LOL I give my kids a multi and vit D and krill oil. Although not on a daily basis. But the krill and D seems to help their moods as well as focus my ADD daughter.

Well I pouted and ate whatever I wanted for the last 4 days. Now I'm going to train as if I were going, who knows maye it will all work out. I figure better to be fit than fat![]()
Shoulder day
Not sure what happened but I was so weak. I struggled with everything and fought to get my reps out.
We started withstanding front barbell presses for 10 reps supersetted with incline 10 rep push ups.
Then we did 15 lateral raises pronated as we went up with 6 regular side raises with it for 4 sets.
Then we did alternating front raises with a 1/4 lateral pulse as a rep for 10 reps then did 10 pushups on the dumbells for 4 sets.
Then we did front bent arm raises for 15 reps and 4 sets.
Then we did 20 bent over pulses with 10 overhead presses for 4 sets.
Then we did 10 candlestick raises for 4 sets.
Then we did the overhead press machine close grip facing the pad for 10 reps heavy and 4 sets.
Might have mixed that up or forgot something, its been a long day.
you're still a young whippersnapper compared to some of usI keep meaning to try and re-incorporate the roman chair broomstick twists into my routine since i'm getting lean enough now for it to be relevant

I've had multiple women telling me how good i look including my wife, but I still feel fat. I'll admit that my back double bi if cut off at the right point at the bottom to not show love handdles/lower back fat looks way better now than 6 months agoIts a pity no new DCP stock yet eh? I could use that too but I think now i've got everything else nailed down without that. probably stroll into the O at right about 10% bf at somewhere between 190-195, which for me will be a huge acheivement.
