A Day In The Life Of Rocket

I really enjoy training 6 days on 1 off each body part once a week, so that is what I will do.

That's the way to do it. Works for you, and you enjoy it. I am doing something similar and it seems to be working to help avoid so much joint stress. DOing 3 days a week of lifting, and either doing Push, Pull, Lower, or Chest/Back, Lower, and Arms/Shoulders.

hopefully it's just an old joint and weather issue.
I know if the barometric pressure starts to fall it can jack with my old injuries.

If not it's time to start up on some flexatril. (works for me)
 
you taking anything for this? several pretty good otc joint formulas around.

I haven't used any Joint Supplements for a while, I may have to break some out!!

I would have already done that, lol....seriously I have been impressed with how good otc joint supplements are these days.

When I was using The True Shred with Laxo in it I quite the Joint Supplements, guess I need to get back on one of them !!

Today was a better day. Monday I am going back to Fasted AM Training and Once a Week Workouts for each Muscle Group.

I woke up Thursday morning and felt like Crap, my whole body ached, I had a headache and I did not feel like training, a smart guy would have gone back to sleep but a Gym Rat needs to be in the gym, so I drank my PWO and head to the gym. I thought I will just take it easy and do some Triceps 10 sets later I had a good pump and felt pretty great. Life Is Good!!

Went back to my comfort zone this morning, Great Workout!
 
195lbs This morning, I have not been this heavy in a long time.

Awesome! Glad one of us has some discipline when it comes to cookies. They are my weakness.
