Anavar/ DCP part2

Wow! Today was intense, I barely made it through and then I was sick for a good 20 min after.

She had me do leg day, backward runs dragging her across the floor with resistance bands.

All machine work was done at 15 reps for 4 sets.

One legged deadlifts 15 times per leg for 4 sets

Squats at bodyweight plus 24lbs 4 sets of 20.

Weighted walking lunges across the floor.

Jumping Jack squats 10 x 4 sets.

6 sets of 30 for calves.

There were a few other things but by then I was so sick...
It totally blew my blood pressure, I had ear popping and dizziness, serious nausea. I told her I thought I was going to be sick...her response, swallow it and keep going :( She said she lost one girl in an earlier class to puking. I can see how. I wanted to die! But I made it!!! Barely..

Tomorrow is shoulder day, hope I make it.

I tried a Reloaded and Vasoxplode before I went. I think for a bit I'll nix pre -workout supps. Might have had a little to do with the puking thing.

Ok Well shoulders were definitly hard. We did 4 sets of no less than 15 reps of everything. My shoulders were screaming at me!! But I made it!!!! 2 days down, only 4 1/2 more weeks to go.

Now tomorrow is chest day and guess what, leg shaping! She laughed at me because I can barely walk. Said after a brutal workout on Wed she does the leg thing again to help with pain and stiffness. Hopefully I will be able to put my shoes on tomorrow:(
 
I'm adjusting my dosing on the DCP/ Levi for after workout, not ideal but hey if it does not stay down then it does nothing. She does not think I need cardio and had me doing broomstick twists at home for obliques at 3 sets of 100reps.

I'm also dosing the var for after as well as the myriad of other things. I'm down on weight 2 lbs as well. She has decided to train me for cut.
 
Ok I need advice. I train tomorrow night chest and leg shaping. Now I did legs hard Monday and I hurt BAD. But the trainer swears that I need to work the pain out tom night. Now Monday I was super sick, I need to decide what I can do to help the pain so I can make it tom.

Other than a caps rub and hot bath which I'm going to do, what else can I do to fix the leg pain. I mean I can't walk, sit , or get up even. Its amazing after weight training for 2 years that I could hurt like a newb again:(
 
yeah, stretch before and after, and do a long cool down at the end. outside of that just the normal - bcaas with protein + carbs right after, maybe a few g of bcaas every hour or two the rest of the day
 
I made it!!!!! Woohoooo I am so proud of myself.

It was chest/leg sculpting day. Now I did not think I would be able to make it through that. For legs she had me do 20reps for 4 sets of alternating step ups on a weight bench.

4 sets of 20 jumping jack lunges
4 sets of weighted plate drags dragging a plate with my feet in a pushup positon with my hands across the gym floor
4 sets of deadlifts using 2 25lb dumbells 10 times.

For chest I did 4 sets of 15 decline bench
4 sets of 15 on pec deck
4 sets of 6 pushups on 2 weighted balls supersetted with 4 sets of 20 dumbell presses

4 sets 15 reps of laying pullovers supersetted with the deads
4 sets of 15 reps chest presses supersetted with 4 sets of 10 walking your way on your hands to a pushup and pushing your hands up in a hop motion and walking your hands back up to a stand....this one hurt!

Thur she is putting me on her contest diet and the fun begins!! I actually cant wait I'm pumped that I have been able to keep going!
 
Well my legs are still super sore, yikes. I hope they get better by Monday so I can do it all again. My whole upper body is feeling it today. Tonight it will either be arms or back, thats all I have left.

She is going to have me on a strict diet. I know she wanted me to be eating six meals a day with a min of 20grams of protein a meal.

Lol I wish I still have a ways to go. Tonight is back day apparently. I also get my diet plan to follow. And then i follow up with arms Friday. I'm going to take Sat/Sun off.
 
Lol Mace, Well yesterday was an off day. We had things to get done for the company so I have to make up back day on Sun at 9:00am:(

Today was a tiring arm day. She said I can't post diet or routines:( So my testimony will be my pics at the end.
 
Well its leg day again. I'm sitting here gagging oatmeal down trying to gear up for it. Hope I don't get sick. I might take something to keep that from happening since she said she was going to make it harder today. Here is to being able to walk tomorrow;)
 
Well I survived her leg day again. Had some dry heaving but that was it.

The 30 x 45lb , 90x 20 and 130x 10 on leg presses hurt.
The lunges and super sets were hard.

Also did 4 sets of 10 at 90lbs on calves.

Well I can walk today, butt muscles are super sore:) Shoulder day was really rough , we did a super set of Arnold presses to dumbell push ups to dumbell push up running things for 30 reps..that was a killer.

I also did an ab thing that was really hard, and funny looking I'm sure. My trainer sat on the floor facing me with me on the floor and her sitting on my feet. I had to do a sit up straight into a stand up without using her to pull me up if i could and back down into a sit up. I had to do 20 of these!

I just have to say that my lesbian fantasies are fueled for the year...this was hot to watch.
 
Today is chest day, which is really hard for me. My right shoulder is aching in a bad way from yesterday. I have had problems with it but...seems like this is heading to injury. I will keep plugging away though.

and do you usually do shoulders and chest back to back??....having a history or shoulder issues i make sure i have a break between those muscles groups, which will help for sure.

Tue: shoulders
Wed: chest/ leg shaping
Thur: back
Fri: arms

with abs thrown in at will on any of the days

Well I got it done today thanks to Mace texting me to LIFT! I was going to call off because of my shoulder but he guilted me into going. We did do two types of push up type exercises, the incline one with feet in the weight rack and walk ups. My strength and endurance with the new routines is starting to get better.

We also did leg shaping.
 
cool. yeah, way too early to give up. at least give it two weeks, then you will have at least added some fun exercises to your battle chest

Lol well I wasn't going to quit, I just hurt my shoulder and figured chest day would make it worse. I'm actually kind of enjoying training now.

She's kicking the crap out of everything the trainer is throwing at her...even surprising her with how fast she's mastering the movements and increasing strength.

Hell, I even have her eating FISH.

You better be doing your thang, my friend...better be doing it right.
 
Well I've decided to add back in the clen. I think I'm just going to cycle it 2 days on 2 off. I'm also going to stay as low as I can , just enough to feel it. I got in my Lean Extreme as well.

Tonight was back day and it was a rough one. My heart was racing. And guess what we had push ups again:) I feel like I'm in the military,lol.

It was also the first back day that made me feel a little sick:ntome: We did a weird back move where you take two 25lb dumbells and put them on the floor balance on them and take your feet and jump out into a pushup position and push with your feet back into a standing bent over position and proceed to a deadlift. Had to do this for 15 reps 4 times.

We also did pulldowns supersetted with 20 ab leg lifts for 20 reps 4 times.
 
Lol Actually thats very close. We just balanced on two dumbells and then pulled up into a deadlift and back down to do it all over again 15 times. Looked totally retarded doing it;)
 
I think once I get back into cardio again next week, i may give those burpees a try. looks like a cool plyometric workout that I can do at home evenings. and prepare for prison life at the same time. how does it get any better than that?

We of course did a form of push ups?! It was fairly cardi intense today. I worked up a good sweat. We also did broom ab twists at 100reps x 3sets.

I feel like maybe I'm getting stronger on it. It was easier to do and I didn't watch the clock.

Tomorrow is the kids bootcamp so I have to be there for 45min. So the big question is what do I want to do. Strength training or cardio?
