Tell you what. I'll jump on my dog sled and head to Canada! It would be a fun vacation, we can hit the gym together:)

Or lol you could give her my aim or e-mail and I'll talk her into it!

Well I'm off to the gym! Added clen to my Napalm and some cap, just took my Reloaded so i'm ready to get HOT!

Had an awesome chest/shoulder day. Stregth is going up and its my weakest day.

I had prs of 60lbs on the pec deck.
Benched 85 on the benches...and I suck at bench!!
Was up to 70lbs on shoulder raises
Those were my PR's strength was way up..endurance was through the roof. I could have went for another hr, ardio was a breeze!! I am PUMPED!

good job christine....good numbers

MMKay decided to add in Gaspari thyrotabs in to the mix. I have no clue if they work or if I can even tolerate them. I've never done then before, however I'm sure if I can handle T3 these will be fine.

Lost diet in Vegas a little bit but not to bad. My DCP/Levi helped alot here. But I'm back and back on track!

I didn't notice doodly squat from the thyrotabs. but I think I have some natural thyroid issues anyhow

Welcome home christine! Let me know how you like the thyrotabs because i've wanted to give them a try.:)

I have a waking body temp of around 95.9, a daytime average of 97. so my thyroid at the very least isn't raising my temp :)

Well back day was still good yesterday but I made the mistake of dosing the Mystery USP labs libido powder to close to my workout with not enough food. I had mild naseau that kind of hindered me a bit. I have a bit of a headache today so I'll be watching to see if one of these is elevating blood pressure. The DCP/Levi should be fine since I've taken them longer

They thyrotabs maybe.. But all in all everything is going good.

Had a good chest and shoulder day today. Although my right shoulder seems to be acting up again.

I did abs as well.

Here is a mini of some of my highlights. I wont bore you with the whole thing.

I did flys with the best weight being 60lb x 5
Shoulders presses at 70lbs x 10

Nothing to exciting to say about chest day its my least fav day. But I will be going to the gym Sunday as well. Going to hit some cardio and leg day tomorrow.

looks great! are those machine presses and flys?

Well I did cable flys but yes they are machine assisted. I'm having pain in my right shoulder so I'm trying to minimize the strain on it. It wakes me up hurting while sleeping if I lay on it to long. And I have a tempupedic mattress thats supposed to absorb pressure.

Is the shoulder injury from a muscle strain issue, or is it more joint related in nature?

To be honest I'm not sure if its joint or ligament. It hurts on the way up on a shoulder movement.

Well I had a quick day today . I put the kids in fitness bootcamp so we had 45 min to hit it hard! So we chose bis, tris, and forearms. To get it all done we had to move with little rest.

Had a crappy leg day, did not get enough gym time or time to any serious things like squats or deads.

Highlights
Presses 120 x10 180x10 210x10
extensions made it to 80 lbs x10
leg curls 80x10 90x10 100x5
calves were done as well.

That was a before pic so I can gauge my own progress better. I still need to cut some more fat off my abs and arms.

Yeah, but you better stop slapping it onto my love-handles while I'm sleeping. Don't think I don't see you.

Had a decent back day. I'm also looking at adding in a trainer for a few weeks. We have a trainer here thats Met-RX sponsored and she has a great body. She is a cert trainer and wants to put me in a boot camp so to speak. She focuses on weights, plyometrics and high intensity. In other words she will kill me. But it sounds like fun?

its worth a shot if its not out of budget. Worth trying once :)

Well I've watched her train for years and she is good. She is very tough and drives you hard for 45 min. But her results are awesome! She will give me a great edge before the Arnold.

My sister in-law was telling me she does the bootcamp type training. I was absolutely amazed to hear what they had them doing. It literally sounded like they were trying to kill her! lol.....I was like....I can do that....maybe lol :ntome:

Here is where I'll be training through. I have to admit I'm terrified. I'm a shy person by nature but this industry is forcing me to fight harder to be outgoing. I'm intimadated and scared to do this. Her style of training I have never done..what if I cant do it? She is very much a drill sergeant take no excuses type. Think Vivian of biggest loser!

Yeah that vivian girl is hardcore. She's a great trainer and motivator though which can be hard to find. Looks like a solid program. I think it would be a great accomplishment overall with amazing results. You can do it! :D

It will be a huge accomplishment if I can do it. I'm already feeling the anxiety from just talking to her about it. It will force me to push way outside my comfort zone.

However she wants me to stop my supps and do it natural?

I didnt lie to her, she is on a pro level. So to train me correctly she needs the info. However she is afraid of the sides.:(

Just think of what an even bigger accomplishment it would be doing it naturally. I think it would set-up an amazing core foundation to build off of in the years to come.

I start training on Monday and this will be my new schedule per the trainer.

Mon legs 1030am
Tues shoulders same as Mon
Wed chest (sometimes w/leg shaping) 10:30am
Thurs back same as Tues
Fri arms same as Mon a.m. times
Sat off
Sun chest 10am, legs 1245pm

and 2-3 times a night I have to add in an evening workout with light weights and maybe cardio.

I did chest and shoulder day today. Went fairly heavy but did no cardio at all. I'm going to go light tomorrow since I start Mon. I don't want to go in tired or sore.

Wow! Today was intense, I barely made it through and then I was sick for a good 20 min after.

She had me do leg day, backward runs dragging her across the floor with resistance bands.

All machine work was done at 15 reps for 4 sets.

One legged deadlifts 15 times per leg for 4 sets

Squats at bodyweight plus 24lbs 4 sets of 20.

Weighted walking lunges across the floor.

Jumping Jack squats 10 x 4 sets.

6 sets of 30 for calves.

There were a few other things but by then I was so sick...
It totally blew my blood pressure, I had ear popping and dizziness, serious nausea. I told her I thought I was going to be sick...her response, swallow it and keep going :( She said she lost one girl in an earlier class to puking. I can see how. I wanted to die! But I made it!!! Barely..

Tomorrow is shoulder day, hope I make it.

I tried a Reloaded and Vasoxplode before I went. I think for a bit I'll nix pre -workout supps. Might have had a little to do with the puking thing.

yeah, stims are probably a nono at first :)

LOL Yeah tell me about it, I figured well hey, I've been lifting for 2 years and could take them. LOL Wow was I ever wrong. I actually still think I would have been sick. I'm just now 2 hours later starting to feel better. Kept my protein shake down. Blood pressure still feels off though.

If I can keep going and handle the not so subtle encouragement then she will have me in great shape..All in all I like her, Arnold here I come!

Did you enjoy the plyometrics ?

I would not say enjoy is the right word. However it made you really push yourself to make it to the end. You had to pull deep from within to keep going. And balance, well it really focused on balance and cardio. The pace and plyo was like 45 min of intense forced cardio. She told me cardio would not even be needed. Lets put it this way I left in gym clothes, did not even care if i changed, barely made it down the curb my muscles gave out. She also had me do the plyo stuff with weighted dumbells.

thats the nice part of it, it gets strength training in, at aerobic cardio heart rates. i'm going to start doing some again in march I think
