Intra Aid Notes: I've been using Intra-Aid my last four workouts. I find that at two scoops my strength, stamina and power are phenomenal. With one scoop I add 12 g of extra malto/dextrose and 5 g of BCAAs, and the feeling just isn't the same. I don't seem to perform as well on my lifts and I feel more fatigued. I don't know exactly why this would be the case. However I am sticking with the double dose for now! :lol:

My workout today was intense, but I didn't feel mentally tired afterward. Heck, I don't feel that physically tired right now. Intra Aid really worked well for me today. I felt and still feel great.
My upper body has gained so much muscle and gained a lot of definition, primarily my arms, shoulders and back are looking more lean. My stomach seems to have gained a lot of muscle, but a good amount of fat is definitely still there. My butt and thighs have remained the same. I am beginning to think that they are my trouble spot. They are big and have a lot of muscle, but there is still a good layer of fat topping that mass off. Overall I am pretty satisfied with my body right now. I see room for improvement most definitely and I am making progress, slowly but surely. It is really about time that I post some pictures up. I will take some over the next couple days and post 'em up over the weekend.
