Lol at the pes website it says ''Serving size 2 capsules, Servings 620''
If thats true this stuff is dirt cheap
Now to my question,
I'm 19, about to turn 20 in a couple months, can I use anabeta safely? It says in the label ''This products is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 21 years or older''
I'm also intrested in using Erase since they both get good feedback.
Ben covered the servings.
At 19 years old, you could use AnaBeta, but there is NO reason for you to, and I would recommend that you do NOT. The same goes for Erase. Regardless of your goal, making sure that you are well versed in and get your NUTRITION AND TRAINING RIGHT are the KEY factors for you to concentrate on until you are older, have built up a solid training base (training properly and not doing something like only doing chest or arms), and have more knowledge and experience on and with supplementation.
If you're looking at wanting muscle gains, at your age you do NOT need any other supplements aside from the
Invalid Link Removed (creatine, multivitamin, good fats, protein, and BCAAs) to gain mass and strength - you're already using them (I would recommend getting yourself a multivitamin if not already using one). at your body mass, the only ones I recommend that you get are a multivitamin and creatine, since you should be able to get all your good fats protein, and BCAAs needs from your nutrition. I don't recommend using anything else but these basic staples until you are older and have built up a solid training base - NUTRITION AND TRAINING are what are going to get you results!
If you want gains,
Invalid Link Removed and no supplement is going to help you gain muscle if you're not eating for it, period! NUTRITION and TRAINING are the two factors that you need to focus on. FOOD, FOOD, and MORE FOOD is going to be IMPORTANT - if you want muscle gains, you needs to EAT for it!
Next to nutrition for mass is training. You have to be training correctly for mass - check out the article
Invalid Link Removed for an idea of how to train correctly for mass. And although
Invalid Link Removed is in the fat loss section, the same exercises that are best for fat loss are also the best for gaining muscle! You also need to get adequate recovery, since it's in your RECOVERY that you GROW (if you are eating enough).
I recommend having a training programme (AND nutrition plan - can't forget your nutrition, since that's what is going to make or break your success with gaining muscle mass!) written specifically for YOU for your goals and needs. If you can't afford a professional trainer (and any that tell you to use anything but the basic staples re supplements is irresponsible and I would be wary of them), then take some time out to research and look around, because there is a TON of information on training for mass!
Yea I figured.
Awwwww too bad. What are the possible risks if I run this? Do I have the same risks with running this that I would have with prohormones? Can it fuk up my endocrine system?
AnaBeta is NOT hormonal - therefore you are not going to get the sides experienced with hormonals. The fact that you even ask such a question indicates that you have no business using AnaBeta (or anything aside from the BASIC STAPLES) until you are older and have a lot more knowledge on supplements and products in general. Therefore, I recommend that as you work on your nutrition and training, you do a lot of personal research on anything that you may consider using in the future - I say at least 21 years old for anything aside from the basic staples, and older, depending on what else you look at, dependent on your goals and needs.
