APS is Making Me a Mesomorph (sponsored)

Haha it isnt that much and I cant get it yet.

Alright so chest. Will just do a quick run down.

Flat bench 315 for 2, not bad.

Flat DB press 2 sets

Incline flyes 3 sets

Iso chest hammer strength 3 sets

Then abs
 
Alright and now for arms today

Super setted GVT lol

Machine seated overhead tricep ext
Superset with
A variation of preacher curl but the pad is parallel to the ground

Machine seated tricep ext
Superset with
Machine preacher curl where u have to grip wide

Tried doing 3 sets of 21s but the bars were just awkward.

3 sets of 100 doing standing tricep pressdowns with a fat flat bar using 30, 40, and then 60 pounds.

Ended up with an insane pump. Tried to take a pic of my biceps after I finished the 2nd GVT superset, but phone was being a little bitch.

I went and watched the UFC fights at a friends house. While watching the fights I was good and only drank 2 beers. For some odd reason decided to start funneling beers afterwards though. I think I funnelled like 5 or 6 beers. Then they opened a bottle of wine and I had a glass or 2.

Alright now for the good I didnt eat bad while drunk except for a little cake. But mostly had some grilled food.

Sunday went and did 30 minutes of cardio after taking half a scoop of Mesomorph. My legs got pumped up. Hopefully I didnt cause too much strain on them since Im doing legs on Monday.

Talked to Lauren, the girl Im supposed to start working out with, she has a membership at an Edge FC till summer so she doesnt know if she will be working out with me. She said she used to workout at my gym, but it got a little weird for her. Place rarely gets females in there so a pretty girl gets attention. And Id say Lauren qualifies as pretty.
 
Man it is hard not to eat junk food when drunk/buzzed. I always fail :lol:
I'm glad this year is coming to it's end so I can make a new years promise not to drink for the whole next year :thumbsup:

Oh ya I was going for GSP. The fight went exactly how I expected. A dominating fight where he never overwhelmed Koscheck to the point where it could be stopped, but leave no question who won.

Ben said he was going to train strongman today and then 20 minutes later changes his mind after I had just finished eating.

So now it is up to Chris to not bail on me. Fuck I hate people.

Debilitating leg workout:(Dont try this at home)

Squats:
Warm up then 425 for 5,3
For some weird reason the bar kept rolling up on me. I truly believe I had 7 reps in me, but it threw me off so much.

Box squats with weight around waist
5 sets adding a plate each set. 4 plates for 8 reps and 5 plates for 5 reps
It is set up with a pulley and u have a belt around ur waist and just box squat.

Leg press
End set was 6 plates for 20 reps(which I did with fresh legs before)

Leg ext
10 sets of 10 reps bouncing back and forth between 100 and 120 pounds. One person would go and then the other no rest between.

Seated leg curls plate loaded
90*12,12,15

Lying leg curls (adjusting which portion of the movement was focused on)
5 sets

Seated calf raise plate loaded
90*14, 115*14, 135*14

Standing calf raise plate loaded
90*14, 115*14, 135*14

Donkey calf machine
400*14,14,14

So glad I didnt have to drive lol. When I got out of the car my leg(quads really) locked up. I couldnt walk without insane pain. My friend had to carry my gym bag and unlock the door for me. I just went and laid on the couch as he got some ice packs for me. Had to lay there with ice on my quads in a cold house. Right now I have to keep moving them to make sure it doesnt happen again.

Hey guys. This MEsomorph is amazing. Been on it for 3 weeks, and this is the best preworkout out. I trully believe it.

The pumps, energy, and Beta Alinine tingling is bar non ethe best of any preworkout I have used. Keeps getting better and better everyday that I take this stuff. Cant say any bad things about it. Gotta try more things from this company. Using the Creatine Nitrate as well now. Even adds a more of a kick to this stuff. APS has my support

Alright so shoulders today.

Felt good and had some pretty good power going. Went more for the pump though. Try not to aggravate my shoulders too much. Really makes me anxious to go back on cycle though lol.

Shoulders had that really great look going on from all the blood in them. Make me look pretty good I must say lol.

Tried to finish the workout with a 10*10, but it just wasnt happening lol. Was way too toasted. After every set we would drop weight and barely eek out 8 reps.

Tomorrow will be doing deadlifts with Ben again. Cant wait to see how that goes.

Plan on doing some cardio later tonight to get some blood and nutrients flowing through my legs. Nothing crazy just enough to get a little blood going.
 
So I ended up not doing deadlifts until tonight. Didnt feel so well on Wednesday so took the day off. Didnt lift with Ben either which Im kind of glad now to be honest. He has decided to wants to just cut and look good for bitches. He only did 585 on deadlifts.

Tonight I got 635! 30 more pounds than last week lol. I knew I could do it my legs were just too sore. It wasnt easy but I got it. No video but I can post a pic of what it did to my hand lol.

After deadlifts did some high rows followed up with WIDE grip pull ups. Followed them up with some seated cable rows. Then another row but this time iso, but not ur usual iso machine. Did some behind the neck lat pull downs. Followed those up with some bent over bb rows parallel to the ground only used 135 but did sets of 15. Then 2 sets of shrugs to finish the workout.

Felt good and strong on the deadlift. Got an amazing pump in my lats and forearms. The focus was perfect my ripped up hand didnt bother me. Pain wasnt an issue.

Id say so. Havent REALLY deadlifted in almost 3 monthes and Im only 40 pounds off my PR and 10 pounds lighter. It was def a tough lift, but a good one.

Haha no it got shredded by the deadlift bar. That bar has a hell of a bite and a good bit of whip. Didnt bother me while lifting :veryhappy:

Aaaaah, shredded by the Deadlift bar :ouch: I'm glad most of the bars in my gym is worn down a bit :D New bars have a great grip though, a little too great I guess :salook:

Haha well it wasnt all from just one week, but it is def a good sign I must say. Wasnt expecting it to be this high. It is 30 more pounds(maybe 35) than I have ever done natty. The last time I did deadlift it was right after a leg day and they were SORE.

Not on cycle yet. Still have a bit of weight I would like to drop 1st. Plus I want to wait till atleast Jan to start probably later just to be safe.
 
Alright so I did chest and arms Friday night. Chest pumped up pretty nicely with just a few lifts for a few sets. But damn once I did arms they STOLE all the pump. They felt huge. Went out that night and got A LOT of comments. Seemed like everytime I saw someone who knew me growing up had to comment on how big I looked. Most were drunk so taking it with a grain of salt.

Did legs today. Tried to squat 505, but not quite. Realistically it would have been a pretty big jump for me. I think it is more a matter of form than anything. Just need to sure it up and will be able to squat much better.

Then some hack squats 3 sets adding a plate each time. 6 wide then 6 narrow stance.

3 sets of standing leg curls... Like I said my gym has some epic machines.

Romanian DL supersetted with seated calf raises high reps

Ben bailed on me so I went and did this weird quad machine. No way I can even really describe it. Will try to take a pic of it some time.

Might go back in a little bit and do some cardio. Just like 30-40 minutes on the elliptical machine for a little burn and blood flow. Need to charge my Ipod though.

Your body comp definitely changes. I've never had this happen using a PWO. All gains are lean/dry and this product is way more than a simple stim based PWO.
 
Hey guys. Well the Mesomorph is trully the "real" deal. Trully a REAL preworkout and muscle builder. Over 3 weeks in I think and no tolerance build up. I cant workout without it. Almost feel addicted.

APS is the real deal. Finally someone makes a REAL preworkout, and not a powdered stimulant!

I guess these guys put their money in their products, not in advertising.

Using the Crreatine Nitrate and that stuff is just as insane!!!!

Think I am goinf to add Testatropin V2 to this regimen.

Have never felt better. APS has my support and will get my money. lol

Just a heads up it looks like tomorrow will be my last day of Mesomorph... Kind of wishing I would have asked for one of the stack. Stuff is def good.

Haha thanks for the heads up. I must say though they will have to be mighty tempting since I plan on cycling in Jan depending on how close I am to my goals. Although a good fat burner is welcomed :sgrin:

Shoulders earlier today. Felt like I had good power. Ended up not resting too much because I knocked out a bunch of lifts and then looked up and realized I hadnt even been there that long. Had some crazy energy in the gym. Had my hoody on so I sweat my ass off.

Went back to mainly do cardio, but ended up doing triceps instead lol. Which is y I usually do them separately since if I lift I wont want to do cardio after. Had a crazy pump going from 3 exercises.

you notice that doing triceps makes arm look bigger than when you just do bi's. man my tri's swell like baloons. i f'ing love it.

Deadlift: Honestly 585 felt heavy when I warmed up. Put 645 on the bar anyway. It didnt go up fast, but I got it. Honestly thought it was going to stop, but it just kept going up. My friend said it looked good just painful lol. Reopened my hand up a little bit.

Unique lat pull down machine

Hammer strength iso rows(has room for 10 plates on each side and feels tougher than most other machines I have used)

My plans now r to run H.E.A.T. by Genomyx, Alpha-T2 by PES, fat burner(still kind of deciding), nutrient partitioner(Need2Slin and Slin Sane), preworkout(3 samples of Focus XT and N2KTS)

Wont be logging this stack, but will give feedback on Focus XT and N2KTS.

My next log wont be until I cycle again. Not 100% sure when that will be, but the earliest is in mid Jan. Gathering supplies for my cycle. Hopefully Superdrol doesnt give me back pumps because I really want to make strides with my squat and deadlift.
