APS is Making Me a Mesomorph (sponsored)

How do you cycle off these products when you train at 6.00 in the morning on an empty stomach!! Choice seems to be go stim free and risk not getting into the gym or stay on these pre-workouts all year round!

No kidding. I could not lift at 6 in the morning without some serious stim help.

It all depends on what your sleeping time is. Myself I do my lifting anytime between 10pm and 4am most of the time. I dont use stims unless I am with a friend. I will say that it take a little longer to warm up than when I use a PRE.
How is the taste of MESOMORPH compared to others? Taste is the only sticking point for me trying MESOMORPH as I have heard its not that good.

I'm using the Grape and I think it's pretty good, very easy to take down.

HAha it really is. I can see at arms length away,but close up and my world is fuzzy as hell.

The workout ended up being filled with a lot of talking. Ended up trying to help some guys out and talked to some other guys. More encouragement to powerlift from a guy I see up there pretty regularly.

Meant for the libido check to be in my Bridge log, but who doesnt love a little A&T :hump:

Alright my workout from Sunday

DB curls 5
5*13,8,5= 26

Hammer curls
65*10,6,4

Hack squat machine (black)
410*20 (going up)
Warmed up with 1*20,2*15,3*10

Seated leg curl plate(best machine ever for hams)
95*15,11,8 (must add weight)

Donkey calf raise
400(stack)*15,15,15,15,15 (did them like normal sets)

Ended up talking a lot and took way to long to get out of there. But was still a good workout. My chest and shoulders r still sore from the other day. Hopefully tomorrow wont be too bad. Tomorrow will be another year I have been on this earth. Atleast I will have a fun workout planned for my birthday lol.

Oh ya and time for that libido check

Alright so my workout today, yes I workout on my birthday :hump:

Flat hammer strength chest
220*16,5,3=24 (I thought I had used 230 the last time and only got 6 but I used 270 so I was like DAMN! lol)

Machine shoulder press
150*14,7,4=25 (will use more weight next time, 1st time trying that particular machine)

Machine seated overhead tricep ext (aka God's gift to triceps)
150*19,10,5=34 (must up the weight)

Wide lat pulldowns
220/110=18,10,6 (will be upping weight next time)

Deadlift
495*8
I must admit it was kind of disheartening but expected. The bar that is set for "deadlift only" is made to rip hands to shreds. It literally hurts to hold the bar lol. Makes it easy to forget about any back pain lol.

Ordered an Inzer 10mm single prong forever belt last night.

Wow, finally made it over to this log, and just in time it seems!
 
So anybody that says deadlifts arent a FULL body lift r def wrong lol. The last time I worked calves was Sunday and they didnt get too sore. I did deadlifts on Tues and took Wed off. Well the reason y I took Wed off is because my calves r beyond sore. No way I could have trained my legs the way I would want to.

Damn those r some beautiful ladies to look at. My libido doesnt need any boosting trust me lol. Its like walking around with a loaded weapon. Good thing there is absolultely no eye candy at my gym or Id be in danger of pulling a Jackass.

Seated bicep cable curl (ICARIAN), basically preacher curl but the arm rest is parallel to the ground and u curl the weight from in front of u to ur face.
70*12,5,3=20

Hammer curls
65*11,6,5,=22

Leg press (different one with a steeper incline. It is harder, but causes less strain on the stomach)
540*20 will be adding 10 pounds total next time

Standing leg curl machine(10 deep breathes between sets instead of standard 15)
80*15,12,9

Seated calf raise
9 reps with 90 pounds doing 20 second hell reps

Took a scoop and a half preworkout. Really felt it in my heart when driving to the gym. Kind of scary but felt that super focused feel and intensity.

My biceps felt like they were going to explode. I got an intense pump. Strength felt great and was able to put up good numbers. Had a good energy going. Was calm but focused and ready to lift. After my workout I talked a bit and had that on top of the world euphoric feeling.

Just to give an idea of how bad I punished my legs while talking powerlifting with a guy my legs were shaking. Sign of a good workout if u ask me.
 
the pump i got from 1 1/2 scoops today was ridiculous. i am seriously considering buying a bottle of creatine nitrate to stack w/the meso.

Hello. I am new to this board but was told by a friend about it. I just saw this about the APS Mesomorph. I just picked up this product from my local supplement place. HAve used alot of preworkouts like Jacked, 1MR, Super pump and handfuls of others.

Let me just say. After using for a week this stuff is insane! I am going to replace my morning coffee with this too.

Where have these guys been. Awesome product!

Anyone have info on their other goodies?

Yes the pump was intense. Im not a big arm guy so it takes a bit to impress me with arm pumps. That sounds like fun.

Ya it was def interesting to say the least. Worried me a little but subsided pretty quickly.

Like I said not ur regular leg press machine. Had to guess on the weight because of the steeper incline.

Ya on Saturday I plan on doing just an arm day to see what I can get from Mesomorph.

Alright will post up my workout a little later. Going to lay down and ice my back while I watch tv. Pretty sure it was the t-bar rows with 275 for 15 reps that did it.

Plan is to do arms tomorrow and then have some banana pancakes before I go watch some wrestling at the high school. Should be good for a laugh. They r TERRIBLE this year. Makes it easier to stay away that is for sure.

After arms tomorrow I will take a rest day maybe 2 and evaluate what I want to do as far as my workouts go. If I want to stick to DC or switch to something else that is more geared towards pumps which Mesomorph gives great pumps.

Ya I was going to lift arms today, but apparently there is a parade going on and it is on the stretch of road where my gym is :pirate: So I will probably take today off or possibly go lift tonight not sure. Either way I plan on dosing some Mesomorph before I go watch wrestling. Just a half scoop to perk me up.

Seated DB press

Seated tricep ext machine

Super WIDE pull ups

T-bar rows

Idk if my shoulders werent warmed up enough or something is wrong with them but I was weak on chest and shoulders. Plan on taking 2 days off though.

Felt like I might have tweaked my back yesterday, but now it is looking more like it was just sore.

So went to the wrestling tournment and wow they sucked lol. It was interesting to watch. Some kid basically punched a guy 5 times in a row... some people dont know how to properly use a crossface.

Also saw and talked to this girl who is a friend of a friend with my sister. :hitit: even with her Saturday morning hair up look. Might think about helping out with the wrestling team now for a few reasons lol.

Just got home from a Christmas party with the family. Ugly chicks all around shocker lol. It was a comical event since my family shouldnt be allowed out in public yet for some reason we still r.
