CHEST& BIS


1. Bench Press
2. Cable Curls
3. Narrow Grip Press
4. Barbell Curls
5. Hammer Curls

* Came up with a new strategy to mutilate my chest :twisted:

* Doing simple flat bench press:
1. Resist on the negative :zx11pissed:
2. Let the bar drop to your chest, hold it there for couple of secs until all muscles are relaxed. Try to lift it up again :eek: Repeat 10-15x using ~ 80-85% weight of your 1 rep max...if you can :p

* This way you can't cheat at all by bouncing the bar back up :D

* Had a solid workout, up in reps&set for both bench and curls.

* Think my arms are picking up some size....or maybe it is just wishfull thinking ! :rolleyes:

Just dont stick to the plain mustard df; there's some great ways to kick it up. A hungarian friend introduced me to an extreme horseradish one; it gives you a major headrush, like taking 100 HALLS at once. Your nose starts burning, but its a fun kick lol. I personally love Dijon, with the seeds/grains.

If we're talking legs I need to jump in. I like athletic legs, lean, but muscular. I hate it when girls have legs that seem to be absent of any calves at all, like they've only sat their entire life and the gastrocnemius and soleus have 100% atrophied. It's even worse when a guy has it. I think, "how the hell is this guy even standing right now :dunno:"

I'm not into horse rider legs, more like track & field or soccer player.
