Haha tried keeping the reps high around 12 for DL since I only am doin 1 set for now. My pct is kickin ass tho :-)

I have never had help or anything like that.... I just go to the gym and listen to my body lol ill be gettin professional help sometime this month tho

You tell! I'm doing a natty stack in Mid-Octoberish. Besides eating like a horse (which I am trying... I'm still short of my goal cals almost everyday!), what else can I do ;)

During my cut I was bouncing around 3000-3300, now I'm shooting for 3800-4000 daily. Problem is I'm doing IF and its just the sheer VOLUME of food I have to eat within my timeframe (even when I go 8 hour window) that is hard lol. My stomach is being retrained.

The last time I ate like that I was doing powerlifting and my coach said 1) No cardio 2) Eat whatever you want... 3) Whenever you want... 4) As much as you can. Lifted the BIG 3 only 2x/wk. I went from 225 to 280 in about 8 months and I just looked very puffy. Like the strongmen you see on ESPN. They are (and I was) strong as **** but they don't look all too good in the physique department.

But things have changed now. I eat much healthier now... its just so easy to bump the cal #s up by dirty bulking which I just don't want to go back to. So hard to bulk 4000 cals cleanly. In 8 hours lol. Recompadrol is helping me when I can't eat as cleanly as I'd like which I do not make a habit of.

That was exactly my problem. I was trying to hit 3500 Cals but I wanted to do it as clean as possible. So I just ate super clean foods all day. It worked for me though. In my 7 or 8 week bulk I only gained 9 lbs. but shredded some BF and hit big numbers on my lifts compared to where I was when I started
