Got back day, abs and cardio in today. I did back day on my own tonight. I did 4 sets of hammer high pulls at 90lbs x 10 for sets and 140lbs x 6 for final set. I supersetted these with pull ups in between each set for 10 pull ups a set.
Did single arm low rows at 60 lbs a side for 3 set 10 reps. Supersetted with high rows at 60, 70 and 80lbs for 10reps.
Did pulldowns at 70, 80, 90lbs x 10 sset with rows at same weight.
Did a few other back things, played solo ab ballI did this three times until failure with a 9lb ball, good cardio! Did crunches and machine crunches at 60lbs for 20 reps 3 sets.
Also did the dreaded cardio!!
You're turning into one lean machine it sounds like! With matt and yourself, RPN is going to look lean and swole at the arnold for sho!! Hopefully i can contribute to the fact at this time next year. :bb3:

I would be able to do most of it. But there is no denying that having a trainer tell you to do it now, helps you get all your reps in. Even when you are sick or beyond tired and want to quit.
And there are the humiliating things she has us do...:rofl:
I'm seeing excellent shoulder and chest development. So its worth it!
Thats good, sounds like your def. getting your $ worth. I think if i would have hold a solid consistant training partner thru my cut I could be a little bigger and a little leaner.

Well today was combo back/bi day. Nothing to exciting to report. She worked us hard today since the Arnold is so close. And gotta love the push up/pop squats balanced on two dumbells from a push up position straight up with the dumbells into a bicep curl!
Tommorrow I start dropping water. I'll be using Taraxatone and dosing the B6 every 3 hours.
Tomorrow is shoulder day, maybe legs? It will be my last workout before the Arnold with her as she has to be up at the expo on Thur!

Oddly the last few days of junk food have made me feel guilty. I've also been super tired. So I'm ready to make it a lifestyle now.

You will get it! I have the first 4 most of the time. But I struggle to diet down enough to get the bottom in all the way.
