5:30-6:25 Lifting preceeded by a 10 minute warm up
Dead lift 310x5, 350x3, 390X2 (plus a partial)
Wide Grip PD @170 10/10/10/10 (+ long neg on last rep)
v Bar Cable Row @210

Weighted Back Extension @75lbs

Leg Lifts off of bench 25/15
Wrapped it up with a bit of variable resist cardio 80/90/100% max resist, 5 minute stages, sprint the last 60 sec of each stage:117 cals.
Dietary was pretty tight today 2778 cals (102 carbs, 237 protein {plus 18g BCAA}, 162 fats) with an estimated burn of 4084 for a deficit of 1306. (Does not include a bit of grapes, kiwi and pine apple I had at work)

Thanks Matt. I have pulled 400+ in the last year but have not tried it for some time.
Well you both make dead lifts look simple. I have yet to due them. Mainly because of the hernia in my belly button area. Trying to keep the pain to a minimum. I have way too much to accomplish before I have to have surgery to get it removed. So the longer I can wait the better.

LOL Yeah because I already know when I hit my mark believe me I will go all out before I have to have the surgery. You have seen the video of doing 810 squats on the machine I will find a way to his 1k lbs. Even if I have to get some straps and strap them on. LOL... And Leg Press the same thing. I know I could do heavy like kleen and doc. Just stinks I have the old type of sled with more resistance. I am currently working on getting my bench up to 320 possibly in this next 90 days I will video everything I do when it comes to that time. But for now I will K.I.S.S.

not knocking in ya bro, but I gotta know, that 810, is that with a machine of some type or is that free weight barebell? That would be freaking unreal (ok, awesome at least) if it were free eight.

It's so bad that I have done them bare foot rather than having to squat in "gym shoes" because the heels were elevated. Gotta be flat footed. Same with deads.

I know this all too well. I have pretty bad back issues that show up every now and then and deads just aggravate it quicker. Exactly why I have to avoid them to stay healthy

I wish I could say I needed a short break from training. If anything I need more. It is no secret I am extremely harsh on myself. I like to joke and have a good time but when I set my sights on a goal or what ever I don't like to lose. In this case the skin chub is my opponent and it is winning. I guess I need to pull out another come from behind victory. Take no prisoners.

Dont be so down on yourself Jeff. You may not see it as much as everyone else, but we all see the great progress you are making. I know I dont need to tell you this, but you cant be the person you want to overnight! You say you are in a rut, but this is the same guy that just weighed in 8 lbs lighter the other day, correct? Keep your eyes on the prize, Jeff and it will be yours with your drive and motivation....I promise you![]()

Maybe you need to add something to your post Transaderm PCT? I know that I often feel a bit pissy when I come off of a PH until the "boyz" get up and running again.
Also, bear in mind that platues often take care of themselves as long as we keep on track. Keep plugging and you'll get that breakthrough. Also, I have been allowing myself a cheat every 10-14 days, so it is not like it's a big deal. I have found that at times, some of my best fat loss weeks come after a good cheat. I may pack on some water weight from the carb up, but usually end up below where I was pre-cheat 3-4 days later.
Don't get down on yourself Jeff. We are in the journey that although it may have a destination, has no end.
