Great Book. I honestly hate reading for pleasure books, but I couldn't put this down and read it in 2 days. And don't let the movie sway you from reading the book. The movie was ok-funny, the book is damn hilarious. ****, I am going to have to read that again.

I feel the same exact way lol. I hate reading for pleasure too but I ripped through this one it was fkn hilarious. I haven't seen the movie.

Now I am gonna have to check it out..

Kinda following you throught but just curious; do you think the joint pain is due to SD? if so, what do you suggest me to do before running it? I've ordered USPlabs Supercissus rx to be on the safe side..

I don't know to be honest. Like I said, worked out, went home, a dull ache started late at night, and I woke up handicapped lol.

Take supercissus.... and be careful with the strength gains. I know you're gonna feel like superman and want to throw weights around and I think that's what did it for me.

I had never touched 225 in my life on bench and the first time I did it on SD for 4 reps ... next day BAM.

I'm sure you will be fine. Just take it slow and let the strength gains really sink in before jumping into high weights. I was jumping into high weights already in my first week.

Fish oil, flax oil, cissus, msm, lots of stretching and rotary cuff exercises..
 
just keep your elbows tucked in while benching, i sucks at benching tho.

this! and dont let your elbows come down too much, this becomes a factor when you start pumping that big weight. my suggestion to you is to have a spotter when benching the big stuff.. hope your shoulder feels better bro!!!

If no spotter for bench press then use the squat rack as for its safety bars on the side. :veryhappy: I don't know what people think of that in the gym, but I do it anyways and care less :bigok:

Hey guys this is chocolatemilk sorry for the no show these few days I tried changing the email my chocolatemilk account was made on and the damn thing de-activated and won't activate. Haven't heard anything from AM about it and I email'd them a couple days ago. I went two days without the site at work.... worst fkn days of my life lol.

Unreal I had some questions for you to bro. I was talking to this guy at my gym and he was tryin to sell me 10cc's of test primo or some sh*t for a three weeker. He was pretty uneducated not gonna lie so told him to suck mine lol.

But anyways I've really been thinking of getting some test and running it as soon as I can. I wanna keep these gains very badly to be honest and after seeing humpy throw in a bunch of mean sh*t into his cycle (I know he is experienced) I feel like I should throw something in there to make it worthwhile.

I would have done a SD kickstart with test had I been a little more educated in injecting which I feel I am now but I don't know, is it too late?

Today is day 11 I believe.
 
don't get carried away, this is your first cycle. The epi portion is there to help maintain what you got from Superdrol. I think you should focus on running an awesome PCT and then make some grand plans for the next time.

You gotta admit, your cycle is pretty awesome for a first cycle! I didn't run something this good until like #4.

Ahhh Unreal I think I would have killed myself had you not shown up in my life. Ok bro, we'll keep it up strong finish my SD with Epi and try to finish with a strong PCT.

Yea that's exactly what I was trying to go for... I'm gonna go with Unreal on this tho and finish my cycle how it is and go nuts with the next one maybe in the winter.

yeah thats why i like em. cuz that will go out before your chest. this is why i try and do ridiculous on my triceps. they certainly help increase my bench

I agree with gp.. Go ahead and stock up.. Its never to early to start PLANNING somethign out, i wanted to go crazy and cruise but the ONLY way i could do that in time is to use test p for the first few weeks until the E kicks in and sd/epi/teste/testp would be a CRAZY cycle for my first... and since this is your first one too itd be pretty nuts. especially with your new shoulder problem..

but i agree, treat it like an investment and do a full on inject cycle, you get to be "on" for longer without so many things to worry about. i will be doing a 12-16 weeker of just test e, with some hcg and maybe some t3 if a low cal diet isnt cutting it

yeah i have been pricing some stuff and its like damn im glad i am still on an oral cycle and got pct left plus 10 weeks off minimum cuz that's time to recoup and get my money up.. im gonna need it.

they need to make AAS legal so we can put it on our credit cards LMAO

You know what, this damn oral cycle cost me alot too. Beatsdrol, Epistrong, 2x fish oil, RYR, glucosamine (pricey as tits), MSM, fiber, protein bucket, hCG and supplies... I swear I think if I run an injectable cycle it would be cheaper than this one lol.

I'm gonna start stocking up. I don't want the stuff delivered to my house tho... might just get a PO box or something.

Just out of curiosity, what should I get guys, test e? and if so, and how much of it?
 
24ml would be a minimum as i see it. enanthate is always a good choice.

and it gets expensive cause i promise you'll want to add everything under the sun to the injectable cycle as you go lol

DAY 10

Legs day.

10 mg in the morning 10 mg in the evening.

Morning workout did my squats and leg curls and stuff (the machine for leg curls doesn't have enough weight on it anymore for me lol getting pretty damn strong) had to use the leg curl machine where I load plates on it. Squats are getting alot easier. I'm doing 275 so easily x 10. I'm gonna bump it up to 295 next leg workout. Recovery is ridiculous, I felt how pumped and hard worked my legs were after the morning workout and the next day... very little DOMS.

Evening workout spent on my calves and stomach haha. Such a fun workout. It's like a desert for me the evening workouts they are so fun.

What about just test e and food lol... If I just run strictly a test e cycle. I imagine I wouldn't need too many support supps like I do with orals. Just test e and food wouldn't cut it for the cycle? Maybe hCG again cuz I like it but we'll see about that..

Day 11 I decided to take off and let my joints heal......

Guess what? My joints ....they feel amazing right now. I don't know if it was the glucosamine, MSM, and icing I did, or maybe it was my ability to heal faster than a normal human kinda like wolverine but DAMN... I went from ridiculous pain when pressing to no pain.

Seriously hump I don't know if it was the glucosamine and msm if you wanna try it out, but in a few days after taking them and some icing... I can honeslty say I'm at 95% when before I was at 35% for pressing exercises.

oh it will cut it but just like you wanna add injectables to your orals... you'll wanna add orals to your injectables.

That's what I wanted to hear. I will probably do SD kickstart to test e with adex on hand, hCG for balls, Nolva for PCT. I swear this sounds cheaper than everything I spent for my oral cycle lol. I coulda been a little wiser for my oral cycle right now tho I'm not gonna lie some stuff I spent money on was just me being an idiot.

PS I have a dirty little secret for you guys. I have had liver juice for 1 week now and haven't even started taking it. Stuff is disgusting lol. I should really get on that but I took one drop on my tongue and it really sent me running for the hills with the taste. I'm scared to try it again or even mix it into a drink lol.

The one I'm looking at getting is 250 mg/ml. Do you inject 500 mg a week?
 
Yeah most of them are 10 ml vials.. 250mg/ml. and yeah you'd wanna start with 500 for your first cycle

if you are looking for human grade, they usually come in amps and youre talking like 25 amps for almost the same prices as 3 ug vials if not more...

so tell us guys who have used UG and humangrade do you notice a big difference? or only in price?
 
injectable cycles are way more expensive. 1 bottle of Superdrol, 25$. 30mL of test minimum, WAAY more than that. I usually don't even run supports on the orals.

And to me the test is just a base to add other AAS over, test solo might be a great cycle for some people but it doesn't cut it for me.

Morning workout was chest. Gave my shoulders a little too much credit lol. They still hurt a tiny bit but not enough to get me off the bench. Did 225 again for 4 reps, then 3, then 3 again and bumped the weights down to 205. I notice HUGE strength increase on the chest press machine. I'm doing the entire rack for 8 reps. It only goes up to 285 I think tho and that's what I was doing. I love the machines, they make me feel so strong lol.

Evening workout, tri's and shoulders, again a very fun workout. My dips are starting to suck and I think it's because I'm putting on the extra weight lol. I usually do weighted dips with 25 for 7-9 reps and today I could do it 6-8. I just feel heavier...

I will take a progress picture at the end of next week when SD phase is over and one more at the end of the cycle.

I upped the carbs the past few days and really got a bulky look. I didn't like it at all so I went back down on the carbs. I don't think I'm giving SD enough carbs for glycogen and water weight to sink in for that rapid weight gain people talk about. My weight gain is going on slowly and it looks like nice quality lean muscle. We will see how much of it was water weight once PCT starts...

Other than that.. I miss my old account.. MODS HELP ME LOL WTF!

I was able to do flat with a little pain if I brought the bar down deep. That's what I was doing. I did incline right after tho because I liked it so much from last time. The numbers were for flat.

I usually do dips right after bench set in the morning as the second exercise for fresh triceps but some jacka$$ was hogging it forever so it was the 4th exercise I did. Hmmmm that could have contributed now that I think about it lol.

Ummm... I usually do a glass of milk in the morning with 2 peices of wheat toast.. about 30 g of carbs.

Hamburger bun... 36 carbs (big bun)

Subway bread... 45

This is usually what I do. The past two days I threw in about 50 g of carbs in 2 more meals after these meals. Was doing around 200-250 g of carbs and I immediately blew up and went to my old bulky look I don't like (didn't check weight tho to see if I immediately gained anything).

As of right now weight is up 8 pounds.

Man I'm fluctuating up and down +6 to +8 pounds daily and I'm nearing end of week 2 (maybe it's just the scale too not electric).

I have been eating VERY clean and only a bit above maintenance. I'm really considering a crazy bulk binge for week 3 and than back down to clean and above maintenance for Epistane phase. Or keep up the clean gains.

How is the weight gain guys and what can I expect for week 3? Should I add 1000 cals to my diet or keep it the way it is around 2500-3000?

That's what I wanted to hear. Time to kick the SD in the nuts and go into overdrive.

Adding 1000-1500 cals to my diet for week 3 and 4 with a generous portion of carbs and fats. Time to bulk. I'll bring it back down for Epistane.

I'm contemplating doing another week of solo SD, then starting bridge week 4, finishing Epi solo for week 5 & 6... actually I'm not contemplating it. I'm doing it.

SD is a bulker, I'm gonna use it for it's intended purpose for 2 weeks.
