That was exactly my problem. I was trying to hit 3500 Cals but I wanted to do it as clean as possible. So I just ate super clean foods all day. It worked for me though. In my 7 or 8 week bulk I only gained 9 lbs. but shredded some BF and hit big numbers on my lifts compared to where I was when I started

Dan you might be on to something there my man. I may have to rethink my strat.

It made it easy to start my cut lol I just ate the same foods just cut the portions in half. And cut the carbs out for the most part

Groceroids for me. The calories aren't the problem. It's making them clean that becomes an issue. I could not do IF because of the amount of food I would have to shovel in such a short window. I am literally eating from the minute I get up until my head hits the pillow at night. And yes that means a lot of seat time on the throne too. The food side of the equation is where the real dues get paid.

I found u! Oh how Ive missed ur sweet embrace. My fone doesnt show me updates so I have to search for them. For got this wasn't in pct. so u likening the athletix pct stack? I was thing of running PP pct stack with my clomid and ralo. But still haven't committed to my pct, just have clomid,ralo, and erase right now.
 
1 week update!!!

Division1: Best Divinil product I have used!!! Wasn't really into them until now!

Formula-X: Should be kickin in shortly. I do say recovery has tho! Lclt is legit! Now the flavor is unbelievable!!! Usually you will have a tart taste or synthetic taste. This tastes exactly like Old Country Pink Lemonade! I'd keep pitchers of it in my fridge if I could hahaha all around the ingredient profile is AMAZING.

I gained my appetite back! I'm now more hungry then I have been in awhile. This will help my gains! Libido has skyrocketed. I even get random wood again hahaha the wife will be pleased with this! My testes are full and are actually feeling heavy again. Today is the start of 2nd week. Clomid drops to 50mg. No emo sides yet!

HEll yeah bro! 3,4 divanil rocks. I'm not really sure what the limits are but I've ran Division 1 at 8 caps a day for 2 weeks and the effects were by far the best natural effects I've felt.
