you name it, i like to throw allot in there and mix it up, treadmill, eliptical, I just started hitting the spin bikes, that **** is INSANE! jumping jacks, i'll even hit the rope, i'll jump on and off these, almost like a circuit..

I'm taking off from the gym tonight.. I'm definitely not in workout mode today.

..maybe it was all that food from yesterday :laugh:

I'll be hittin chest and shoulders hard tomorrow for sure :cool:

I'm still dosing the Formex morning and night on my non-workout days.

Day 15:​

I did chest and shoulders today with 5 sets as usual but 10 reps. I picked a weight that would give me just enough resistance that would make me work for the last 2-3 reps.

Here's the workout:

Flat Bench - (165 across the board)
Incline Bench - (135 across the board)
Incline Flyes - (60's across the board)
Decline Flyes - (55's across the board)
Overhead Press - (50's across the board)
Lateral Raise - (25's across the board)
Evan Rows - (15's across the board)

I did the usual 30 to 45 second rest in between the sets and that is what makes the workout so tough for me. With these workouts, there is no guessing if the muscle fibers are breaking down or not, lol. I'm feeling stronger and stronger each workout and I def. can't wait to get back into the 6 rep range again to see what kind of weight I can push then. I took 2 Formex 2.5 hours pre-workout so I could lift on an empty stomach (thanks to LMD for the post he made in another log about that) and have the Formex in my system at the same time. There was definitely more vascularity and endurance than before, so I think I'll stick with this pre-workout dosing method. ;)

That's way too many exercises for one muscle group, Adam. You may want to set something up where you are not doing flyes and presses the same day. Just my $.02
