Learned from the best humps. Eh how did you end up dealing with your joints on SD cook? Just fought through it?
Np. Well if I'm reading this right, 6 weeks of SD at 20 mg a day is not recommended by anyone on here. And SD is serious stuff you need a SERM for PCT.
Do
1-4 1 cap beastdrol twice a day
1-4 fordged liver 1-2 caps ed
4-8 Nolva 20/20/20/10
4-8 post cycle
7-12 unleashed
7-12 sustain alpha
I don't know your experience with PH/DS, or your diet and stats but it might be hard to keep SD gains running SD solo. Also if it's your first time you should try 10 mg for th first week or jump on a milder PH/DS but it's your choice in the end.
Read Unreals guide to superdrol about this it's in the anabolics section right here. It will answer many questions for you. That's where I started.
good advice CM, you're a quick learner... its what i like about you ha
sameerkhan
six wks of SD is a bad idea. six wks at the same dose is a worse idea. six wks at the same dose with no SERM is just straight f ucking retarded. if you took even one minute to read anything on this here site about superdrol you would know better.
Yes, you are right!:gotsearch
thank you for recieving that.
because sd gains are so quick and so explosive its hard to keep them, this is true for any compound that works this quickly and you have to stop so abruptly as well. it makes PCT that much more important. because if thats done wrong, all your gains are gone. like most aspects of bodybuilding, diet will be key tp your gains as well as keeping them.
Hump is that another picture of gamer in your avatar? The guys legs are comin along nicely with the LG products huh haha... jk gamer
DAY 7 (yesterday)
Yesterday was handicapped from my shoulder so I did an hour of basketball and half hour on treadmill.
I think I'm burning a lot of calories and it's causing a slow weight gain while I burn fat. My body composition is changing daily looking really good. I'm gonna keep this up.
that is gamer, in the flesh and if you lok real close... thats my initials tatted on his leg.
sh*t is painfull bro. That bone is big as f*** and any pushing motion hurts like tits
Hope you get in a good chest workout!! I did back today and it was noice!
And me and Hump like it rough, there aint no playin nice
careful with your shoulders I have hurt myself going for ego benching and it's not worth it
Haha
I'm gonna start easy and gauge the pain tolerance see if I can move some good weight around with the pain. I'm definitely not stopping. I don't know what the f*** happened I'm so pissed.
everybody hurts there shoulders. i dont know a single bodybuilder without shoulder problems. because you shoulder is the one joint that is able to move it any direction rather than one just one motion as with most joints... it makes it structurally the weekest and most susceptible to injury.
Mannnn I'll see how my workout goes today and let you guys know whats up. I'm just gonna ice the damn thing to death today. My chest was the one thing I wanted to row the most out of this. I'm so heartbroken right now it's not even funny. I'm gonna go crawl in a hole and die.
My advice, since your taking HCG, would be to take a low dose of deca each week to sooth and heal your joints.. 100mg a week would be perfect.
Ill crawl in the hole alongside you and keep you company
I wouldn't know where to start with that. Where to find it, getting the right needles... If I truly tried to get it it would take a good 2-3 weeks to set it all up.
honestly CM this is why ive been a pu$$y and hit the hammer strengths... i got up to 360 and 450 on the two machines... i did 300 on bench the other day and I was like woah im gonna hurt myself. just cuz you can power through it doesnt mean you should.
take some extra fishoils and grab some additional joint supps if you can get em
; / I just drink a lot of water n take some joint support when sht1 acts up.I wouldn't know where to start with that. Where to find it, getting the right needles... If I truly tried to get it it would take a good 2-3 weeks to set it all up.
Lol I don't trust my dead body with you geek haha

Well, when ever you take a dry compound in the future, just know your joints will suffer to an extent. So, have some deca amps on hand and take deca during cycle.. Looky at PM..
yeah but he'll be done with his cycle by the time the deca can do anything, and he's probably not going to start injecting right now
another option is to do lifts that don't hurt to press, such as incline, or dumbells, i guess you will have to see.
I've been getting some pain in my left pectoral/shoulder region when i flat bench but don't notice it on incline.
if it helps give you hope for some reaason my joints are feeling better the last couple days. i did 1 on 1 off for the past 5 days or so to give a lil more rest and i feel a fair bit better than i did... you'll be alright. the life of a bodybuilder is a painful one but its worth it.
lol, i think i just dug my own hole todayThanks guys and thanks gamer and SC I love you guys lol.
We'll see what happens today at the gym. If you don't hear from me tonight I crawled into my hole and died and no geek you can't come lol![]()
lol, i think i just dug my own hole todaydammit
if you arent a real hard gainer. 500-700 should do the trick. really it depends on your goals. when bulking, aim for 1.4 g of protein per pound that you weigh
you shouldnt have any problem finding any research chems for your rats
it's a good idea to switch it up and do some incline especially if you've never done it before. I think most bodybuilders would agree, if you could do EITHER bench or incline for your chest, you'd be better off with incline. Most people flat bench because they can do more weight and that's it.
So keep up the incline. I mentioned how i had hurt myself with heavy benching so right now i'm not doing much on flat, mostly sticking with the incline.
DAY 9
Well............ I went in today with my shoulder problem to work out and I got some good news and some bad news.
Bad news is... I absolutely cannot do flat bench as of right now.
Good news is... I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geiko lol. Had to.
On a serious note. I went in today to do chest, tris, and shoulders, and with how my shoulder is feeling I absolutely cannot do flat bench. The only chest exercise I could do was incline. Shoulder and tricep workouts are fine. But flat, and decline hell no.
For the record, I have never done incline in my life.. ever. I do have a lagging upper chest so maybe this will work out for the better.
I am looking absolutely amazing right now on SD. I'm looking very big, and ripped not bloated whatsoever and the pumps are ridiculous. I love this stuff. I'm so pissed right now I wanted to improve my flat bench so much for this cycle it was my main goal.
Guys will this hinder my strength gains on flat bench if I only do incline for maybe a few weeks? Like if I get stronger on the incline will that translate into getting stronger on flat bench eventually as my shoulder heals?
And is your incline normally weaker than your flat bench? I was doing 225 for 4 reps on flat last workout and today I was doing 205 for like 3-4 reps on incline.
I honestly don't know what happened to my shoulder. It's not like I was working out and POP something happened. I worked out, went home, felt great, was watching tv with the GF and about 11 pm, this dull ache started in my shoulder. By morning I was a cripple. A little better day by day as I ice it tho.
Please answer some of my questions if you guys can about the incline and flat dilemma.

dude on flat bench I work out with 205x8 for 3 sets
Incline is like 160-180 depending on the day
I like to do incline/flat/decline/flys/decline cable flys for my standard chest workout switch from dumbells to bar ball from week to week to keep the muscles guessing
But you will be fine work that upper area of ur chest and heal up
dont sweat it all bro. i do six week increments of flat becnh then six weeks of incline followed by the opposite DB. you'll be fine... and the mirror will keep loving on you.
Humps, if there is one thing I want you to remember from chocolatemilk, is read the book "I hope they serve beer in hell"
Great Book. I honestly hate reading for pleasure books, but I couldn't put this down and read it in 2 days. And don't let the movie sway you from reading the book. The movie was ok-funny, the book is damn hilarious. ****, I am going to have to read that again.
