Great work and that for that avocado sub it sounds good but, did you have your side arm pulled on them to get them to put a reasonable amount of meat on there. Remember when Subway put MEAT on the sandwich? You have to get a double meat now just to get to the old normal amount. HELL... Even that is a stretch! Last time I was there I got so frustrated with the amount of meat they tried to give me I told them to keep the sandwich.

sorry for the delay guys, but we have been really swamped in the field out here. Doing the last final push to get these kids graduated in 9 days so we can go home. Tomorrow I go for the 150lb DB on the overhead tricep extensions. Twill be epic. Also going to try to burn out with the 100lb DB on the last set for 25 reps.... we shall see my brothers!!! also going to hit the seated HS dip press for 8 total plates x 5 times. Only got it 3 last week.

Actually had time today to give a full workout!!! Even got about 7 hours sleep!!! The body didn't know what to do with itself!!!! :bigok:

The Lift
Chest
HS Flat bench press pyramids up and down
1 plate at a time until I hit 4 plates per side (8 total plates) same as last week
Incline DB Fly
50's x 10 - 60's x 8 - 70's x 6 Drop immediately to 45's x 10
Triceps
2 Hand overhead DB Extension - Competition Lift
90x5 - 120x5 - 150x3 total PR!!! Wanted 5, but the tri's were already pumped from the HS Chest press. Immediately racked the 150, grabbed the 100, caught my breath for a few counts, and 100x18 :rasp: wanted 25, but the tri's were done with the 150!!
Seated HS tricep dip press: pyramids
1 plate perside up to 4 plates per side. got 2 with that (total 8 plates) and pyramid drop setted down to 1 perside dropping 1 plate per side as I went
Back
Bent over BB rows: took DW's advice and dropped the weight and concentrated on the movement more than the weight. Felt great
135x15 - 185x10 - 205x10 - 135x15 all the strict form with the low point the bar a few inches below the knee and each rep squeezed at the top
SuperSet - Standing low row with 1 cable per hand close grip SS with same machine but dropped the weight and hit rear delt fly
4 sets for great pump
Biceps
Hammer Curls DB -
50's x 5 - 60's x 5 - 70's x 5
then immediately went into Seated Incline Curl DB
45's x 5 - 35's x 10 - 35's x 8 Biceps were DONE
Shoulders and Legs
Supper Set HS Shrugs and HS Leg press
4 sets heavy with the shrugs and light with the leg press... mostly so Kleen won't drive to WA and kick the crap out of me!!! :ntome: :cop:
Calf Raises
4 sets moderate with 20-25 reps per set
Abs
Forgive me guys but I haven't done abs in WEEKS!!! :shocked1:
Hook legs reverse wise into the decline bench, and brought head 1 inch to the ground and then back up holding medicine ball at chest
2 sets

and walked back to the barracks with a smile of accomplishment on the face.
on another note, moved to 9 natadrol today. Will run like this for 1 week and then hit 10

NICE!!! TBH I was at 100 for 2-3 reps about 18 months ago... keep it up brother! you have the strength, genetics, and heart to hit this!

I struggle handling 110s when I do chest work, getting that over my head is surely possible but I have to agree, I fear injury if I am not with a spotter on anything over 100 pounds.

Definitely keep us posted. I bumped to 10 for this week and next. Expecting to see a bit more recomp. This is one HELL of a partitioner! I'm very impressed!

I must admit it came on slow, but now it is cranked up pretty good. I added the T-911 last week and this combo is just simply amazing!!!! As the weight numbers are going up, I attribute it to the Nata. My diet has been the crappiest ever with either no food, sunflowerseeds, or MRE's... and the sleep has been pathetic at best. I can't explain my PR's or gains in any other way. I can't begin to imagine this stack on a Kleen (sorry... um... clean) diet and good sleep!!!. The last few weeks will be at home in a controlled environment so we shall see how that goes.

There is no way I would try this weight without a spotter. Luckily there was another guy at the gym I had run into a few times out here, and he helped out. Getting that much weight up to the shoulder, flipping it style, and then behind the head is just insane! I can get by on my own with the 130, but the 140 and up is too much solo.

AG, the strength on this is just CRAZY! I think you'll agree. And as far as getting 315 for 14 on the bench, I have no doubt you'll soon be joining me! Then we can start our own group on AM....and have TG and all the other crazy fools on there! Can't wait...

Going to start a "Sexy Recomp" soon and for 30 days I will just be hitting 15 reps on everything. Haven't done this in about 2 years, so I figure it is time for a start. I need to cut some BF big time. Would love to get around 8% and just stay there... then build the strength back up working bench heavily

I'm at the leanest I have even been right now. I've been holding at 9% bodyfat for months now.
It's nice getting looks from younger women and compliments too. I like looking strong as well as being strong.

TG you have to be looking pretty intimidating at 9% and 250+ pounds. Great work, seems like your injectible cycle has treated you well ;).

Major, you have the same goal I do that is to get to right at 10% and stay there and kind of do a perpetual recomp with the occasional cut to lose 1-2% for the summer months. Easier said than done though!

You should get pretty good recomp with a mild calorie surplus. It has to be organized and disciplined to stay in the parameters. 100-200 calorie a day surplus.
 
Agreed my friend. Will be relying on guys like you to help keep me straight ... won't be easy for a guy with 7 1/2 kids and who loves cooking!!! LOL

You have to plan, cook your food in batches... ahead of time.

My oldest is near 15, and is almost 6' already and wears size 12 shoe!!!! He eats like a horse.. oh well... will still give it a go. Perhaps disguise the food with broccoli on top.

Been there, eaten all the food before! Heck I used to cook a pound of pasta and eat most of it for a meal... think about how many carbs that is!!!! Man it is fun when you are young and have major test going through you and there is not enough food in sight. AG you must have it rough though, literally having to hide your food or else, makes so thrilled to have teenage boys in the future. They will find out what happens when they take Dad's food, its called cleaning the garage in 100 degree TX heat, LOL!

LOL! Anyway, I only have one and he's 17, 6'4" with a size 14 sneaker. When he comes to visit, he eats me out of house and home! I mean, once we had an eating contest at a buffet (we guys do some stupid things) and he won, hands down! He was just sickening, LOL. I asked him if he had a tapeworm. He laughed and said his mother asked him the same thing.

hear you there major, 14 yrs old 6'2, size 13 shoes, still growing! 11yr girl 5'4 size 7s... trying to get boy child to the gym, shoulders are as broad as mine, has natural v-shape and good arms

BTW great workout, way to go on the 150 PR! NataD, I upped dose to 9 yesterday, day 15 and upped formadrol to 3 per day, plan to run that through to week 6 and then week 7 & 8, run 10 and 4... if i have done my maths correctly, i should have exactly enough NataD for that and enough formadrol for a good few weeks of tapered PCT

When do you think you noticed the NataD kicking in? how many days +/-?
 
For me it took a few weeks, but definitely feeling it now. As for the great supps you guys suggested I would love to run them. But against rules big time. I already get accused all the time of being on gear and have to piss in a cup periodically. Any way... perhaps some day. I think I will be good with the ph's but still need to be careful... stupid rules.... lol.

yah what holds me back is I have a very strong HPTA and don't want to become dependant on gear. I will do one more natural show and then decide what I am going to do.

Once I start to slow down maybe HRT level dosing would be ok.

Isn't test and tren E the base of almost all injectible stacks? I swear I read that somewhere... That is one aggressive cycle though, not for the faint of heart I am sure.
 
I like it...my first-time cycle's gonna be Dbol, Test E, Proviron and Var...(salivating).

Correction: Var, Test E, and Proviron...wanna keep those gains as lean as possible...thanks TG!!

So Var is your kickstart and Proviron is your hardener/DHT I have done no research on Proviron or Var for that matter. Seems a lot of people use dbol for kickstart.

Right...TG highly recommended I drop the D-Bol and stick with the var because of my size. Remember, it's lean gains we're after. I guess he's saying the D-Bol would add too much bloat.
Besides, the Proviron would definitely "harden" me up from what I've read...in more ways than one. See, I'm not the ONLY Dirty Ol' Man on here!!!!!

Infact id suggest maybe using it as a bridge into ur inj s.b run for minimum 8 weeks IMO or use it on the back end of ur cycle

I love how seriously you guys took me. That was intended to be tongue in cheek.

Test is the base for all injectable stacks... tren is pretty heavy duty stuff. I'll be running a Test-E cycle with a Dbol kicker here soon though.

The Test/Tren/Winny would cut you the fudge up though. Probably would have a few sides along the way lol.
