I have been training small muscle groups arms 3x per week, chest and back 2x per week and legs up to 2 days per week. I have been training this way for years with really steady results. At age 48, I tend to leave the really heavy weights alone...For a few years now I have been training each body part once a week, so this week I started to train each body part ever 4 days, I am just trying to mix things up a bit and see how it go's. Thoughts ???

I got notified by Rule 1 on Black Friday that ever thing on there web site was Buy One Get One Free, so I tried to order 10 tubs of protein, the instructions said order one and than add a second one to you cart and it will be $0 OK No problem, except it keep trying to charge me for the second one. I email the company I Never Got A Response??? I guess I will find a New Favorite Protein !! Companies work so hard to get your business, but than do nothing to keep it.

my protein stash is down a bit right now, but I do like to stock up when a good sale comes around.
What he means by his protein stash being down is that now it only fills half of his supp room instead of the whole thingUnderstandable. Bummer they didn’t get you squared away. I just remember those pics of your gym steps lined with huge jugs of protein. Lol

I really enjoy training 6 days on 1 off each body part once a week, so that is what I will do.
