As far as best to consume with not sure since this is a BETA test we don't have any best recommendations as of yet. Or it has not been shared. I was simply going of the time between your meal and the workout and thinking that if normally 30 minute was good that right after a meal with food on your stomach it might take longer to get into your system.

Sounds like you had the experience I suspected though, increased endurance.

I'm hanging to see this profile, cause what ever is in it, its working well...finished off with 300m shuttles (1min rest) x 6 at 88%

running 300m in ~48secs
 
Did not have my Max Pump today.

Was going to train, then fell asleep exhausted.

Back at it tomorrow morning...1 week with extra cricket match fitness hits me hard.

What I have experienced thus far being halfway almost.

Pump: 3/5- this is NOT what I train for. I do not do all the normal types of BBer training like drop sets. I focus on strength and sleek work with core and flexibility. I have had those pumps throughout some of my training days but not all the time.

Endurance: 10/5 with yesterday's training being a testament to this. I was meant to knock out 5 300m at 82% max speed and knocked out 6 at 90% after a heavy squat and deadlift day. Remarkable.

Energy: nil as it is non stim but the energy is endurance for me

Aggression: I'm somewhat more aggressive now after the last log I ran with pure test and PCT Black. I am hornier and have that devil streak now and that spark fuels me on. The max pump helps me harness this better.

Thermo: I'm always sweating and that's probably attributed to the PX black.

Overall so far 8.5/10 (-1.5 for pump)

The effects are definitely cumulative. One must take this continuously to truely appreciate the feeling.

i offer very little in the way of feedback to you beta guys, but i will say this aspect does seem to be generally substantiated among all of you

in discussing some things with the creators, it has come to my attention that MAX PUMP can be taken either with or w/o food, per your preference, and based on individual reactions

Well I'm doing low reps.
When I did do more than 6reps of chest or arms, they went swole.

I was carrying my lunch bag up the elevator this morning, looked at my arms, and my forearm front and back were drilled with veins...hectic.

I was just commenting in Airborne's thread that his workouts were not designated for pump but the pump seems to be there.

Nothing new to report. Training shirt felt like a beach towel from net practice and fitness.

Endurance is still creeping up. Veins becoming much more evident. Will post pics of my shoulder and arm day. Will get some great veinage then.

I took it for one semester, was pretty cool. So do you have to look for something that specifically says no gluten on the label or how do you know for sure if not directly advertised as not containing gluten?

DB curls (fukn pump was insane) 3 x 10 x 12.5kg - focus on the eccentric part for lactic acid

Rear delt rows with neutral spine 3 x 10 x15kg DB

Face pulls (focus on retraction of the scap and the burn of the infraspinatous) 3 x 10 x 14.8kg

Off to agility and speed drills
Linear reaction sprints, Lateral pillars, leg bounding, pulsing split squats, tall fall sprint,

Every exercise was 4 on each leg for 10 to 20m for sprint and footwork for cricket skills.
Quite a good session.

Ill update and give mid way point rating tonight. I'm super impressed to say the least

i look exclusively first, then if its not listed, i'll scan the ingredients and anything with wheat, gluten, caramel, or hfcs etc, i'll throw it away. anything with added sugar like salsa mix, which I didn't pick up on the label is off the menu now...pulling it even tighter now...really wanna have a strong finish

ancillary exercises for glute and hip strengthening

finished off with sprint work. 10 x 40m shuttles at 80%
1 x 300m at 80%

good session...
endurance and recovery is way up compared to before...

one question...does anyone who has taken it empty stomach, get a toilet issue after 30mins post dose? i'll get the runs after taking it empty stomach (max Pump that is).

I have a stomach of a 52 year old = sensitive to everything! Lol Other than the acid feeling for 10 mins after first dose, no GI issues afterwards.

I havnt taken the Max Pump so i cant comment on the burny butt feeling lol.
 
Its just a quick toilet issue after warm up before my first working set.

It may be because my warm up stimulates bowel movement from all the flexibility movements and stretch
