Anavar/ DCP part2

Finaly got in here! Keep it up, i know its hard trainin when ur sick and i give it to ya! Stronger then me on that thats for sure, when im sick im lazy. :stick:

I love tilapia, never tried orange roughy, sounds interesting i just might have to!
 
Got back day, abs and cardio in today. I did back day on my own tonight. I did 4 sets of hammer high pulls at 90lbs x 10 for sets and 140lbs x 6 for final set. I supersetted these with pull ups in between each set for 10 pull ups a set.

Did single arm low rows at 60 lbs a side for 3 set 10 reps. Supersetted with high rows at 60, 70 and 80lbs for 10reps.

Did pulldowns at 70, 80, 90lbs x 10 sset with rows at same weight.

Did a few other back things, played solo ab ball:) I did this three times until failure with a 9lb ball, good cardio! Did crunches and machine crunches at 60lbs for 20 reps 3 sets.

Also did the dreaded cardio!!

You're turning into one lean machine it sounds like! With matt and yourself, RPN is going to look lean and swole at the arnold for sho!! Hopefully i can contribute to the fact at this time next year. :bb3:

Thanks man. I want to be 225 by the arnold next year. I'm about 215 in that pic. Sorry christine, hijack over lol :)
 
Anytime you use Christine's favorite word, it doesn't count as a hijack...and she IS getting swole.
 
Well we had a split today. Natalie will be at the Arnold so she won't be training Fri.

We did chest and bi's. I missed Leg day with a sick child so I've missed a day so far. Lol but my legs won't be seen on Arnold weekend so no loss.
 
so how much of what you've done with her would you be able to continue doing if you stopped working out with her?

I would be able to do most of it. But there is no denying that having a trainer tell you to do it now, helps you get all your reps in. Even when you are sick or beyond tired and want to quit.

And there are the humiliating things she has us do...:rofl:

I'm seeing excellent shoulder and chest development. So its worth it!

Thats good, sounds like your def. getting your $ worth. I think if i would have hold a solid consistant training partner thru my cut I could be a little bigger and a little leaner.

Yeah there is no doubt of that. Yesterday I was wiped out and hating her. At the very end we were doing bear crawls across the floor ending in 15 tricep pushups 4 times. And at the end my arms did not want to hold me up. But she never let me quit.
 
Well today was combo back/bi day. Nothing to exciting to report. She worked us hard today since the Arnold is so close. And gotta love the push up/pop squats balanced on two dumbells from a push up position straight up with the dumbells into a bicep curl!

Tommorrow I start dropping water. I'll be using Taraxatone and dosing the B6 every 3 hours.

Tomorrow is shoulder day, maybe legs? It will be my last workout before the Arnold with her as she has to be up at the expo on Thur!

But nonetheless I'm proud of you for all your hard work. Seriously your more consistent than virtually 98% of the people in my gym.

Well it was shoulder day, my last workout before the Arnold. I lost 2 lbs of water weight overnight due to the diuretics. I never realised how hard it is to hit the weights when you are dehyrated.

Either way she made me work hard!! She upped my weights to try to blow me up before the A. I was whining like a baby. I was so thirsty and tired. I'm glad its about to be over. I'm going to continue the diuretics for today. I'm undecided as to whether to take another day of var since it makes me puffy?
 
Ok its over for another year... But I'm not ready to quit! I came in really nice day 1 of the Arnold and was asked about competing by a fitness model for Gaspari.

It got me thinking about how much work I still needed and what I could look like if i applied myself. So I've decided to keep going! Now what I will take and for how long it will be safe is another story.

But I might take a week off Nat's training and do a week of my own then go back in for the long haul with her on Monday. That means the commintment to continue eating clean and let her kill me M-F. I think I can do it! If I do then next week after I pump up a week with her I will start progress pics.Something to keep myself going and noticing new cuts. I don't want to compete but would like to be stage ready alll the time.
 
Congrats on all that you've accomplished christine! You've done a great job. :clap2: I think your drive and motivation is very good and you'll continue to improve yourself......Not too far off it will be time to get ready for the olympia haha. I better get my butt in gear myself lol. :clean:

I'm going to run a bulker shortly. As the olympia draws closer i'll hit up a nice cutter in which my DCP will get a lot of use haha! I look forward to the challenge that lies ahead. :)
 
I think i'm going to go to the O this year. we'll see as it gets closer. But may as well have yourself ready to compete, I bet you are really close now

Not as close as I would like to be. But i have a good foundation to continue training and see good results. But with that will come only clean eating. We celebrated Sun night and drank some Fri night so I picked up some fat.

Oddly the last few days of junk food have made me feel guilty. I've also been super tired. So I'm ready to make it a lifestyle now.

:) good idea. healthier in the long run, and a good example for your kids. I'm sure you want to be the mom your kids friends are checking out ;)

LOL gross. Well its easier to eat healthier and stay lean then fight to take it off. Plus the binge junk eating just made me feel worse.
 
I plan on it! It will be hard making this a permanent thing versus a 5 week thing;) But I want to prove to myself that I can do it!
 
really I think the goal would be to stay year round where less than 4 weeks hard work would have you stage ready. Not that I plan to compete myself, but I kinda feel thats where I want to be. I'm shooting for just the "classical greek proportions" not trying to be some hairy monster ;)
 
Well thats what I am doing. I'm going to make diet a lifestyle. Stay lean and cut so that i would only need tweaked a little to say go attend the o or a show!

good call..i try not to let myself loose the abs ever..then i have less to cut for the summer.
 
I'm doing the velocity diet right now, so i should be able to drop off a significant fraction of the fat in the next few weeks. We'll see where I end up at 1 week. in 4 days i'm down 5 lbs.

You will get it! I have the first 4 most of the time. But I struggle to diet down enough to get the bottom in all the way.

Ive got the same problem. Bottom row is annoying for me. I just cant get there, but i will now thats for sure! Keep it up your doing great and im trying to addapt that lifestyle of staying lean as well. My mind plays games with me though so its hard. Youll have a nice goodie in the mail for PWO soon enough though! :thumbsup::lol:

Make sure you play nice and share with ur hubby though! :icon_lol:
