2 DAYS ON RECREATE/PWFULL/AP-feeling like an alpha FE-MALE !!!

This seems to be a reoccuring theme... Me and bodyguards, IC and the sweet spotter dude, now DFly and the partial rep maniac.

By the way DFly, I hate morning workouts too.
So either its not a man thing, or I'm a damn chick.

Pics are looking sharp.

Well, the morning  tendencies were not random episodes....

WEEK 4

* I had this crazy dream where someone told me my legs wouldn't suck if I worked them hard enough....
.....I was like :wtf1: :rasp: :nana: ...if anything, I'm not resting them hard enough ! So.....

....I put myself in quarantine for two days Invalid Link Removed

Much rest is needed, super-compensation does not occur if you train every day, YES, I SAID THAT !!! Invalid Link Removed

* It has been EXTREMELY hard to resist the ever increasing morning urges to lift. Without doubt I attribute this to AE & AX (I've been taking them on off days as of last week, dosing same as on training days, 1 caps each on empty )

* THAT'S OK, THE HEAT IS BUILDING UP ;)

WEEK 4

* I've been so slack this week Invalid Link Removed Took WHOLE 3 days of rest...:bsflag:
....I did some uphill sprinting yesterday, but seriously that wasn't really hard

* So today I just had to hit it all Invalid Link Removed:

SUPERSET 1

1. Chin-Ups
2. Bench Press

8 sets

SUPERSET 2

1. Dips
2. Deadlifts

8 sets

* Took awhile to get into the swing of things. I mean, three days of rest has its consequences :p
So, the Invalid Link Removed sucked Invalid Link Removed, I felt kind of heavy to myself   Rep-wise a bit better than last week, nothing too exciting. That's ok though, last week was really plateau-braking in the Chins department, can't expect that on a weekly basis :) ...bench, errr, up couple of pounds Invalid Link Removed

* DIPS WERE ANOTHER STORY ALTOGETHER :biglaugh:

Last week was just BW and machine assisted

This week :
BW as a warmup
5lb plate - 2 sets Invalid Link Removed
11lb plate - 4 sets (6 reps)Invalid Link Removed

Finished off with 2 sets high rep BW (12 reps each)....ahhhh, the pump

* Deads, well, FINALLY MOVED ON, by 22lb ! That felt awesome, specially after some minor... :soapbox:.... back issues that I had last week. So finding out I was able to crank out 4 sets at +22lb was a real treat ! Invalid Link Removed

* CONCLUSION: Rest is good, even for DRAGONS ;)

Eeesh, what a pair of supersets! I like it!
Might have to get into that myself once I get out of single body-part per day mode.
Nice #'s..rest DEF makes a difference. Can't be your Dragon-ly unhuman self every day of the week y'know. :D

btw dude -- seriously, if you've been on the A-Stack for a yr now, let me give you a bit of truly valuable advice: you really need to cycle off for a good long while.

litter, dude i left BB because of guys like you, all blasts no help, i have been on the asteriod stack for almost a yr now, and drinking while on powerfull, increases the affects of alcohol on your system( and thats not just IMO, as i have a more than a few friends and colleages on this stack) and yes im young 35, if its any concellation to ya

This tool is begging for a Timber verbal sh*t kicking... :type:

Get bent dude... Who the f*ck are you?! :bukkake:

lol..I thought he was saying he left bb.com, not bodybuilding as a lifestyle!

haha..yeah, dickheads like me..dammit I feel bad now. :(

I'm such a big bully. :28:

Nope, you straight up just kicked ol' dude out of BB'ing.

On another note, I've decided to stop pooping... because of a$sholes like Snags... Its only appropriate.

What are you talking about, man?
Weirdo.

These guys here have been a great support, both in sharing knowledge and keeping my motivation up in times of crisis. They are my asteroid stack :D
As, for alcohol, not sure what gave you that idea, I haven't touched it in years. I hate the stuff. It contributes nothing to health. Red wine is good but I'm just too sensitive to alcohol in general so I must stay clear of it. Alcohol and dragons simply DO NOT AGREE

That's what I thought  I substituted BB curls for deads, to get a bit more out of the workout ;) Time is precious in my world :)
Train and rest ferociously, that’s how dragonpower comes by :biglaugh:

WEEK 4

TODAY WAS ALL ABOUT LEGS :D

* I think of myself as a person easy to please (my dad would STRONGLY disagree Invalid Link Removed with that statement )....all that is required to brighten my day up is a nice cup of coffee.
* Today I "accidentally" :liar: pressed the double-espresso button on a coffee machine at work 3x....Invalid Link Removed ....within minutes ... Invalid Link Removed Invalid Link Removed Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed
....I was bouncing of the walls

* I knew I was in for a GREAT workout ;)

So...

* I added one more warmup set on BB lunges and my strength didn't suffer at all ! Quite on the contrary, I ended up doing 3 extra sets with extra 11lb :biglaugh: :woohoo:
...had absolutely no issues with my back (I actually did a lot of stretching in between sets and also threw couple of random hanging knee raises )
* Last week I did a :lame: job in my warmup and my back started squealing Invalid Link Removed at measly 100lb

* On BB lunges I could have done 150lb easily...on the right leg, however, left one is the weak link....it is because of a permanent damage of the sciatic nerve (due to a slipped lumbal disc...4 years ago ... :soapbox:) I simply CANNOT engage all the muscles that run on the back and side of my left leg. Oh, well, we'll get there

* AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME WORKOUT !

There is only one way to describe the way I felt...(familiar one Irish ? :p)

* AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME WORKOUT !

Holy progress!
Your meticulous tracking -- let alone the gains you're making -- is truly impressive DF! (I love those charts!) :)
Now you've done it; I got legs here in a bit myself, gotta go try to keep up with the DragonLady.. :dunno: Great inspiration!

I'm a science nerd, it is my job :o ....I hate doing charts for work tho...

...and...thanks, always happy to inspire Snag Invalid Link Removed

...that is the least I can do for all of you here, like I said before and I'll say it AGAIN !!!! You guys are DRAGON'S ULTIMATE ROID-RAGE-STACK :)

She IS a great inspiration. And so organized! Ha...I am dying to lift, not to mention kill my legs. :(

I used to do bouts of uphill sprinting, that stuff is hard for us regular people.

You are MOST DEFINITELY NOT a regular person Sam :)

For a while I was training for hill running. I was planning a trip to Ireland to run the southern coast, but I had to call the trip off so I quit doing it.

Bummer. Why ?

She IS a great inspiration. And so organized! Ha...I am dying to lift, not to mention kill my legs. :(

You'll be back in no time Cannon ;)

I'm going to set the legs off tonight too there DFly. Hopefully I have similar results.

Cracked up up with the coffee up there. I'm a coffee freak myself. Can't get enough.

Invalid Link Removed

Felt a bit like ^^ this morning

Other than that, I feel pain.... LEG DOMS :D

 I wish I had a training partner, I really needed someone to assist me with the dropsets, I mean, it takes time to remove the plates so you get a bit of resting time Invalid Link Removed .... I just wanted to keep going Invalid Link Removed

Other thing that was limiting the intensity of yesterday's workout - wrists, because of my built (longer legs than torso), I tend to lean forward on squats so I always try to keep the bar as low on my back as possible, that puts the wrists in a very awkward position. I ended up strapping them for the heaviest sets and dropsets cause they simply couldn't cope with the weight.

Can't let weak wrists stand in the way of leg growth, ain't that right Irish ? :D

That's right, Dfly. ;)

...and I ended up taking your advice. I didn't purchase any extra items at NP last night...but then I realized I actually NEEDED more basics after I made the order. - I'm running low on Fish Oil, and I needed to pick up some MRBars since I've got a very hectic work-week. Memorial Day sales and a rainy weekend in Destin! Oy vey!

What's this MRB bar!?

21 grams of sugar in that one....timber have you tried the very berry flavor....thats my favorite bar out their....but again the macros suck!

Ah, fish oil is approved Irish :p
... side note: I'm holding you personally responsible for reminding me of my own words next time I hit NP.....uhmmm, crap, what did I get myself into ?! :pat:

My workouts were quite intense on Prime (I sometimes go back through my log and go whooooa  I did that ?!!!) and yet I seemed to get away with little recovery. Different story now. Running Anabolic Edge + Activate Extreme, endurance, stamina and strength are all up, I am also able to workout with similar intensity as I did when on Prime, difference is, I REALLY REALLY REALLY NEED OFF DAYS. After the most recent leg workout I felt as energetic as a canned vegetable for the WHOLE following day Invalid Link Removed

..on that note, I'll be adding Prime to my stack very soon :D

* Why did I quote myself ? Because I was too lazy to re-phrase my own words :p

I posted this in Snag's log and I believe it has a place here.

Seriously, yesterday my motivation for working out was ...Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed Invalid Link Removed

...and so it was : Invalid Link Removed

* TODAY was a little different

I was still suffering from leg and butt DOMS :D ....but shoulders needed a workout and I was sure my back could have coped with some more abuse

First I had a good warmup, 45min worth of vacuuming and moping
Then I headed off to the gym (10min bike ride)
and then.....

WEEK 4

SUPERSET 2

2. Pull-Ups (I just felt like doing them !!!!!)

I totally surprised myself with the BB Rows, last week I was spent out by the time I got to them Invalid Link Removed Invalid Link Removed and this week despite more volume & weight (10 sets of pull-ups  and 6lb + on C&P.....+++ the house cleaning frenzy :fool2:) I managed an extra set and even increased the weight by 10lb  :dunno:
