Today might be my day boys, feeling more energetic. Still pretty stuffy but feeling better! Shooting to b back in the gym tomorrow

Finished up with 28minutes of Target HR (103/120 bpm) on Precor Bike, 205 cals.
 
Ok everyone take note. Us big big boys have made the choice to continue to get lean and mean. Phase 1 was more of a draw. So phase 2 will start now and go on thru the end April 30th. The loser of this 90 day friendly challenge will spend a max of $ 40 for the supplement of choice of the winner.

As for me my starting weight as of this morning was 239 lbs. Soon as I can get some pics I will post them up. I will also take some measurements in the next few days.

im taking a big hit here, darn it. went too work, sent home early with a fever. i just cant seem to get back on my feet. i just woke up after being in bed for the last five hours. anyone got any good remidies to knock a nasty head cold out

You can make yourself feel more comfortable using fisherman's frend lozanges that wil clear your head....
 
Yea being dependent on them is pretty bad. I find that I usually can cycle off pre workouts when I am on cycle. Other than that I love um cause they taste good usually ;)

Gym trip went well tonight. Between lifting and cardio ended up at 160 minutes, 1939 calories burnt according to HRM.

Food is a bit low, just over 2k, going to have to up the food a bit tonight. Water is at 23 cups.

1) I assum by this you are "in"? (if so, ya gotta post up a starting weight.

2) Is that 1900 cals burned just during your gym time or all day long?

1.) Sure, unless Dr. tells me tomorrow no.

2) That is just my gym time.

3) Starting weight: 274.2 lbs. Body Fat: 26.6%

All day would be roughly 4.6K. I don't have my fuelband or fitbit yet to be more accurate. Just taking my BMR + exercise cals.

Lets start this off by saying with the change in my diet and this circuit training I am doing, I was soaked in sweat and I actually up chucked after my workout go figure.

The energy level was up until I hit the 3 rep I was toast but I finished it out like a man. I even lifted heavier this go round and it actually felt right.

I used the Omron HBF-306f body fat scale at the gym. It was 6:30 in the evening I had two meals prior to hitting the gym, my scale weight at that moment was 237 lbs and measured 27.3% body fat. Not sure how accurate it was being I ate twice before the test but what ever I was guessing my bf% was around 26 so I was pretty close in my guess. lol

Finished it all up with a 3 mile jog. I was able to keep a 10 minute mile, which is not bad considering I was at 12 minutes 2 weeks ago.

Not that i'm "bulking" per say, my weight is the same, just not cutting. I'll be leaning out soon though. Just don't want to risk it in PCT. I worked hard for the 20lbs I put on lol.

Ok back from my short Superbowl vacation (just went to Ottawa to watch it with my son) ...

Things seem to be running ship shape over here. So have you guys organized some kind of weekly update so we can compare results...?

Yep, well done sir. As usual, youar stomping me. I had a lack of discipline Sunday, not all day mind you, but late at night (almost worse), up to 274 this AM. I am still schocked by the amount, oddly enough, the calipers (3 points) still coming in at 28mm. This **** is not gonna cut it, so with every craving today I have simply been telling myself "274, fracking REALLY!?"

Ah you will get it under control I have faith. Lol my cheat meal for the super bowl was steak, beans,and chips. So home made nachos and that was it. Lol

back from the darkness, word of advice, dont get sick but if you do, zpack is amazing stuff. today was 1500 cal day and my eating went from 1230 to 8. Im eating my last cals for the day as i type. MMMMMMMMM, chicken breasts. today was cardio, i hit the treadmill for a half n hour. dang it fell good being able to get a descent run in. Tomorrow is 3000 cal day and back to the weights

Todays work out. Various Cardio 180 min. Hrm had burn at just over 2.6k. Tomorrow is rest day then lift day. Will weigh in tomorrow morning, cals was at 2.1k plus ill have another protein shake before bed.

Don't usually do cardio after DL day, but since it was a light day, I did today. Did 25 minutes variable resistance ranging from a low of 4/20 to a high of 11/20 resistance for 2/3 minute intervals respectively. 181 cals. 2656 cals in, 3812 estimated burn.

Today was a rest day, I snuck in 20 minutes of Cardio just for giggles.

Weight was down 2 pounds today (looks like plateau has finally decide to break). Started Ageforce patches last night, curious to see if they'll have any effect.

Cals: 1910
Protein: 145
Carbs: 163
Fats: 71
Water: 114oz.

Started Creatine (Ancient Strength), AgeForce Patches (Weight Loss), and Need2Slin (Took 2 before lunch and supper) to my current supplement stack.
