I was simply going of the time between your meal and the workout and thinking that if normally 30 minute was good that right after a meal with food on your stomach it might take longer to get into your system.

nice way to translate that energy is MORE than simple stimmed-nessEndurance: 10/5 with yesterday's training being a testament to this. I was meant to knock out 5 300m at 82% max speed and knocked out 6 at 90% after a heavy squat and deadlift day. Remarkable.
Energy: nil as it is non stim but the energy is endurance for me

i look exclusively first, then if its not listed, i'll scan the ingredients and anything with wheat, gluten, caramel, or hfcs etc, i'll throw it away. anything with added sugar like salsa mix, which I didn't pick up on the label is off the menu now...pulling it even tighter now...really wanna have a strong finish
