just got back from a 2 mile jog in the rain/snow, but its all good

Yah the trick to maintaining the low cals on burn days is to eat super clean, you get to treat yourself on workout days a bit so it's a pretty good trade off considering you are going to be losing signnificant poundage :)

BINGO!! That's exactly how i play it. Super clean on burn days, more leniency on workout days. Its a perfect balance for body composition (and sanity)

I have my wife trained on what days I eat clean and small, and what days I eat reasonable and big. She calls them "skinny days" and "fat days"....

2/16/12 Day 3, wk 1
4:25-5:30
The shoulder is starting to feel near 100%, no pain but still a bit of discomfort on Chest work, still disappointed in how things started tonight.

Bench 185x5, 215x5, 240x5

(Boring but Big with a twist)
5 sets of 10 reps at 60% (170) Dead Press, in power rack, started at the bottom.

Inc DB Press (Reverse Pyramid) (Focused on making each rep touch my chest)
75'sx8, 65'sx10, 55'sx12

BW Dip 4/4/4

Dual DB Skull Crushers 30'sx12, 35's x7/8

One light set of cable cross overs just to get a burn 60x15 reps.

Straight bar Triceps Extension @160 x12/12.

Wrapped it up with 35 minutes of Random Hills Cardio for 245cals.

Broke my fast at 12:00, a bit short of 16 hours but again, this is how my schedule works out, shut it down at 8:00. Good thing IF allows for a more carbs on lifting days as the wife had home made spaghetti when I got home. Stayed under on overall cals but carbs arewere high.
2707 cals (275 carbs, 238 protein [plus 18g bcaa], 67 fats.

Sorry I've been so horrible with updates but hockey is in major time consumption right now but done in another week! Thank god and then this will get my full cooperation

Yah the big reason I void things like spaghetti is that its filling and hard to get all your protein in.

Same here, there was a big spaghetti feed last night but I couldn't get my protein fill so I avoided it. Down 16 pounds by the way

Turned 30 today, didn't meet my goal of 260 and still fighting the flu.. BOO! Have so much gunk in my chest working out sucks.

Dude, that is awesome! I can't seem to break 270 but the waist is getting thinner and the caliper pinches are getting smaller.

Yah the weight does not go down at times but it will start again when your muscle increase slows.

Pre: Maniac
Intra: RecoverPro
PM: TestoPro, 3z, Ageforce Patch, Forged Joint Support

what can you tell me about daa

I like it, it's became a staple supplement for me. A lot of my stuff in my stack when I run out I'm not going to take again. DAA is awesome on the slight test boost it gives me basically side effect free.

sweet, i have sum but never tried it. think im going too soon. Is daa the reason you take erase?

I want the cortisol effect from Erase that dries me out. AI is an added bonus, I'm not worried about gyno from DAA to be honest.

I agree wity you on that one Bruce. As an aside, you do know you should cycle that stuff, correct?

TestoPro yes, DAA I'm thinking 3 months on, 1 month off, then 3 month on. People have taken DAA 6 months in a row with no problems.

It's not a matter of problems but how long can you take it and it still make a difference. I don't know how long that is myself. I would love it if it was 6 montns.. heck 3 would be great.

Well I will be able to let you know on the blood work as I am doing a 3 month run with blood work. This friday I go in for my 60 day bloodwork.

Yah let me know cuz I would love to run it for 12 weeks from pct to the next cycle.

Gonna break the fast at 2:00 today, stretching it out a bit because I will have to feed starting at 12:00 tomorrow with my work schedule. (It's dead lift day so I don't think it is gonna make a huge difference.) Speaking of which, I wanted to get some gym time in today and just could not see my self pulling heavy on an empty stomach, so we did fasted cardio instead. Total of 45 minutes for 262 cals, had 18g of BCAA per-intra and post.

2230 cals in, 148 carbs, 221 protein, 74 fats. Shutting down the food window after about 6 hrs at 8:00 so I am fasted a full 16 hours come 12:00 tomorrow.

That's my Bouy. I was a afraid I would have to blow up your inbox LMAO. Always nice to get some positive input:)

Weighed in at 269 today, still up 1 from when we started but brooke 270 again (YAY). More importantly, the waist was 42.5, down 1.5 from our start and was 43.5 at the navel, that is down 2. WOOTS!

Yah that is more important than the scale. Quick weight loss will usually get more reaction from the scale. Slower weight loss you will notice the waist more than the scale. When you have a lot to lose though, I prefer quicker at first till you get to around 20 lbs of your goal. You could literally take years to lose the amount of weight you want sometimes or you could bite the bullet and get most of it off in months. This is a personal preference mind you.

When I was 305 I went down to 235 in 5 months. I maintained that for a while and eventually went back up to 280 a year later then I dropped 50 lbs in about 6 months. From there I got down to 195 for my first comp in 10 years of so... that was a slower process. I bulked up to 247 and then droppped down to 215 where I did my final cut for my show last fall. I was too heavy at 247 though. Not going there again.

I get what you are saying DW, I am just not willing to loose lean mass to see a damn needle/number move. Did that when I dropped from 322. Honsetly, I think I would be pretty happy at 245/250, guess I will see when I get there.

Yah I know I don't generally lost any mass of note till I get below 10%, I had plenty of preserved mass when I lost the 70 lbs. The trick is to slow down as you get leaner. I am talking more like a couple lbs a week but you will have weeks where you lose more. I lost a lot of water too like 20 lbs os weight loss in the first month at least half that had to be water. I continued to lose quite a bit of water thoughout. Amazing how much of our excess weight is actually water...

1500 cal day, going to extend my fast today and get my 1500 in a much shorter window! Chicken, fish, and greans today! Eating lean on non w/o days!

Yah good idea 1500 is low but I wanted you to get really good results to start and when I found out you could handle 1500 then I decided to keep you there.
