Chocolatemilk hangs low with hCG; and builds high with SD/Epi (Pic Log)

WTF!!! Anyone benching 400 pounds at 165 should be at the national level with Claude Boyer... not here at AM.

Southern... there are things within the realm of possibility, that are believable, and understandable and attainable with proper diet and training... But no matter how hard I train, and eat, I will never bench 400 pounds at 165 it's just not in me genetically to do that naturally... then there are the 0.001% genetic freaks of athletes that are ridiculously strong for their weight that are up at the national levels of lifting... I just find it hard to believe so many so many of these freaks are here at AM.

Anyways, I said what I had to say and got it off my chest. I'm just ranting I guess.

Will forget about this and worry about me humpy. I was just a bit mad about the little fit with the guy I mentioned. I'm only gonna care about the mirror like you said.

Day 1:

Took 10 mg in the morning and 10 mg in the evening.

Not much to report on the SD as it's only day 1 but I will say this about my workout...

Morning workout:
I thought waking up early and going to the gym would be something I'd need to get used to but man I had a great workout in the morning. Great energy, great stamina, great strength. It feels really good to do workouts in the morning for some reason. Maybe it's just day 1 and I'm hyped about the cycle, but I absolutely loved getting up early and working out in the morning. Did chest today.

Evening workout:
I went back in the evening to do tri's and shoulders and I'll tell you guys this, for the first few sets my tri's and shoulders felt like they had already been worked out lol. But once the blood started flowing they felt good to go. Nothing interesting today. Pumps were better than normal.

Also, I have to say this, I'm looking over some guys logs in here at AM and some of these guys are my weight and these guys are throwing around 300 pounds and up in their bench press. On top of that people are saying "nice numbers brooo" like that is normal or something. Please correct me if I'm wrong but that is freakishly strong. I questioned someone today about their 315 pound bench press and they are 180 pounds and asked for a video because I'm not a sheep that just follows. I don't want any sheep in my log either. I don't want any BS. Give me straight up criticism if you have you have something to say and be critical... We will see if I will get my video from this guy.

I'm just telling you guys this because I want you to know first off, my numbers are not too great and I'm not scared to be truthful about the numbers I put up. If you ever doubt me I have no problem proving my numbers as they are truthful. I look stronger than I really am and strength displays is not my highlight.

Everything in this log that I will say is 100% truth. So if you want an honest review of this cycle if you are contemplating running it... look no further.

fck it lol
1. who cares?
2. you look at some of the people's builds and you know they arent capable of it
3. some people are credible, otheres Ill only beleive what they dead lift
4. you gotta realize not everyone does their lifts correctly, 1/4 bench 1/2 squats etc.

When other people bench more than me, it just motivates me to work harder. There's quite a few bench monkeys and dumbasses that bull**** the #s but in general I like to use those #s for motivation. Strength goals are fun too. But hump is right, bodybuilding isn't about how much weight you're throwing around... and in the end the more weight you do the more likely you are to injure yourself. Like i hurt my chest in the winter from benching over 300 too much and it still acts up sometimes... not worth it to bench real heavy anymore.

Some people are just genetically strong, i see them all the time, and I know i can never bench big like that either. But it's whatever... and the bench : bodyweight ratio is misleading too because it just favors short people. Like my bench is a pretty good # but for 230 pounds it's not very impressive lol but if i were only 5'7 or so, I'd weigh a hell of a lot less. A guy at my gym can bench well over 315 and he weighs under 130 pounds. Not only is he 5'4 - 5'5 but has a genetically small frame and only trains powerlifting. Sometimes the #s are just ****ed up man.

Anyway the #s are kinda irrelevant, your starting pictures show that whatever you're doing is working.

Good points made by all. I echo SC, I'm not freakishly strong for my size, as I currently weigh 323 lbs. Hell, I SHOULD be benching over 300 for reps or something's really wrong. By comparison, I can't squat all that heavy because I have fugged-up knees from basketball/football. Also, my curls weren't all that impressive before my current cycle with Natadrol/Prime. In fact, they SUCKED. So, it IS relative. But I'm liking what I see in the mirror and that's what counts...do what's best for YOU...when you start to worry about SOMEONE ELSE, that's a good way to get hurt. Fugg 'em. I got ya back. :bigok:

You're right. But for me to say I don't care about strength.. I would be lying. When I was 150 pounds trying to put on mass, I went with the motto "A bigger muscle is a stronger muscle" and I went all out trying to make myself stronger in order to get bigger. And I'm still kind of on that route. I just realize how slow my progress is on here lol. I shouldn't be mad about that I know.

Honestly guys I don't care if people lie at all, this is the real world and that happens. Anyone who gets mad at people who lie is like getting mad at black person for being black, or a white person for being white. It is what it is. It's in our human nature to pervert the truth so that we may take the lead in life. I don't know what the f*** I was spazzing out about.

Could it be the clomid at 400 mg I'm taking alongside my cycle to prevent gyno???? I heard it has emotional side effects. My vision is going to sh*ts too.

Joking :veryhappy:

Did my morning workout. Loving the morning workout. Will report on day 2 later tonight.

Post your lift stats pretty plz!

im not saying im strong, but im not saying im weak....but id much rather look like i could bench 500lbs, than be 160lbs and actually be able to.

at least this is my perspective about being a bodybuilder

Exactly, body builders arent powerlifters and vice versa.. Most of the time lol..

like ive always said, its not how much u can lift....its how much other ppl THINK u can lift :D

I guess that applies pretty good outside of the gym.. but once you're in the gym it's hard to fool people that you can bench 400 pounds with 2 plates hanging on your bar lol.

i agree wholeheartedly. im a slave to the mirror... but im a sexy motherf cukin slave.

Same, I know it sounds vain and shallow (I know you don't have a problem with that humpy lol) but I fkn love looking the mirror especially during workouts

Post your lift stats pretty plz!

I will post bench press, squats, and dead numbers (ps I've never done deads in my life and just starting to) but if you want a full workout log for some days I can do that too. I normally don't keep track of how many sets and reps too closely on paper but shoot a request and I will for ya.

agreed

Never done deadlifts?!!?!

Bro.. You're gonna fall in love

I grip overhand.. I dont like the feeling of one over and under..

And as far as stance goes its pretty universal just jump up and when your feet land is how your stance should be. My hands are JUST outside of my hips, and I keep the bar closer to me, so my knees get brushed on almost every time. I got used to it tho.

Keep your chest out like you're trying to look all swole, your delts back and weight on your heels. Push with your heels, let your hams do the work. Come up in one swift motion until youre standing pretty much straight, pause, then return without changing your form. Chest out shoulders back at all times or you're gonna **** your back up.

Oh and since you probably wont be used to it, do some light back extensions after youre done to get some of the tightness out of your lower back. I feel deads in my legs, lower back, rear delts and traps and forearms.

Thanks man. I'm gonna give it a shot on my next back day. I'll probably start with low weights to get the form and feeling down than try to add on. Do you put the bar on the ground with weights on it? Or do you you use the squat rack thing that holds the bar a bit higher off the ground?

When I go heavier then 185 I put the bar on the rack.. When im warming up and such I keep it on the ground. And yes, start light because once you get your form down and get into it, you will see strength gains but I see a lot of people with a roached back doing this with like 300+ and I imagine I wont see them doing DLs much longer.

These kick my ass more than any other exercise. I am out of breath, get a pump all over, and take an extra minute or two between sets. They're no joke. I normally do them on leg day because your upper muscles are pretty much secondary. But I do see people doing these on back day. Question is can you keep your strength up to do these AND your normal back exercises? LOL they take a lot out of you

me... vain? shallow? how absurd! id get offended by this but im too busy rubbing tanning oil all over luscious body... gross the keyboard is all greasy.

and bro deadlifts are a must! like bench, squats and sex. deads are an exercise that will help your strength in alot of other lifts.

a lot of strenght comes down to technique as well, especially on 1RM.

DL = awesome, you'll do them and than like 5-6+ 9/10 10/10 model girls will ask your to take them home while youre walking to your car.

+ theyre fun

Man are deadlifts THAT good? lol I've been missing out huh..

I told you to delete that picture!!!:grumpy:

That was pretty funny gamer not gonna lie

hey..awesome cycle..subb'd!!!!

Welcome brownchoclit! I remember you recommended me the epi-strong when I was looking for epistane for this cycle. Let's see how it works..

DAY 2

Day 2

10 mg in the morning workout 10 mg in the evening workout.

Pumps are getting a lot better. My chest and tri's which I worked out yesterday feel hard and soar at the same time. Usually they are just soar. I definitely feel the onset of something.

Morning workout: Did legs in the morning. Started with warm ups with squats at 135 then started up.

225 x 10- Very comfortably. Very low. Very slow.
245 x 9- Very comfortably. Very low. Very slow.
275 x 7- Just comfortable. Very low. Pretty hard to get back up.
295 x 5- Not comfortable at all. Back hurt a bit. Not too low.

Proceeded with rest of workout. I aim for 7 reps or under. Any higher than that and I add more weight.

Evening workout: I love how much time I had to spend on calves! 20 minutes on calves, 20 minutes on stomach AND 20 minutes on cardio. This workout plan is giving me GREAT time to work my little muscles and we all know... they are the most fun to workout! How many of you can spend 3-4 exercises on calves and still be productive to the thighs! I do by working out thighs in the morning!

Great day. Love the workout plan I set up.

I see you got me beat on squats :P

real solid squats for your weight bro. good lookin wheels. well done.

Thanks humpster

what do you bench you sexy fu*k?

Well you shouldn't have been so polite haha... I'm doing 205 for 5 reps. Haven't gone higher yet. When I bench 2 plates on each side for the first time... I'm gonna be ecstatic... you have no idea lol. It may not be much to you but fu*k you as I always say LOL

haha you are a sexy f*ck indeed. bro i remember the first time i did 200lbs and then 225... i told everyone... several times. no one really cared what i benched but i was so proud... so take it in and enjoy, you'll be benchin two plates in no time on SD.

Play nice, you two....or I'm taking your, um, TOYS away. Yeah, that's it....TOYS. No homo.

Down n dirty with me?!?!? who do you think I am? Some malnourished Chinese prostitute like gamer??? Don't show off now cuz everyone is reading.

Humpy whispers sweet nothings in my ears.

With Superdrol dude... you'll be repping 2 plates like it's light in a few weeks. SD usually slaps about 50 pounds on my bench. Hell i added 20 in the first WEEK on my current cycle. Good luck keeping it though lol.

If ur looking to increase ur bench the answer is to bench big. You can already do 225 i can guarantee you that. I remember when I was 19 i went from a 230 bench to 315 bench in 6 months by benching heavy (5/3/3/1) and eating like a fatass. Of course though... that's not bodybuilding, lol. So **** it.

I'd say you look like you can bench about a 275-285 max.

Anyways minds. Time to go see the GF a bit and call it a night. Hope back is ready for tomorrow or might just make it a rest day. Thanks for the support guys. Running a cycle under guidance of experienced people feels very relaxing. Not feeling nervous at all about the cycle or anything. Gnight peeps :)

Thanks Unreal :) Hopefully I can live up to those numbers in a year or two. Like I said, 2 plates on each side and I'll be yelling from the mountains. It's honestly been a lifetime goal since I started working out. I'm so hyped to do it!

By looking at the size of your arms, it looks like you could be close gripping 2 plates for reps.. I close gripped last week 205 for 4 reps and your triceps are bigger than mine. Maybe if you practiced bench technique, your lifts will go up? Not saying your form is bad, just throwin it out there..

been catching up looks like ur sd is coming along nicely! GOOD!

Deads- such an epi lift I feel like I am king kong in the gym when Im dead lifting

But make sure u get ur form on point- it is very easy to hurt ur back if it isnt.....and if ur back is hurt the rest of ur workouts will suffer till it heals

id put money on you doing 245 by the time you're done this... no reason to stress, all your basis are covered and good to go. enjoy the night with the gf bro.

My technique did suck. 2 weeks ago I learned how to drive with my legs.... I learned to stretch them back so I could use them. Never did this before and it added 2 reps to my 205 bench. Working on arching my back now. As soon as I started working on form my bench got a lot better. I realized how *****y my form was.

I'm lovin the words of encouragement. See, humpy is a nice guy. You just got to peel his many, MANY, layers off lol.

Hey I have a question if anyone can answer. Can I inject the hCG RIGHT after mixing it or should I leave it in the fridge for a day or something? I'm tryna get a first pin in today.
