Lifted the BIG 3 only 2x/wk. I went from 225 to 280 in about 8 months and I just looked very puffy. Like the strongmen you see on ESPN. They are (and I was) strong as **** but they don't look all too good in the physique department.
But things have changed now. I eat much healthier now... its just so easy to bump the cal #s up by dirty bulking which I just don't want to go back to. So hard to bulk 4000 cals cleanly. In 8 hours lol. Recompadrol is helping me when I can't eat as cleanly as I'd like which I do not make a habit of.
