Sorry let me clarify, I expect AndroDrive to exhibit good effects on test levels while using it. And it is part of our new AndroSeries coming out soon.

11/13/10 Workout Notes

Workout Notes:

Hit legs on saturday, had a fairly strong workout. Weirdest thing was my left shoulder felt fine all day then later on that night like 4 hours after my left rotator started aching like a biatch.... Will get to that in a bit though, here's the numbers...


Squat- 20(double pump)x45, 10x135, 10x185, 10x155
Hamstring curl- 10x150, 10x225, 10x240, 10x240
Calf raises- 10x285, 10x315, 10x345
Leg extensions- 10x100,10x130,10x160


Weight was actually down to 205

Was able to handle more weight on quad extension but took it easier on the squats n didn't push for more weight for the safety of my lower back.. Will likely try more next time.

Was moving some stuff around the room like my dresser and can only think that's what tweaked my shoulder.... Honestly think I should probably kick back on the weight for some of my shoulder exercises as well. Really enjoy the progress I've been making in my shoulders/delts too but if I injure myself moving up in weight lifting more and more then I'll be out of commission for all sorts of exercises....

Legs were toast though after this, as I hadn't been able to hit them the week before this. I loved the feeling of tightness and lack of strength the following day (semi-sarcastic, semi-true) in my legs and walking awkwardly as all hell. Can't wait till next leg workout as well.
 
I just love it when the legs get hit real hard. Next day I'm usually walking like a duck :rofl:

11/14-15/10 Daily Observations

Left shoulder was still sore sunday so much so that I took some advil, frickin hate having to take medicine but figured the inflammation reduction I'd benefit from would be better for me then the slight slowdown in anabolism that nsaids can cause.

Legs were still super sore too monday and wanted to allow them to just recuperate...

Wanted to give my shoulder one extra day off as well so am pushing routine off a day this week.... Monday was taken off too from the gym but stayed pretty active cleaning the last of the crap out from my old apartment hauling trash bags of crap I accumulated that don't need at my new place n scrubbing everything down...

Ate a giant meat filled burrito from chipotle after cleaning then fell asleep for the entire 4 hours my lil lady was in class.... So all in all had a much needed day off that allowed me to feel back to 100% on Tues (today)...

No weigh ins were done over the weekend.....

I can attest to this myself. I've been on HRT for almost 10 months now and everything is better with a test base!!! I've ran Tren percursors, Phera, Super-Drol, and Epi with injectable Test and it is much better than before. MUCH BETTER!!!:yup:

More like a lot a bit of gyno...

More then anything I had alot of fat accumulate on my chest to around the lump but it is quickly burning away right now. Also the typical pain that exists in the nipple area has subsided substantially and I haven't even been taking an AI for the last 4 or 5 days now.

I was REALLY concerned at first with the possible estrogenic side effects that this compound supposedly possessed but honestly since starting I literally got so "dried out" in the joints (low estrogen symptom) that I went from taking 50mg ed of 6-bromo to 25mg ed then 25mg eod and now nothing. I'm beginning to think that this chomping barely aromatizes at all, if at all.

My gyno wasn't even estrogen induced either, superdrol is what gave it to me and it doesn't even aromatize.... Dbol, anadrol, m1t, pheraplex, methoxy trn, max-lmg have all been ran as well and are all culprits in certain people for either estrogenic or prolactin induced gyno. None of these created our contributed to the issue. The one time I tried to run SD again, after getting the gyno to atrophy a bunch, it became insanely painful again and started to grow within days....

The other thing that has contributed to gyno growth has been drinking and smoking while not working out, that was all that was needed this last time around to cause it to grow excessively, socks cause I had it knocked down real good previous to my hiatus.....

Plan on running an extended "pct" or estrogen reduction protocol after this in order to help continue reducing the fat mass and hopefully atrophy the gyno lump as well...
 
Lookin real good poops!! Upper body has just exploded man and definitely lookin leaner!


That gyno will be reduced in no time man and ull be back lookin bigger n better then ever!

i feel ya too.. i have pubertal gyno that never left... even when lean... i need it cut out.

Both of you know what to do. And this works. Letrozole @2.5 mgs. per day and taper off. The only non-surgical way to reduce and diminish existing gyno.

Letrozole (Femara) also does quite a few things which would be of interest to both bodybuilders and athletes. Firstly, it has been shown to reduce estrogen levels by 98% or greater (1). In at least one documented incidence, Letrozole (Femara) reduced estrogen in the test subject to undetectable levels, and increased LH, FSH and SHBG (4). Clearly this is all of interest to bodybuilders, as less estrogen in the body means less chance of certain side effects such as water-retention, Gynocomastia, and acne. This makes Letrozole (Femara) an appropriate choice for even the heaviest bulking or cutting cycles including harsh androgens. Also, if you are a competitive bodybuilder, Letrozole (Femara) is a must have product for contest prep; no other Ancillary compound will produce a dry and tight look like Letro will.

An effective dose of Letrozole (Femara) is .25-.5mg/day (I use .25mgs/day), but be forewarned, if you go over that amount, it can kill your sex drive. Also worth noting is that there´s a rebound effect on your estrogen when you come off Letrozol. Maximum inhibition of the aromatase enzyme has been found to happen at doses as low as 100mcg! (2)

How good is this compared with Aromasin and Arimidex, it´s too other main rivals? Well, In non-cellular systems, Letrozole (Femara) is 2-5 times more potent than anastrozole and exemestane in its inhibition of the aromatase enzyme and activity, and in cellular systems it is 10-20x more potent! It also lasts quite a long time in your body,but takes awhile to get going& Letrozole (Femara) has a whopping 2-4 day (!) ½ life, and you need to take Letrozole (Femara) for 60 days to get a steady blood plasma level (8).

Those are impressive numbers, but here´s one of the most interesting things about Letrozole (Femara):

It may reduce/eliminate/reverse existing gynocomastia!

In a study conducted on mice (*no, I know it´s not perfect), gyno-like-changes in the mammary gland were totally destroyed! Here´s a direct quote from that study:

"Our results also indicate aromatase overexpression-induced changes in mammary glands can be abrogated [destroyed] with very low concentrations of the aromatase inhibitor, Letrozole (Femara)."(7)

In addition, I´ve used Letro to get rid of my own gyno, as has a friend of mine, and we both used it at a dose of 2.5mgs/day, tapering down to .25mgs/day, and then finally off..the gyno never returned in both our cases.

I´d say that this stuff is pretty great, considering its availability and cost (when you consider the fact that .25mgs/day is more than enough protection from estrogen-related sides on most cycles), not to mention it´s overall utility for a variety of functions (destroying gyno, preventing estrogenic sides, and for PCT).

Letro isn't the only way to chemically treat gyno; that is a myth if you spend some time over at pubmed (no disrespect TG; it's just that I see this comment a lot on the forums). AIs have slightly better clinical outcomes than SERMs I think for gyno reduction based on the studies, but neither is a guarantee and usually the gyno just reduces in size at best (which isn't bad).

I've tried letro at 2.5mg/day for a while tapering up and down and onto a SERM for rebound E2 and it didn't work for me. I know of several others who it didn't work for either. YMMV.

I think raloxifene is a better choice to try for gyno resolution/mitigation-no adverse effects on lipids, can be used for long periods of time since it's a 2nd gen SERM with much less toxicity than nolva et all, and without the horrible joint pain of high dose letro. It actually improves bone mineral density unlike AIs and is FDA-approved for osteoporosis. I'd also be more inclined to try ralox first if you are off cycle; maybe letro or letro and ralox on cycle if needed.

I hear some good things about combining letro and caber to wipe out gyno, but I haven't tried the combo myself.

But chemical treatment of gyno by any means (SERM or AI) doesn't work for everyone. I've tried lots of sheit (Aromasin, cabergoline, pramipexole, Letrozole, Nolva, Toremifene, Letrozole, etc). I got some symptom resolution (my nips didn't feel like they were covered in napalm), but little else. But mine isn't so bad yet that I feel the need to plop 5K on the surgery.

Gyno is one mean whore.

ahhhh, im so slow when it comes to keeping up with pre sales and such. thats a killer price for what seems to be a great product. wish i would have been more aware of that price!!

The pre-sale only last for a week though I believe so it was here and gone before ya knew it. There's no doubt in my mind that it'll be on sale again for everyone that missed out. Maybe when the rest of the anabolic trinity stack is available !! :)

I only know because i kept going back to buy more i bought one, then a week later i bought another then a few daYS Later i said what the h ell and got a third,,,,, i just kept wanting more..

Hey guys, sorry for missin the last couple updates before starting pct... Had it wrote up the other night to cover the last week n while finishing up the post my phone died on me and I lost the whole message and pissed me off.

Weight has stayed on fine so far... In fact gained a pound or 2 with the holiday feasting... I will do weekly updates on pct n prob do final photos (def measurements) as well.

Pct is goin fine thus far. Libido has def increased with the addition of sustain alpha and the TRS stack. I'll update end of cycle measurements tonight, have a second thanksgiving to go to right now...
