning peson!

On the other hand I have some of the bathroom clean, the kitchen mopped and 2 loads of laundry going.

:) I love that smile!! How did you know I would need a good smile after leg day!

Legs
We started with seated curls for 10 reps with lying curls for 10 reps and 4 sets.

Then we did 15 straight legged barbell deads for 4 reps.

Then we did pump lunges with dumbells with 10 pop squats and 15 leg extensions for 4 sets.

Then we straddled a mat and did explosive squat jumps with weights for 10 reps dropped weights and lunged from one end of gym to the other for 4 sets.

I opted out of calves tonight due to it being late and the kids needing to go to bed with dinner and school supply shopping still to be done.

He's actually gone down a little in weight. He's 29lbs and 34" tall at 15 months.

At 15 months:
your child is 29 pounds, and that is
at greater than the 97th percentile for weight.

your child is 34 inches, and that is
at greater than the 97th percentile for height.

he's staying huge, but happy

Well I pouted and ate whatever I wanted for the last 4 days. Now I'm going to train as if I were going, who knows maye it will all work out. I figure better to be fit than fat ;)

The last 2.5 weeks have been like your former; I've gained 10lb since I've been here! Now it's to the latter. In the end it's about being happy with yourself and how you feel and look, I guess. Time for some arse kicking :buttkick:

LOL Well I figure I'm mainly in it for me now. I'm just going to maintain a lean healthy balance.

Shoulders

We did dumbell seated front raises with a twist for 10 reps with 10 pikes for 4 sets.

Then we did 10 overhead presses with 15 quarter pulses for 4 sets.

We did 15 rope pulls to the chin for 4 sets.

We did 10 lateral raises with 10 bent over laterals for 4 sets.

We did 10 up and outs with 20 leg raises let down slowly. I was also the lucky person she decided to shove my legs forward on every set. This really increased burn. 4 sets.

We did a couple other shoulder things and ended with 3 sets of 100 broomstick twists.

Well right after I posted the shoulder workout I walked dogs until just now. The one Mastiff was a walk , the other was a drag and arm workout as he hates to be out of the yard. The cattle dog I jogged with..so cardio was doggie cardio tonight. Much more interesting than the treadmill.

Here's hoping everything works out for you and Matt and you get to go the the O! I know it is important to you!

Well Matts sick so i'm not sure if we will make the gym. However I did move 20 boxes to the warehouse. I also got more school supply shopping done and I'm trying to gear up to paint the bathroom.

I fixed the dryer and did laundry. So today has been a nice getting things done for me day. I wil hit cardio here as well.

i'm back to strength workouts, it was nice, beat or tied my last workouts on everything from before the 2 week break except tbar rows, which my forearm tendon at the elbow refused to allow me to do at all :D

Arm day

This was a bit harder today because we used straps at the beginning of the workout.

We started with straps hanging from the squat rack and did leaning face down feet narrow skull crushers for 10 reps supersetted with 20 bench dips. 4 sets.

Then we did same stance stiff armed pikes stretching as far as we could using the straps for 10 reps and 3 sets.

Then we did leaning back hanging bicep curls curling to the forehead with feet as far up as we could so we were curling out bodyweight for 10 reps supersetted with 10 barbell curls for 4 sets.

Then we did lying incline tricep kickbacks with 10 flat curls for 4 sets.

Then we did 10 per arm of standing kickbacks supersetted with 15 pronated curls for 4 sets.

Then we finished with a single set of 50 rep hammer curls.

For the record C...I will be a very unhappy person if RPN is no longer. I have been a patron of RPN for quite a while and while Havoc is the main draw...I have always purchased the other stuff. The Java lather soap, Gut Health, Noxidant, and of course my personal fav DCP. By all means...I really do hope the best for you guys.

Now on the personal side of things...hope your training and everything is going well.

Cheers to ya C!

Christine is going to be an unhappy girl. We took the kids to the beach on Sun and ended up with a sunburn. Well it is hot here in Ohio and we have no working airconditioner. So needless to say the kids and I were up until at least 2 am and then had to get up early.

I'm totally dragging with no desire to battle out leg day at all!! Not even after seeing all the big girls stuffed in bikinis do I care. Leg day has made me sick and sore the last 2 times and I'm just not looking forward to it.

I'm with you SamBoz, I've slowly been converted. Started with DCP, then some Renegade Face Balm (Makes a great aftershave if you don't cut yourself), then the Meltdown for my sister, then the soap & AlphaBurn. Gut Health worked @ 2 a day, was waiting for the newer strain to hit.

Your log reminds me now that I'm home I've got to start going to the gym sometime soon. A month off was nice!

LOL a month off. Well you could go back;)

I used my PLCAR before I went and it woke me up enough to get it done.

Legs

Started with 2 warm up walking sets from one end of gym and back again of lunges.

Then we did 10 per leg of well..we put one leg up on the bench behind us and did a lunge type squat with the leg on the floor..like a dip with knee staying still.
They were supersetted with 10 per leg of single legged barbell deads for 4 sets.

Then we did a triple sets starting with a forward stationary lunge and a backward lunge using same leg as a single rep. We did 10 per leg with 10 80lb leg extensions and 10 lying 80lb curls for 4 sets.

Then we did standing feet together holding 2 dumbells up near chin deep squats for 10 reps supersetted with a wide stance feet facing away from body barbells held between legs and did 10 squats that way for 4 sets.

Then we did more lunges blech..

I cant remember what else we did but I felt fine through it all minus the lactic acid burn. ;)

Then I did 3 sets of broomstick twists with crunches.

Shoulder day

Not sure what happened but I was so weak. I struggled with everything and fought to get my reps out.

We started withstanding front barbell presses for 10 reps supersetted with incline 10 rep push ups.

Then we did 15 lateral raises pronated as we went up with 6 regular side raises with it for 4 sets.

Then we did alternating front raises with a 1/4 lateral pulse as a rep for 10 reps then did 10 pushups on the dumbells for 4 sets.

Then we did front bent arm raises for 15 reps and 4 sets.

Then we did 20 bent over pulses with 10 overhead presses for 4 sets.

Then we did 10 candlestick raises for 4 sets.

Then we did the overhead press machine close grip facing the pad for 10 reps heavy and 4 sets.

Might have mixed that up or forgot something, its been a long day.

Yeah it is looking ike it really is. Although you never know, if we can keep Havoc until then it is possible.

The Arnold is a definite just because we live 10 min from it.

Ok not sure I will remember it all but here it goes...remember I'm old!

We started with seated cable rows for 15 reps and 4 sets at the end we did 30 leg lifts.

Then we kneeled in the middle of the cables and did a curl of sorts to the back ( this caused a severe lower back charley horse feeling for me all 4 sets) We did 10 reps of those supersetted with 6 reverse grip pulldowns for 4 sets.

Then we sat facing the cable with our feet up on the sides of it and did pulldowns to the upper chest at 140lbs for 10 reps. I have never used this exercise before and I was suprised how easy it was. We did 30 leg lifts after it.

Then we did bent over dumbell rows for 10 per side x 4 sets

Then we did 15 55lb dumbell pull throughs for 4 sets.

I did 3 sets of 90lb 15 rep ab machine crunches

Then did 3 sets of broomstick twists with 10 crunches to finish the day.

you're still a young whippersnapper compared to some of us :) I keep meaning to try and re-incorporate the roman chair broomstick twists into my routine since i'm getting lean enough now for it to be relevant :)

Well we might have to go to the O to bring gum to bb.com for their booth. So now I'm screwed in terms of diet time. So now that we have air in the house finally I can do more cardio. Although I will need to do an extremely strict diet to even not be laughable.

I've had multiple women telling me how good i look including my wife, but I still feel fat. I'll admit that my back double bi if cut off at the right point at the bottom to not show love handdles/lower back fat looks way better now than 6 months ago :) Its a pity no new DCP stock yet eh? I could use that too but I think now i've got everything else nailed down without that. probably stroll into the O at right about 10% bf at somewhere between 190-195, which for me will be a huge acheivement.

There is no doubt our own perception of how we look is our own worst enemy. But its also the drive behind the some of the hard work. Sounds like you are doing great!!
