Boladrol Log- Bulking the Poopster

I've felt it on compounds like phera plex and sd before, but after eating its almost as though you can feel your muscles getting pumped just from the food.

Oh man why did you have to point that out, now I can barely wait 2 months for my Phera Cycle :twak: :lmao:

10/26/10 Workout Notes

Workout Notes:

Had another good workout tonight, pushed heavier weight then last time and felt strong doing it.

Weighed in at 200.5 today, so this wasn't just some weekend weight gain....

Think I'm goin to set a target weight of 210 after pct.... Think I got it on lock down.

Brachials are starting to get a lot more cut and definitely more mass, also some veins popping while lifting.... Can't wait to see how they look in a couple weeks...

With that here's how the w/o went down...


Workout:

Db hammer curl- 10x25, 10x35, 10x40

Curl bar- 10x40, 10x50, 10x50
Reverse grip CB- 10x50
Iso lat pull down- 10x45, 10x70, 10x70

Bent over db row- 10x35, 10x25

Most all lifts were up but by the time I got to the bent over db rows I was pretty friggin pooped, nothin like yesterdays second wind, guessing it was cause I didn't have as much to eat and also was busy drinking water all day for a drug test for my new job..... Always drinking a ton of water but when peeing on command I have to have an ultra full bladder so its hard to get down as much food as normal when my stomach was full of liquid.... That was in the am though, after getting home I peed a ton and started getting hungry and on with my eating routine.... Might need to bump up my complex carb intake to make sure I don't go hypo during workouts..... We will see...

Definitely showing some promising signs early on...

On a more serious note, I love IBE (and NTBM). Right before they go out they end everything with a bang and risk their company to deliver top notch results to their consumers. Boladrol + 2 new designers. This and poops being back on AM really makes me cherish the last moments of prohormones and kind of makes us relive the old days SD, M1T, Phera, and others ruled the skies. I've been digging through threads in 2005, 06, and 07, when they were introduced and they're just like the way Boladrol makes everyone feel. No matter how natty you become or believe in, you've got to respect the power of the Big Dawgs. They should always have their place in the supplement industry and designers like these will always have my respect and fortitude.

Daily Observations:

Soooo got a few things to note so far for boladrol...

First thing noted today, libido.... Going up... Was in the dumps just previous to boladrol so this is def welcome, although not raging or anything at least its exsistent... Boladrol, my gf thanks you, lol.

Also, chest and arms were pumped upon waking and entire body looked actually fairly dry, but that typically happens after 8 hours of no water and a humongous full bladder release (i can literally pee a full liter at once, EASILY)... That pump continued throughout the day, def feeling the food again during both breakfast and lunch as well....

Cool thing my lady commented on... while I was cooking us some breakfast she made a comment about liking it when I was bigger (aka fatter)..... I then informed her I weigh a few pounds more right now actually then when I was "bigger", lol... Then reassured her that not to worry I'll be even bigger soon and in a much more attractive proportion...

True what they say though, muscle weighs more then fat, so I have lost a lot of "mass" but good riddance, I say.... So I personally took her observation as a compliment n can't wait to see how I'm lookin in 3 more weeks.... Hopefully close to my avi again... Sure I will by the end of pct :D

We can't say anything for sure yet...

In actuality I put on just as much quality mass with phera (if not more) and sd then I did with dianabol or m1t... Both the latter compounds I put on alot of weight but much of it was water and easily lost afterwards.....

Can't wait to see wich side boladrol winds up on....

Prob a couple gallons..... I'm always drinking water, milk with meals and snacks.... No juice, soda or caffeinated preworkout formulas....

Don't work at all, yet (start training later this week or next), and get to do nothin but focus on eating and lifting.
 
2 gallons is a lot.. I bet you dont leave your house w/o a gl on you :D

I'm trying to drink 1gl per day to flush out my liver and kidneys.... the good part of drinking that much is that you're always thirsty for more :cheers:

Gutted. If I had anotherfew months under my belt i'd take you up on that. Saying that I'm not sure it would travel well here. My postmans a rugby player, I think the temptation would be too much for him. He'd be able to smell that sh!t through the bubble wrap.

Yeah there's some interesting stuff on offer here still. Im not to far off a dabble. I say a few months, I reckon the begining of feb some time, that will mean I can fit in a couple of cycles by the summer time. We'll see.

Not to be mean our anything but I'm not just sending this to anyone, I want to see some solid info from proven members....

I could easily have just kept this for myself on a future cycle, I prefer the fact its liquid and didn't have to pay for it, lol.... I just want to see, as I said before, others feedback then my own for a good idea what it will do period.

Workout Notes:

So had an awesome workout, felt much stronger. Certain times around rep 5 is start to feel worn down but was able to power out another 5 reps, gotta love a little androgen assistance!

The skull crusher-> military press combo was awesome for working both my triceps and delts. Hit over head skull crushers on inside grip of the curl bar aka seated tricep extensions, for 10 reps then bring the curl bar in front of face down to collar bone level with elbows bowed out n pumped out 10 military presses.

For the exercise directly following, standing row, I think that's the correct name, I would hold the curl bar in front of me on the wider grips while standing upright and pull the bar up to my chin with my arms out wide to make for the focus of weight being applied to my lateral and rear delts. This also nails my traps, I feel, better then a standard shrug.

Tried grabbing some dbs right after to do some standard shrugs but my grip was shot by now and could barely get 7 reps out n figured it was good enough if I could no longer hold the weight....

Hitting legs tonight (10/29/10) n of course gonna check weight to see if I'm running into the supposed 1lb a day range ibe mentioned gaining already.
 
Ehhhhh, technically, yes.... But it's basically my afternoon, lmao

I wake up round 10-11 am, go to bed between 2-4 am and usually take a nap for at least 30 min mid day (my noonish time, lol)

I workout round 930.... That's most peoples 4 or 5.... Still have a good 5-6 hours after the workout to get in adequate nutrition then sleep to let the growing begin. ;)

Lol.... The lack of work is more like it... I'm a night owl so these are the hours I keep when not working a job that would be disadvantageous to do so.... Lol. A but different then most but adult swim is on then n I love me some AS.

Definitely had a good leg workout tonight, boladrol is definitely doing work here. Squat was way up in comparison to last week and felt strong doing it, suspect weight will be heavier next week and it won't be a problem either with how good it felt.... Even played with some double pump reps to finish it off...

Squat- 15x bar(warmup), 10x135, 10x155, 10x185, 8(double pump half rep at bottom)x135
Hamstring curl- 10x150, 10x225, 10x240, 9x240
Standing calf raise- 10x285, 12x315, 11x345
Leg extensions- 10x70, 10x100, 10x130


Workout Notes:

This left my legs dead n tired, dragging my feet basically while walking out.... Also even an hour later, looking at my legs, quads were majorly pumped and looking pretty defined. I can tell I am most definitely going to put on some major mass on my legs ..... Should be helpful for snowboarding season :D thats if I even have the money to go this year...

I used to not hardly even work legs, especially the season I lived in utah and had a seasons pass to one of their premier resorts... Didn't need to though, boarding 4 times a week in deep pow had my legs huge n defined as hell! Was also back when I was cycling m1t, so that may have helped, lol. Back pumps were vicious on the rides home though from being tired and dehydrated.

Either way I can tell this compound is quickly during its work imo....

Btw weight was 202.5 today. Did pee a considerable amount though this morn and slept a hefty nap so missed a meal soooooo who knows what it was... Daily weigh ins are fun, and I track them regardless but unless I keep weight for 4-5 days at a time I chalk it up to water and glycogen retention.

Well this weekend starts my individual "arm" day addition to the routine. I feel with this compound working as well as it is that over training is not a concern and recovery is quick enough to allow for full healing between group overlaps.... Time to kick volume up a notch n take advantage of this cycle!

Lol, I don't care. I know where I have been and although I may not look that great right now with all the extra padding, just wait n see how I look at the end of this cycle and better yet end of pct....

The pic in my avi is me @ approx 200-203 2 years ago this next month.... I bet I can be close to that same muscle mass by the end of the year and then finish cutting to the same bf in another 2 months.... Probably faster honestly.

muscle memory is my friend...

10/30/10 Daily Observations

Daily Observations:

Didn't do the dedicated arms workout today as previously mentioned. The lil lady needed some dedicated attention herself so we went and saw Paranormal Activity 2 (thought the first was better) and then ate some wings (BWW).

So other then not working out today and just maintaining an off day status I have quite a few observations to mention...


Sides:

First thing is.... Back pumps....

Although not severe, I can definitely feel the familiar cramping sensation in my lower back today. Didn't take any taurine today, as I usually just put it in my preworkout shake, but will be definitely taking taurine now @5g both morning and preworkout as well as using a potassium chloride salt substitute I picked up and putting a half teaspoon into each shake to help maintain a healthy electrolyte balance...

Those 2 things in the past have helped alleviate back pumps for the most part for me (poseidon does a GREAT job for this too but is much more expensive then a 2 dollar shaker of "salt").... Its only been a few days in on the 4mg dose so who knows if it will become worse beyond alleviating.... M1t was hell and sd was too, I can hope this is better.

Another thing to note its the lethargy.... Its starting to kick me pretty hard. I usually take a nap anyhow if I have the chance but this last couple days I've found myself tiring easier mid day and straight knocking out without realizing it in the middle of reading the boards on my phone and the like. I don't know what I can do to combat this short of taking stims which I really prefer not to do when taking strong androgens. Don't need to shoot my bp through the roof....

Which brings me to the last "sides" observation.... A few people have asked if I've experienced similar headaches associated with increased bp as ryan has. The answer would be only once.....

I am quite familiar with the distinct kind of headache I get with increased bp. Clenbuterol will give me these real naaaaaaasty and I've experienced them on cycle before too. I had a slight one, that quickly subsided, one of the first days I dosed 4mg, with my second 2mg dose before working out. It had not reoccurred so I didn't feel the need to mention it..... Other then that I got a slight headache last night working legs, but squats can give me a headache anyways AND the front desk retard went on a cleaning spree again mopping the mats right next to me with an overly concentrated solution of cleaner and then followed me around the gym spraying down all the machines in my vicinity with a cleaner bottle, successfully making me sick to my stomach (pissed) and giving me a headache...

Don't think BP is becoming a dire issue as of yet in my case.... I keep very well hydrated though, try to stay on top of my electrolytes and have been taking cycle assist for almost 2 months now (started taking it right as I started working out again for general health purposes). I could definitely say though I would not suggest this to anyone who is already pre hypertensive, this would definitely put you in to dangerous territory (as will most androgens).


Benefits:

Had some substantial DOMS today in the legs, love it! Means yesterday was very successful n these couple days off should allow for some solid growth. Also felt fairly pumped all day in both the sore legs and in the rest of the body namely forearms and bi's..... Also lil lady commented again on how much bigger my arms have gotten so hopefully in no time at all they will be back to their 17+ inches n with a good cut.

I've noticed as well that my joints have been getting more and more sore or dry in the typical manner and feeling that comes with extremely low estrogen levels... So 2 days ago I had dropped AI dose to 25mg and with no alleviation as of yet I'm contemplating the need for it at all and just holding on to it n keeping it on the side instead for the just in case situation (not to mention having a serm on hand of course if needed).

I've seen mentioned the possibility for limited to no aromitization with this compound after all.... The biggest danger is the "if" factor, that if it can, it will be the potent methyl estrogen.... Just have to hope for the best and prepare for it.



Don't have much else to mention other then this.... Honestly don't think that more then 4mg will be needed after all for my last week, I suppose we will cross that bridge when we get to it.But I would suspect that the sides will definitely outweigh the benefits not to mention with how effective the compound has been this far working into this dose that no more would even be needed to illicit desired effects....

We will have to see....
 
good update poopy very detailed... i know what you mean about BP headaches and I get them from clen like that too.

The side effect profile sounds reminiscent of SD, there is lethargy, back pumps, headaches... does this compound "feel" similar to SD to you?
