AnaBeta FAQ - Ask Away

yo by the way i have a question on anabeta. Ok first time i used anabeta i ran 4 caps, loved it. Then recently i ran but this time 6 caps, loved it even more. But half way through the cycle i threw ursobolic at 9 caps a day and WOW. It felt like the difference from of 4 vs 6 anabeta caps.
So i ran out and im giving myself a break but i wanna know has anyone used 8 anabeta???? cause im deeply thinkin on trying this with the 9 urso or if thats too much, then i might go with high dose urso 18 caps and 6 anabeta. But i wanna know if is any cases of anyone using 8 caps or if is too suppresive or bad on the body in any way.

ALSO ONE MORE THING : How long does anabeta half life is ? cause i had trouble dosin 6 caps, dont want to get too many too soon. i workout in the afternoon so my thinking was 1 first think in the am, 2pre wo 2 post wo afternoon, then evening 1 more is this right?? or would it be better to do 2 am, 1pre-1post workout, then 2 evening?? what you think??

thanks

Only a few have ventured into the 6+ capsules range of Anabeta. Its not going to be hard on the body or produce ill effect, but it just might not be much better than 4-6. I cant say for sure though so if you're up for experimenting than by all means.

As far as dosing, either one of those will produce solid effects.

Yeah i think i might try 8 in the near future but for now i'll stick at 6. Was wondering, what is the best timing on 6 anabeta if i train in the afternoon. Im debating between the 2 scenarios below and if i just knew the half life of anabeta i could dose better but you guys will know more since is your product here it goes:

A) 2 upon risin w meal
1pre wo
1post wo
2 bedtime w meal
OR"

B) 1 breakfast
2pre wo
2post wo
1 dinner

??? Scenario a) seems more balanced but i dont know how much impact or better gains will anabeta yield at 2/2 vs 1/1 pre post workout time?? any thoughts??

thanks

I would dose 2 with your highest calorie meals..

If you're going to train in the afternoon, then just do 2 caps with Meal One, 2 caps pre-training, and 2 caps with post-training meal. Or you can do Option A - experiment with different dosing/timing scenarios and see what works best for YOUR body.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah i guess i'll have to try out different ways. Ok , i got another question. Is anabeta ok to use while on ph cycle?? I think i read anabeta is not hormonal so it should be ok. Im enetering wk 2 of andromass v1 that i got at a good price and was plannin on a 6 weeker so far im not seeing anything and all other factores are the same. I know kinda early for this kinds of products to tell but i want to add anabeta to the mix since it yields gains rather fast. So you think im ok running anabeta throughout a hormonal cycle?

I have never used any Androseries products so am not answering it from personal experience but some people are big advocates of using it on cycle so yes, it is fine. :)

No worries :)

Some have used AnaBeta when using hormonals, so it's ok. If you're doing a cycle though, don't be so impatient - results don't happen overnight, and if things are not happening as they should, then look at your nutrition and/or training FIRST before thinking about changing supplemental factors.

Thanks both for the reply. Well, i was also positive anabeta wouldn't hurt, just wanted to double check. I will run this all the way to pct, it should help keeping the gains.

what are the initial effects of anabeta and do these continue and increase in time, whats the average time frame for users to start noticing anything?

Perhaps it would help with appetite.
I wouldn't mind trying it but maybe next time. I got six bottles coming. ;)

Read the reviews if you want a lot of detail, there were a lot of beta testers on here so all the reviews were minimising placebo effect.

Here are some general guidelines;

- Dry mouth, increased thirst and urination are very quick, first couple of days.
- Appetite increase usually within the first few days
- Once the vascularity and muscle fullness kicks in it stays until the end of the run
- Hypertrophy and recomp effects continue with the run.

If you want specifics of weight fluctuations they are in my log.

I started noticing effects from the FIRST dose, and it wasn't even a training day.

From my initial review:
Cliff Notes of effects:
* Noticeable increase in muscle hardness, vascularity, and nutrient repartitioning and thirst.
* Effects that get more pronounced over usage include causing blemishes and increased oiliness of skin, and ridiculous increase in appetite.
* Strong diuretic effect after dosing - good in general, but bad when it occurs during training (from pre-training dose).

Note that blemishes only occurred during my beta run and not in further bottles of AnaBeta.

Had a quick read of your final reveiw seems like it worked pretty well for you
does it increase urination through iusers increasing fluid intake or increased urination without actually drinking more like a diuretic effect
is the appetite increase unbearable

did you notice specific muscle fullness and a leaning effect at the same time

Im keen to use it but do you think it would be good for a recomp say increased muscle size and fat loss at the same time
im thinking of using it to recomp to maintain mass but ideally loose fat and lean and harden up, or would it not give any appreciable fat loss benefits

im thinking of trying it on a strict maintenence diet not dieting and not gaining but with only moderate carb consumption of 1 g per lb, and without cardio to see if it can increase fullness/lean mass but more importantly to shift a bit of fat,
can anabeta do this or is it best to use only when wanting to gain weight and can eat more/considerably more carbs?
as i dont want the hunger to be to overpowering that it makes me go over my current maintenence level of calories by being forced to eat more

i have ibs so my diet is pretty limited and pretty clean and strict (aside from protein bars, powders and sugar free gum), i see you use brown rice protein, is it from myprotein unflavoured i have thought about using this in the past to be totally dairy free what is it like with water, pretty nasty and do you find it keeps you leaner looking without the dairy from whey and caseins?

Thanks.

Thanks rosie, sounds like a great product just trying to determine if it can help and make body comp changes on a strict maitenence diet and without cardio or change in diet with eating only moderate carbs at just 1g per lb
maybe it is only for use when gaining and eating alot more than what i currently am.
my current goal is to maintain mass, and to lean harden/tighten up by dropping a few lbs of fat (without going below maintenance calories) and cannot take any unnatural supplements

Can or does it increase T levels in any way, i read of some users have an increase in libido, is this due to a raise in T or could it be like tribulus which raises libido but does not raise T levels?, have users known to get more aggresive and more energy and endurance off Abeta?

Thanks for any help guys

is the appetite increase unbearable. It was ferocious for me more than other users, it wasn't unbearable otherwise I wouldn't have finished the log.

did you notice specific muscle fullness and a leaning effect at the same time- Yes, I put on weight and leaned up. This is written in the log.

im thinking of using it to recomp to maintain mass but ideally loose fat and lean and harden up, or would it not give any appreciable fat loss benefits. As many lean up while gaining muscle it is perfect for a recomp i.e., what you saw in my log.

I ate less carbs than this so this is not an issue.

MP don't stock BRP at the moment as sourcing is very difficult. It is chalky and not particularly nice tasting. I add cocoa, cinnamon and rice milk to improve it.

Thanks.

Have you read the product Invalid Link Removed? All of your questions are pretty well covered in the Invalid Link Removed.

AnaBeta may increase Testosterone - which can lead to an increased libido, yes (be aware that other factors aside from increased Testosterone can lead to an increased libido though).

Users have been known to have their natural aggression enhanced. Just my example, re my review (post #31): "My natural aggression was slightly increased and I was moodier than usual (although this can also be attributed to the circumstances of the time and not just the product)."

Many users have seen increased energy, as well as enhanced athletic performance, inclusive of endurance.

Check out some of the AnaBeta Invalid Link Removed to see what others have to say about the product. There are also more reviews after mine in the thread I linked to above re my quote. Check out this thread re feedback as well: AnaBeta feedback as of 5/12/11. Plus review some of the logs: Live Anabeta Logs (live at that time, not now, note).

Cheers pal,

thought food in particular carbs had to be so high for it to work and take effect
im tempted fat loss and muscle gain are always attractive for a natty as you know

do you find brp makes you look leaner and drier by not using dairy protein pwders, what is the nutritional info per 100g of product i guess its expensive, is it a slow medium or fast release protein?

Impressive reports,
i guess if it does increase T in any way albeit quite minimal then an ai would not be required
thanks young lady

They are indeed - AnaBeta was, IMO, the supplement of 2011.

An AI is not required when using AnaBeta, no. However, that's not to say that you can't use one of you want to - I stack Erase with AnaBeta every time!

No worries :)

Lol at the pes website it says ''Serving size 2 capsules, Servings 620''

If thats true this stuff is dirt cheap :D

Now to my question, I'm 19, about to turn 20 in a couple months, can I use anabeta safely? It says in the label ''This products is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 21 years or older''

I'm also intrested in using Erase since they both get good feedback.

620 is a typo, theres really 60 servings per bottle, two servings per day.

We recommend that individuals under the age of 21 abstain from using Anabeta.

Yea I figured.

Awwwww too bad. What are the possible risks if I run this? Do I have the same risks with running this that I would have with prohormones? Can it fuk up my endocrine system?

Ben covered the servings.

At 19 years old, you could use AnaBeta, but there is NO reason for you to, and I would recommend that you do NOT. The same goes for Erase. Regardless of your goal, making sure that you are well versed in and get your NUTRITION AND TRAINING RIGHT are the KEY factors for you to concentrate on until you are older, have built up a solid training base (training properly and not doing something like only doing chest or arms), and have more knowledge and experience on and with supplementation.

If you're looking at wanting muscle gains, at your age you do NOT need any other supplements aside from the Invalid Link Removed (creatine, multivitamin, good fats, protein, and BCAAs) to gain mass and strength - you're already using them (I would recommend getting yourself a multivitamin if not already using one). at your body mass, the only ones I recommend that you get are a multivitamin and creatine, since you should be able to get all your good fats protein, and BCAAs needs from your nutrition. I don't recommend using anything else but these basic staples until you are older and have built up a solid training base - NUTRITION AND TRAINING are what are going to get you results!

If you want gains, Invalid Link Removed and no supplement is going to help you gain muscle if you're not eating for it, period! NUTRITION and TRAINING are the two factors that you need to focus on. FOOD, FOOD, and MORE FOOD is going to be IMPORTANT - if you want muscle gains, you needs to EAT for it!

Next to nutrition for mass is training. You have to be training correctly for mass - check out the article Invalid Link Removed for an idea of how to train correctly for mass. And although Invalid Link Removed is in the fat loss section, the same exercises that are best for fat loss are also the best for gaining muscle! You also need to get adequate recovery, since it's in your RECOVERY that you GROW (if you are eating enough).

I recommend having a training programme (AND nutrition plan - can't forget your nutrition, since that's what is going to make or break your success with gaining muscle mass!) written specifically for YOU for your goals and needs. If you can't afford a professional trainer (and any that tell you to use anything but the basic staples re supplements is irresponsible and I would be wary of them), then take some time out to research and look around, because there is a TON of information on training for mass!

AnaBeta is NOT hormonal - therefore you are not going to get the sides experienced with hormonals. The fact that you even ask such a question indicates that you have no business using AnaBeta (or anything aside from the BASIC STAPLES) until you are older and have a lot more knowledge on supplements and products in general. Therefore, I recommend that as you work on your nutrition and training, you do a lot of personal research on anything that you may consider using in the future - I say at least 21 years old for anything aside from the basic staples, and older, depending on what else you look at, dependent on your goals and needs.

Wow, nice reply thanks alot.

I've always been an ectomorph so its always been hard for me to pack on muscle mass. I hit a plateau about 2 months ago but I guess I just have to start eating more. Right now I eat about 3000 calories a day.

But man its so hard to eat clean and that much, my macros are about 40/40/20.

And sorry PES for the offtopic.

IMO all YOU need at your level and age- is eat alot of good quality food, solid training programme 4 weights workouts max a week, dont overtrain, good rest, sleep 8 hrs minimum a night, use protein supplements, avoid drugs and alcohol, maybe use creatine for a boost. Thats it

No worries - I'm here to help out :)

Regardless of what you are, you CAN gain muscle mass if you're doing the RIGHT thing for it! The key thing for you is to EAT ENOUGH! Trust me, you can EASILY eat ~3,000 calories clean - my first meal of the day is ~1,500 calories (and that's a lower calorie meal) and they're all clean - it's about having calorie dense foods. Re macros, don't worry so much about what they are - as long as what you're doing works for you!

Anabeta is def next on my "to try" list.
Been hearing a lot of positive things about it.
Would be awesome to try this after my AndroMass cycle in or after pct.
Anyhow carry on I'll be reading.

I'd jump on it during pct n do a full 8 weeks 4 pct, 4 standalone or with continued erase/pct

BUMP good question.

We recommend that all ergogenic supplements be cycled to avoid any tolerance that may build up.

Eight weeks on with at least four weeks is our recommended protocol.

It depends on the person. Some people have used it for 12 straight and loved it.

I plan to use anabeta during my pct for hdrol in 5 weeks when it's over. I have run anabeta solo at 4 caps per day for 8 weeks when it first came out and I loved it. I spaced 4 caps with 4 meals and did one pre and one post workout on workout days like the label says. I am wondering if 4 caps would be enough for a pct dose? should I try to increase the caps to 6 per day? And if so what kind of dosing should I use for the extra 2 caps I will be taking. I am trying to plan everything out.. thanks!
