Okay fellas, got some downtime today so gonna do a 2 week catch up. As promised, I have been really enjoying myself the last month or so and plan to keep it going into the fall. I have found a nice balance between family time, work, and training instead of work work work, train train train.

Last week was a 10 day vaca

So back to reality this week. As of today I have gotten in 4 solid workouts. Each around 90 minutes. Dialing in nutrition rather quickly this week and hope to be in full BOSSMAN mode by 9/1. Gotta hit the grocery and get the goods.

Work will be slowing down here soon, would like to commit to a solid 8 month run up to around April of 2020.

My goals are going to be
#1... To be and remain as healthy as possible inside and out.

#2 Build muscle

#3 Stay sexy as I will be pushing 40 next year.

#4 Supplements are simple
Pwo
Karbolyn
Hcl
Protein
Multi v
Omega 3

Also, I intend to ramp up training this season also. I plan on adding some nice equipment to the garage this year. @Rocket3015 (not a heater)

I'm in Maryland, I live on the Potomac river which is really nasty in places. I have to travel about 2 hours (by boat) to get to the blue water which is the bay. That's usually what we do. It's worth it. When we go out, I average around 175-250 miles round trip. Speaking of, departing tomorrow at 630am from the dock for rockfish. I will come back around 11am and pick up my wife and kick everyone else off. Her and I will rock and roll until 830-9pm.

Ah, that explains it, LOL. I thought I saw Daytona beach with all the jeeps at the beach.
Man I need vacations badly -but no money at the moment.

Those pics were last week on the eastern shore of Maryland.

I'm in southern maryland.

I really didn't vaca as much this year as I have in the past. I have spent a lot of time on the river. Every weekend almost, which is rather costly.
The family has gone to myrtle beach a total of about 6 weeks this summer. I haven't been yet. The 7 hour ride kills me.

No beaches in Paraguay?

If the oceans water levels rise enough, we will have a beach in 2185. :) Paraguay has one of the harshest environments possible. Not much lakes and the rivers are huge, wild and treacherous, full of Piranhas, caimans and sting rays, some of them up to 500lbs. On land its either a plain, like Savannah -or a dry, impenetrable thorny jungle with no water, full of panthers, rattle snakes and native stone age hunters (last camera crew, in the 70's who made contact was probably eaten).

Vacations for me are always outside Paraguay.

My father n law stays there to keep the place functioning. That way we dont have to rent to strangers. He came up to Maryland to keep an eye on contractors at my house installing a new roof. He is leaving this morning to go back. Not sure how that's gonna work out, I'm sure there are road closures on the way. Also, I got him a ticket to the Trump rally in NC next week. Fingers crossed
