Alright so I came home early pretty tired from waking up early and not getting much sleep. Should be getting some zzz's soon :sleeping:
Just some heads up about what has been going on. So I took Saturday and Sunday off from lifting. Sunday rake some leaves in the yard and that consisted of my cardio for the day. Huge pile of leaves out in the street now.
Seems like the Mesomorph is kicking into high gear. Felt the familar feel I got with the old formula. It was something u felt kick in. Cant wait to see what tomorrow's lifting session brings. Not sure if I will do an arm only workout or bicep, forearm, and legs.
Feeling pretty tired already so might call it a night soon.
Is that feeling like a warm rush that runs through your veins like a wave?
Couldnt sleep last night and just plain felt like crap today. Almost think I am getting sick so I took today off. Will be doing legs tomorrow so expect puke.
Arms r so sore from my workout yesterday feels good.
pain is good, extreme pain is extremely good. my di in bootcamp used to say that everyday, lol.

Well just wanted to comment on this Mesomorph. It gets better each day. Pumps are getting better, and stil no tolerance or crashes from this stuff. I love it.
Just started Creatine Nitrate too from these guys. 3 days in now. this morning I had a great pump. Will keep posting. If this is anything like Mesomorph, I am sure it works, just need some more time

Lying leg curls plate loaded machine
120*15,10,7
beginning, middle, end
Standing calf raise plate loaded
90*9 hell reps
Leg ext machine with short rest
150 for 10 sets of 10 reps
My quads were beyond pumped after my workout. Will be hating life tomorrow but it is worth it. Squats were much improved hopefully depth was good. Had a BB spot me so doubt he would have called me out.

Ya we had a 3 person rotation going. Really exaggerated the top of the leg ext too.
Just for comparison sake last time I did squats I did
405 for 6 and 315 for 12.
To be fair last time I did biceps and forearms before. Plus I know for a fact the depth was on point. Felt a hell of a lot worse too, but that was probably because I hadnt squat in so long and I didnt exactly ease into it lol.
Damn 15 with 325 :O ouch! lol Pump must have been pretty crazy, keep up the good work!
i can deal with a couple of reps at that weight but you make me feel really old with those kinda reps, damn TOM-you are a lifing fool, lol. proud of ya, you've made some damned good progress.

Some time in January is looking to be about right. Was debating if I wanted to run test, but the timing doesnt seem right yet. Maybe a little later in the year who knows. Im thinking superdrol bridged to phera(hdrol) with 4-AD by AMS to help with me dragging ass.

I had to post pone my Epi/Tren 'til beginning of February cuz of business trips here and there
I'm thinking about running HCGenerate during and after to help with libido issues from the tren.. What do you think? Would it help combat the libido loss?

I think it would. I know HCGenerate boosts the hell out of my libido. It didnt completely die on cycle like the last time I used tren, but it was off the charts in PCT.

I say hit up that Test-Enanthate brotha!! 600 mgs. each week for 12 weeks with that Super-Drol as a 4 week kicker.
Injectable Testosterone is NOT over-hyped. It lives up to its fame.

Is the Super-Drol you're talking about the Super-DMZ version or old school Super? If old school, I'd say take 30 mgs. per day. If it's that Super-DMZ stuff, I'd say dose higher like 40 to 50 mgs. per day.

Oh yes they hurt something fierce. Plus it was like a cardio burn in my lungs. Got that feel u get after running all out.
So did back today with Ben which meant deadlifts lol. Tried 635 got it up pretty far but no deal. Probably was a little too ambitious since my quads r sore as hell from yesterday. Went down to 605 and got my pic taken by the gym owner to be put on the wall. Wish it was a pic of 675 but oh well someday soon.
The did WIDE pull ups, seated cable rows, neutral grip lat pull downs, and finished with iso rows.

You guys know nothin! I finally kicked the Nicotine habit, but when I used to run and was still smoking, the lungs literally felt on fire. It was miserable.
