So we got it all squared in all the pavers down. Have to go back in the morning to back fill, scrub the pavers, and broom in the top layer of paver sand. Have to cut it short, got homecoming festivities to tend too.

Homecoming here too! Went to the football game last night and am volunteering at the dance for my local HS.

Got 7 lawns to cut today also. Wife is halfway ho.e from the beach. Cant wait to see her, she left Wednesday. I'm a lil backed up

My parents got a patio done with a half wall around it and a built in grill. Covers the whole back of the house and goes out like 10 feet. Can’t imagine how much it costs plus landscaping. Man it’s nice though

That looks great, I am sure she really appreciated the effort. Did you get her boys involved in any way like previously mentioned?

Also if you have room for that get it, thats a nice set up with double weight stacks. YOu can always put it on craigs list later and let it pay for a power rack or some new weights for you if you want to go that way.

Lots of tears man, I had to get the job done so I could move on but had to show compassion at the same time. It all worked out. Man her other son was a WILD dude.....in a good way. Lots and lots of energy and excited. He was just happy to be around some other guys. So I couldn't really get him involved but he did chill with is from time to time. All I had to do was dap him up from time to time and he was good.

All he was saying was "Waaasssuppp Man" ...he was awesome. Making me smile as I'm typing.

Yeah I gotta make a decision on the equipment, you know I want it. Dilemma is, wife knows I'm getting some stuff shortly and is concerned that I'm gonna take all the room in the garage . Then again, I can flip it no problem like I did the treadmill

Sounds like for him that was being involved and sounds awesome!

Just make a deal with her, this will make my current workouts better and when I want new equipment I can sell this to help pay for it. It's a win win.

I am lucky, I have the entire garage to myself. I honestly don't think I have ever parked in any of my garages!!!

This morning was one of those workouts when you just didnt have enough time. Weights were flying....spitting...flexing...walking around..talking to myself....screaming.....laughing...smiling......all by my lonesome at 3am in the garage....anybody else do this?? Or am I a bit insane???
 
So this is were I'm at as far as macros. Goals here are to GROW while trying to stay lean while doing so. I am not worried about a six pack, I've gotten over that. That day will come. Also while growing, I will be focusing on BG levels and keeping sugar low. Staying as healthy as possible in #1 priority now.

Had a planned off day today. Still woke up 330am(usually) 3am...and couldn't fall back asleep. Hopped out of bed and went to the garage. Today was nothing but ground rolling and traditional stretching with some pushups and situps.
