Not really a t booster. But it's effects r similar. meaning nutrient utilization, fuller muscles, leaner, strength increases etc. Doesn't affect ur hormones or anything tho
Absolutely, if youre looking for strictly elevating testosterone i would opt for Erase stacked with DAA.
As ive been told alpha T2 is a natural supp that contains the 3,3 ingrediant which is T2 i believe,
but i have been told by my competing fed that T2 can convert to T3 in the body (which is the unsafe thyroid hormone)

Summary
If one is looking for strictly an increase in energy expenditure with less TSH depression, 3,3'-T2 is your answer..... If one is looking for more muscle mass preservation properties aswell and doesn't mind some TSH depression, 3,5-T2 is your answer....
On a final note though, I think T3 supplementation would probably be better than 3,5-T2 supplementation as serum 3,5-T2 as well as 3,3'-T2 concentrations have been shown to rise significantly with a marked rise in serum T3 following T3 administration. Also, just because T3 acts on the protein synthesis mechanism involved in the regulation of the mitochondrial mass (so is more indirect pathway) while both T2 act directly at the mitochondrial level, this doesn't mean it is less effective at interupting the ETC, in fact, T3 has been shown to exhibit slightly more of an effect even though it acts indirectly on the mitochondria....

Idk about any particular product other than something like revamp, which I have not taken but will in February and march when I go stim free to cleanse n reset my cns...
But other other than that.. I basically use a product like alpha t2 for the 4 to 8 suggested weeks at 3 caps a day then I'll take the suggested 4 weeks or more off n switch to a product which doesn't contain potentially thyroid suppressing ingredients, simple!
I did have bloods done back in June when running at2.. Saw mild suppression of tsh n other factors that led to a diagnosis of adrenal fatigue or chronic fatigue syndrome.. I was shredded tho along with erase n a diuretic complex.. Had more blood done in sept. Levels were back to a low -normal range (I have endocrine issues which I have an apt for on dec 1)

So alpha t2 is pretty safe for use up to 8wks, wana give it a try but dont wana f""k me thyroid up from doing so, would it take muscle along with fat off from the weight lost ?

This would be a diet based answer than a supplement based answer.
Put it this way, I have used multiple bottles of AT2 and I would not want to run them if muscle atrophy was likely, who would?

seriously ax 9, and did you stack it also?
lately , because of my work shedule durring the week , (i have to travel for work) is ususally hit the gym 3 days a week, sadurday sunday and monday, instead of 3 days a week spread through out the week , like i usually would
how would u suggest incorportating anabeta into my shedule , since i feel like if i take it on my 4 consecutive off days i would be wasting tlhe product,
