Baby Wifey's Bucket of Happiness

I usually go pretty heavy on my first set and go lighter from there. Then on the last set i try to go higher than my first set.

Nice workout nonetheless, and some nice progress it sounds on your upper body

I decided to start up Eviscerate with Resolve today.

Eviscerate Notes:

This morning I used some on my upper arms and shoulders as well as my stomach. It absorbed into my skin very quickly and left no residue. The smell was not unpleasant at all, as I had expected from the look of the substance. Rather it has a very mild scent, much lighter than Napalm.

I used E. at about 10am and immediately felt a warming sensation on my arms, but not my stomach. It feels like Icy Hot muscle rub, just not as intense. Even now I can still feel the slight tingling.

For the first hour certain parts of my body (where I applied the solution) began turning a reddish color- almost like a rash. The color only lasted about an hour and is now faded. Still the heat has remained on certain parts.

I thought you were waiting to start the E. The skin redness the same thing happened to my wife and after the first day her skin got used to it. She is very light skinned.

I bought a blow-torch this morning and plan on trying that starting tonight. I'll apply 1200 degrees F to my lower abs for 30 secs just before bed.

I was going to wait for a while, but decided that since I'll be moving in a month I don't want to have to apply the crap twice a day in the middle of all of that... It just seemed easier to do it now.

Finally got the pictures to upload. These can be my before pictures for my arms. Lets see what Eviscerate does to them! :D

You have a solid base to go from. Be interesting to see what you look like a lot leaner.

Yay! There was a period of time that I didn't see you around at all! I hear that you have a little baby now- congratulations! :)

yeah... i am just waiting for an IBE beanie or something, and I may just post up an image of my new love.

BTW... you have come a long way since your first long... definition is coming along nicely. Now it's the summer, and perfect time to tweak things down.

Today's Workout:

8x3
Clean and Press:85, 90, 95, 100, 105

4x10 Circuit:

Weight Assisted Pull Ups: BW- 60, BW- 70x2, BW- 60
DB Lunges: 25 lb
Dips: BWx3, BW-50 lb

4x20

Cable Reverse Curls: 40x2, 30x2
Cable Tricep Extensions: 50, 60, 70, 60

I was pretty tired when I got to the gym today. Unfortunately, this made my Clean and Press more difficult, but once I got around to my circuit I felt a bit more aggressive and ready to get things done. I used less assistance for both my Pull ups and Dips, so I did make a bit more progress since last week.

I used Eviscerate this morning, about 4 hours before lifting. The slight burning sensation had completely gone away by that time. Once I started lifting in the gym, everywhere that I applied the solution began to turn red and tingle- it reminded me of a sunburn. At one point, during my last set of Dips, my entire stomach area was on fire. The combination of my abs compensating for my tired arms and the E. made for an intense, unpleasant last Dip set.

Sitting in the sauna was no fun. I sat in there for about 5 minutes until I could endure the burning no longer. :worried: I don't think I shall be going in there much while I'm using this stuff.

I've been using Reverse on and off for about a three weeks now. I've noticed an increase in libido, particularly this week, that I think may be due to Reverse. I haven't been taking anything else that may have affected me in this way.

I started taking Forskolin this morning. We will see what this will do for me. :D

Ahhh, to think you at one time were against "taking more pills." - I told you you'd come around! ;)

Have you noticed an increase in vascularity from the Reverse?

I had wanted to cycle a fat loss stim rather than take Reset AD. And I still prefer to do that. :p All these others supps I'm taking will help me in different areas. :)

First off, I don't have much vascularity. I haven't noticed much of an increase since I've been taking Reverse.

This morning when I rubbed Eviscerate all over I had a much more intense warming sensation than the last couple of days. I don't know why this is. Perhaps it is kicking in even more now? All I know is this is some powerful stuff! :)

Today should be interesting. I am going to a friends birthday party, and he has asked Resolve to take his body fat. I dont' think he will be happy with the results he gets. My guess is that he is about 14-15%. He is the type of kid that thinks he is really healthy and really fit, when in fact he eats tons of processed carbs, no healthy fats and veggies probably only 3 times a week. He's a nice guy, but is pretty clueless when it comes to lifting. Somehow he thinks he has it all down. Well, we will see! :D

I love people like that. They crack me up. The world sees them as chubby, but when they look in the mirror, they're Hulk.

People that don't know what fit is think he is "fit", when he is only thin and not at all lean. There is a difference between being skinny fat and fit. I mean he's like 5 lb less than me and the same height, and I could take him down in a second. :tongue2: I deadlift like 60 lb more than him, and he still thinks he's the "Hulk", like you said!

This is the guy who is "built like a Jello Cup" that I mentioned in a log of yours a while back. Don't know if you remember - I wrote a personalized program and diet for him for his birthday, he ate whatever he wanted and lifted like a sissy, gained 25lb of almost entirely fat and then began talking of his plans to be a fitness model...

Bahahah! Yes, I do remember. That's awesome.

It was last year that Resolve gave him that program. :) Now it's been a year of him doing his own thing and we get to check his BF%! I find that kinda' funny.

Make sure to squeeze his fat folds real firmly. Perhaps tug on them with force; let him know that you know that he's fat...Maybe dry-heave a little...

:toofunny:

Except that making him feel bad on his birthday is hardly our goal. :p He's a very sweet guy, just arrogant. :)

That's gotta feel empowering. And you can jump around saying 'you got beat by a girl, nanner nanner nanner'

Sure, it's nice to know that I am strong. But I'm not THAT strong. Being able to lift more than him isn't that great an accomplishment.

your weighted pullups are superior to mine :p Nice work keep going!

Uh.. I wish they were weighted! :( They are assisted, therefore those numbers should be subtracted from my body weight, not added. :)

I'm looking forward to lifting tomorrow. I've been feeling pretty bloated and fat today. Hitting the gym will probably make me feel a bit better.

I've continued using Eviscerate and taking Forskolin. Haven't noticed anything while I've been taking F. It probably needs a while longer to kick in. I've only been taking 1/16 tsp in the morning, I might bump it up to another 1/16 tsp dose in the evening.

Hey, you'll be doing your bodyweight in no time. Actually, something you could do is do as many as you can AT your bodyweight (i.e. NOT assisted), aiming for 6 reps; and then once you can do no more, do them as NEGATIVE reps (i.e. jump up into final position and lower yourself slowly in the eccentric phase) or assisted, to complete the 6 reps; and do 4 sets of. That's what I did when I first started doing pull-ups. You'll find that your strength and ability to do them really jumps. And if you're doing them TWICE a week, with longer recovery periods (this is the only exercise I use >1 min for recovery)...Now that I've had that time off because of my injury, and am weaker, I am almost back at that start; JUST getting my 4 x 6 out without negatives.

Don't you HATE those days :sigh:

I've continued using Eviscerate...

How are you finding that? Sean actually suggested that I try it. I wouldn't mind; as well as Atomic Meltdown, to see what kind of results I get (will have to wait until I am over in the US though).

Atomic Meltdown and Eviscerate have Napalm in it, also the Eviscerate has given my wife some color. You could use Atomic when Eviscerate is done. Would be awesome.

Interesting. I would very much like to try these out. Right now, since I'm incorporating pull ups into a 4x10 circuit it may not be the most convenient, but eventually I will try it out.

Yes. :lick:

It seems to be a very potent fat burner! I haven't seen many results from it thus far, but I haven't even been using it for a week. :) I think you would really like Eviscerate.

I realize that the Atomic Meltdown does (didn't know the Eviscerate did). As it was I have used Napalm on two different occasions, and it doesn't work for me. Which is why I thought that trying these may be something different re results, etc. Anyways, that's a few months off yet (if I do); I am just using my diet and training to lean me up until then.

You could still incorporate them into your circuit. Just do the negatives, once you can't do any more by yourself. I did this in a 3x10 circuit of 10 exercises last year (no recovery at all), and it was ok. You get fatigued, yes, but there is plenty of recovery time between sets of pull-ups.

But whenever you're ready is fine. You'll get there (just like you did with Dips)! :)

hey, do you do anything like bent over barbell rows?

Yep, I do both BB and DB Bent Rows. :) I actually did BB Rows today in my circuit!

Today's workout:

4x10 Circuit:

DB Bench Press: 35, 40, 47.5, 50 lb
DB Squats: 30 lb
BB Bent Rows: 60 lb
Single Leg Bridges: Body Weight

4x18

BB Bicep Curls: 30 lb
Cable Rope Tricep Extensions: 30 lb
Leg Extensions: 85 lb

I got in a good workout today. On my third set of Bench I was up 5 lb since last week. I was also up 10 lbs on my Squats. Just a little bit of an improvement. :)

I was feeling pretty nauseous and tired throughout my workout. I had forgotten to take some X-Force before hand and my energy was lower than normal. I've been feeling pretty crappy today, same as yesterday. Nevertheless, I believe I am still making fat loss progress. I noticed more definition in my arms today- it seems Eviscerate's effects are becoming more noticeable.

Thanks everyone. I am making progress and this is what matters.

I had an amazing protein pancake for breakfast today! I made it with cookie dough flavored gemma protein powder, cottage cheese, baking powder, stevia and eggs. Resolve actually threw all the stuff together and it was so delicious! I actually dislike the flavor of gemma A LOT, but it lends a flour like texture and combined with everything else it tasted great! I put PB all over the top. :D
