Awesome! It's always a love hate relationship when you first get a new phone. You're use to your old phone and it takes awhile to get use to the new:)

Still alive fellas, this weekend was the most hours, jobs, profitable I've ever had since starting my business 6 years ago. I'm completely cooked, but reality is its Monday and it all starts again today.

This boy has been working since he was 13 and has held a 3.75 GPA throughout high school while playing multiple sports and holding a job. No drugs, alcohol, baby momma drama. Going into dept of natural resources after graduation. He deserves it, got him some 20" wheels with 35s, running boards, lift kit and tool box for his graduation present

Ahhhh those where the days. My nova had 36k original miles but was rotted out so when it rained my legs got wet since half the floor board was gone lol

No training today, I'm sure as hell from last night labor.
Got a good 8 hour sleep finally, took off from day job to do lawncare all day today.
Power wash, cut grass, mulch.....chasing 💰

New phone blacks out digital scale for some reason, weigh in this morning 203.8 upon waking. Been sweating like a dog that 3 days.

Got off at 2pm today and didn't sweat as much, I will update weight tomorrow morning also.

Busy weeks always suck in terms of training. Hopefully this upcoming week will be slower and you can get in some good lifts.
 
Morning fellas, it's been a few days since I've checked in. Nothing crazy to report at this time. Day job has increased to an 11 hour shift daily and lawncare is out of control. Right now life is 100mph, baby girl is 3 days a week softball, youngest son is 3 days a week bball and oldest son is costing me an arm and a leg. Senior prom, getting truck tagged and through inspection, graduation...it piles up quick.
As far as training, I've had to slow down quite a bit. My main focus right now is hitting macros, staying hydrated, controlling BG levels, and trying my hardest to get some sleep.
I'm up at 3am and non stop until around 1030 PM. Just being a dad, a husband, a employee and a business owner.
Morning weight is 205.
Once this spring fever rush slows down and lawncare slows down to just grass cutting I can get back in some training sessions.
 
Damn I haven’t seen this till now. Gonna try to stick around.

The long days suck, I work from 5 am to 9pm every day which a few sporadic breaks here and there. It’s tough just getting to the gym and finding time for yourself.
