I went and watched the UFC fights at a friends house. While watching the fights I was good and only drank 2 beers. For some odd reason decided to start funneling beers afterwards though. I think I funnelled like 5 or 6 beers. Then they opened a bottle of wine and I had a glass or 2.
Alright now for the good I didnt eat bad while drunk except for a little cake. But mostly had some grilled food.
Sunday went and did 30 minutes of cardio after taking half a scoop of Mesomorph. My legs got pumped up. Hopefully I didnt cause too much strain on them since Im doing legs on Monday.
Talked to Lauren, the girl Im supposed to start working out with, she has a membership at an Edge FC till summer so she doesnt know if she will be working out with me. She said she used to workout at my gym, but it got a little weird for her. Place rarely gets females in there so a pretty girl gets attention. And Id say Lauren qualifies as pretty.

Ben said he was going to train strongman today and then 20 minutes later changes his mind after I had just finished eating.

Id say so. Havent REALLY deadlifted in almost 3 monthes and Im only 40 pounds off my PR and 10 pounds lighter. It was def a tough lift, but a good one.
Haha no it got shredded by the deadlift bar. That bar has a hell of a bite and a good bit of whip. Didnt bother me while lifting :veryhappy:
30 pound increase in 1 week is wicked and only 40 away from your PR!
I forget if you mentioned you were on cycle right now or not, when you do damn you will be hitting over 700!
Alright so I did chest and arms Friday night. Chest pumped up pretty nicely with just a few lifts for a few sets. But damn once I did arms they STOLE all the pump. They felt huge. Went out that night and got A LOT of comments. Seemed like everytime I saw someone who knew me growing up had to comment on how big I looked. Most were drunk so taking it with a grain of salt.
Did legs today. Tried to squat 505, but not quite. Realistically it would have been a pretty big jump for me. I think it is more a matter of form than anything. Just need to sure it up and will be able to squat much better.
Then some hack squats 3 sets adding a plate each time. 6 wide then 6 narrow stance.
3 sets of standing leg curls... Like I said my gym has some epic machines.

Ben bailed on me so I went and did this weird quad machine. No way I can even really describe it. Will try to take a pic of it some time.
Might go back in a little bit and do some cardio. Just like 30-40 minutes on the elliptical machine for a little burn and blood flow. Need to charge my Ipod though.

Your body comp definitely changes. I've never had this happen using a PWO. Hey guys. Well the Mesomorph is trully the "real" deal. Trully a REAL preworkout and muscle builder. Over 3 weeks in I think and no tolerance build up. I cant workout without it. Almost feel addicted.
APS is the real deal. Finally someone makes a REAL preworkout, and not a powdered stimulant!
I guess these guys put their money in their products, not in advertising.
Using the Crreatine Nitrate and that stuff is just as insane!!!!
Think I am goinf to add Testatropin V2 to this regimen.

Shoulders earlier today. Felt like I had good power. Ended up not resting too much because I knocked out a bunch of lifts and then looked up and realized I hadnt even been there that long. Had some crazy energy in the gym. Had my hoody on so I sweat my ass off.
Went back to mainly do cardio, but ended up doing triceps instead lol. Which is y I usually do them separately since if I lift I wont want to do cardio after. Had a crazy pump going from 3 exercises.
Sad to see it end. Last day of Mesomorph. So glad I didnt just dump the rest of it in yesterday because I had over a scoop left today lol. Stuff is def legit. Weighed 221 today, 225-4(clothes and water/food).
Deadlift: Honestly 585 felt heavy when I warmed up. Put 645 on the bar anyway. It didnt go up fast, but I got it. Honestly thought it was going to stop, but it just kept going up. My friend said it looked good just painful lol. Reopened my hand up a little bit.
