Those strength gains are enviable, gl with hittin' 240 on the bench soon. Just make sure you don't get injured, as your tendons maybe won't adapt to the increased loads as those chemically enhanced muscles do and will.
 
awesome progress so far bro!! go easy on the weight increasing...i learned that the hard way on my first cycle where i injured my pec two days before i finished the cycle and ended up loosing all my gains in pct (close to 20lbs lean mass) :( .. on my last epi/pmag cycle...i still managed to add 40lbs to my bench, prolly could have managed more..but i increased the weight very cautiously.

There is no possible way to gain 20lbs of LEAN mass in 6-8 weeks...

thanks man.. that straight up sucks. i hate losing progress... worst feeling to see yourself shrink if something goes wrong. i've experienced rapid weight lose before too

30 mg Epi in the AM. 30 mg Epi later on today :)

One more rest day today.

Woke up damn early today and went to my gym to play basketball. Theres usually games going on with an older crowd Saturdays. I haven't done cardio for about two weeks now... so today, with the weight... huffin and breathin like crazy lol.

I was tired as hell.

I got a huge spasm in my ass the middle of the game lol. I've been getting spasms more than usual since starting cycle.

On the flip side however... I felt stronger, faster, jumping higher then normal. Played one of my better games today felt very heavy and controlled with my weight and explosive. New weight is fantastic. Not for cardio much... but everything else was golden.

And you guessed it... hit the sweet sweet MJ right after and will continue to do so all day long.. oh gonna be a good day hahah... man honestly I was keeping weed to a minimum before starting cycle... now it's mandatory how much better I feel from it. Joint wise, appetite wise, soreness, thirst... it's become a support supp for me.

Jumping higher, eh? Damn, I miss my 44" vertical leap... :sigh:I used to dunk on everybody back then. Not bad for a 6'3" power forward in college, lol. Of course, back then I weighed about a hundred pounds less than I do now. When I show people pictures from my scrapbook, they think it's my little brother...only I don't have one. Great progress, by the way.

Nip itchyness down. I don't feel it.

Joints a little sore still. Wrists and elbows mostly nowhere else. Only feel it on my pushing days.

Also, today I added creatine to my cycle. I've always had great results using the stuff so I'm starting it right now.

You might say save it for PCT but it usually takes 3 weeks to saturate your muscles full of creatine to start seeing strong effects. This has been my experience many times using it. I don't wanna go through 3 weeks of PCT until my muscles are fully saturated with it--so I'm starting it now.

Once Epi clears my system creatine will be at max levels in my muscles to give my workouts and muscles a big kick all throughout PCT.
 
You should blow up a bit more once saturated...or at least that's the plan.

yea good idea on staring the creatine, it really shouldn't matter, i know a buddy that runs creatine year round, even runs it when he cycles so its all good.

if you posted your cycle at BB.com they would tell you that your liver is going to explode and laugh you off the board. LOL.

I wish i had started cycling more aggressively much sooner, but back 3 years ago on the boards, 4 weeks of 1 compound was your first cycle, a 7 week bridge for a first cycle was unheard of. Especially with SD, lol.

But I am glad it's not just working but working great for ya CM.

i wish i started cycling more agressively also.. wouldnt take me 4 cycles.. to get where id get with one.. hell u live and learn though.. if i could do it over.. itd be go big go hard.. take the time i need to recover.. and go big.. no more short cycles.. no more moderate doses.. to attain moderate keepable gains.. if theres one thing AM has taught me... gotta push the limits..!

Amen to that...thanks for the lessons guys...planning my first real cycle now. Gonna kick-start with SD, of course some VAR, and test e...I was also thinking dbol but someone told me to wait on that, the gains at my size would be wet and real hard to keep...definitely gonna need an AI with that.

Lots of test E, SD kickstart, var towards the end, is a great cycle. SD works so well, dbol doesn't have much of a place in that cycle.

All gains from the big bulking orals (dbol/SD/Anadrol) are hard to keep, thats why they're at the start of the cycle tho, with test you will keep them.

my only point of advice for the anavar use is to definitely run it through the ester clearance period. I.E. you shoot test E for weeks 1-12, then during weeks 13/14 the ester clears, so during weeks 10-14 you'd run the var, then do PCT on week 15.

Ohhh...now I'm starting to get it. Thanks UM, but I do have a couple questions. I get the part about why you use the VAR near the end of the cycle, but a guy at a well-known site which sells these, er, compounds told me to use var for six weeks at 60 mg a day with the test e. I'm no math major, but since they come in 10 mg tablets, that's 420 tablets (a bit pricey!). The five weeks you're prescribing sounds much more manageable. This is exactly why I'm getting my "ducks in a row" before going forward (also saving dough). I already have a bottle of Iforce Methadrol (SD clone) and will order a bottle of Beastdrol so I don't run out. I actually still have 1/2 a bottle of IBE Epistane I found in my stash! LOL!! OK if I PM with questions?

Yesterdays workout:

Forgot to update yesterday so updating day 34 right now.

Will update todays workout day 35 later tonight.

Yesterday I did legs.

Squats 335 x8x8x8 .....my wheels are coming along VERY nicely. They have gotten thick and hard like tree trunks lol. Not as much definition on them but just thick hard muscle. I love feeling my quads.

See the squats^^^ Last week was pushing 315 x10x10x10... first time venturing beyond 315. Had to use the belt for this. Strength is still AMAZING. Epi is totally picking up where SD left off. I don't feel like I'm off of SD and I haven't taken it for 1 week now.

The leg extension machine is a JOKE now hahaha... I sat on the thing and put the entire stack on it and was doing 20 reps for jokes LOL. It felt like a little toy I was amazed at how juvenile it was.

I'm never doing that shi*ty machine again. Starting a few weeks ago I moved over to the leg extension machine that you load with plates. On this machine I was doing 4 plates and a 35 plate x6x6x6. I got incredibly strong on leg extensions. Pre cycle I stayed away from this plate loaded machine cuz I could only do 2, 45 plates and 1, 25 plate and thought I looked weak sauce on it lol. Not anymore!

I hopped into the gym to play basketball after this leg work out cuz there was a game going on and just dominated down low. Being near 200 pounds is a different level then being 175-185 which is what I stayed around for a while. The heaviness and strength is just amazing to have and throw around.
 
I'm very curious about how much of those (amazing) gains you'll be able to keep, especially in your squat. Is it a below-parallel squat?

First off spargel... your posts lately seem to be obnoxious in ways ..to me at least I'm interpreting them that way... for whatever reason I don't know. Is there a reason you put "(amazing)" and not just put the word without brackets???? Is there some hidden meaning there that you can't just spell out???

And to answer your questions...

My squats haven't gained too much strength if you've been reading my log. I've been doing 315 x10 for a while now. My other workouts have improved way more. And doing 335 x8x8x8 isn't showing much improvement in my squat... just that I'm taking it to the next level.

Pre cycle I'm sure I could have done 315 x7 for 3 sets. On cycle I'm doing 315 x10 for 3 sets. Impressive, but nothing compared to my bench and other exercises.

And I line up my thighs with the ground. That's as low as I can go with 335. Under 335 I can bring my thighs lower then the ground a bit. I take a second when I'm up to breath, and back down. My squat sets are pretty long.

I'm sure I will keep my squat gains. They weren't too much for me to think they would be hard to keep.
 
Took a rest day yesterday lol... gf took up my gym time. will hit up chest, tris, shoulders today.

anyway man hows the epi treatin ya? Once you run your PCT youre gonna notice how shut down you really are. But the clomid/nolva combo is a god send.
