Great work and that for that avocado sub it sounds good but, did you have your side arm pulled on them to get them to put a reasonable amount of meat on there. Remember when Subway put MEAT on the sandwich? You have to get a double meat now just to get to the old normal amount. HELL... Even that is a stretch! Last time I was there I got so frustrated with the amount of meat they tried to give me I told them to keep the sandwich.

I must admit it came on slow, but now it is cranked up pretty good. I added the T-911 last week and this combo is just simply amazing!!!! As the weight numbers are going up, I attribute it to the Nata. My diet has been the crappiest ever with either no food, sunflowerseeds, or MRE's... and the sleep has been pathetic at best. I can't explain my PR's or gains in any other way. I can't begin to imagine this stack on a Kleen (sorry... um... clean) diet and good sleep!!!. The last few weeks will be at home in a controlled environment so we shall see how that goes.Keep us posted on the difference with the NDrol doses.
I struggle handling 110s when I do chest work, getting that over my head is surely possible but I have to agree, I fear injury if I am not with a spotter on anything over 100 pounds.
Definitely keep us posted. I bumped to 10 for this week and next. Expecting to see a bit more recomp. This is one HELL of a partitioner! I'm very impressed!

that would be MONEY!!! Right now I could probably only hit a few reps on 315 because I reworked my grip widening it. That dropped my weight considerably. At my high point I hit 375 for 3-4. Going to start a "Sexy Recomp" soon and for 30 days I will just be hitting 15 reps on everything. Haven't done this in about 2 years, so I figure it is time for a start. I need to cut some BF big time. Would love to get around 8% and just stay there... then build the strength back up working bench heavily

I'm at the leanest I have even been right now. I've been holding at 9% bodyfat for months now.
It's nice getting looks from younger women and compliments too. I like looking strong as well as being strong.
True my friends. I need to cut about 7% and that will not be easy... if I can manage between 1-2% a month, then December won't be an issue. I just really want to keep my gains. Going to run trifecta at a mega dose for 8 weeks with a few other goodies to increase LBM at the same time .... am open to any and all suggestions though. Main thing is upping my cardio from nothing, which is what I am at right now, to four a week with extra army PT thrown in as well... thoughts from the crew???

Lol you ever tried raising 6 sons???? I pre cooked $25 worth of chicken breasts once... when I got home from work there was a few bones left.... man teenagers eat a lot. My oldest is near 15, and is almost 6' already and wears size 12 shoe!!!! He eats like a horse.. oh well... will still give it a go. Perhaps disguise the food with broccoli on top.

For me it took a few weeks, but definitely feeling it now. As for the great supps you guys suggested I would love to run them. But against rules big time. I already get accused all the time of being on gear and have to piss in a cup periodically. Any way... perhaps some day. I think I will be good with the ph's but still need to be careful... stupid rules.... lol.

I like it...my first-time cycle's gonna be Dbol, Test E, Proviron and Var...(salivating).
Correction: Var, Test E, and Proviron...wanna keep those gains as lean as possible...thanks TG!!
So Var is your kickstart and Proviron is your hardener/DHT I have done no research on Proviron or Var for that matter. Seems a lot of people use dbol for kickstart.
Right...TG highly recommended I drop the D-Bol and stick with the var because of my size. Remember, it's lean gains we're after. I guess he's saying the D-Bol would add too much bloat.
Besides, the Proviron would definitely "harden" me up from what I've read...in more ways than one. See, I'm not the ONLY Dirty Ol' Man on here!!!!!

VAR definitely not a kickstart tho, it takes a while to see the effects
Infact id suggest maybe using it as a bridge into ur inj s.b run for minimum 8 weeks IMO or use it on the back end of ur cycle

Isn't test and tren E the base of almost all injectible stacks? I swear I read that somewhere... That is one aggressive cycle though, not for the faint of heart I am sure.
