Very very good workout today.
Full back, bi's, and traps workout in the evening. My bread and butter is back and biceps. I've always had a nice bubble biceps since I was a kid and never had to work them out to look nice.
I have never done EZ bar curls but after you guys doing em in here I tried em out. I was doing 35's on each side for 5 reps, and quickly grabbing 20's dumbbells and frying my biceps to death on those till failure. That is by far my new favorite thing to do WOW were they pumped.
Very good workout today. I felt energetic, not wanting to stop, and crazy stronger. Maybe it was the 200 g of carbs in total I ate today over my usual 100 g. I think I'm getting to know why you guys call SD a carb monster. Today's workout was vicious compared to all before it. I'm gonna keep my carbs at 200 from now on because today's workout was by far the best so far on SD mentally and physically.
