TRAINING UPDATES
DAY 143
Non-stimulated cardio failed miserably, ‘cause I got an extreme adrenal shock when I nearly run over a brown-looking snake Invalid Link Removed :run: In Aussie land brown-looking snakes are not something you want to get even remotely close to. 1hr45min run+sprints.
DAY 144
* Amazing workout, total leg destruction. No decrease in strength or endurance despite lack of stims and alpha female enhancing supps :woohoo: Though I’ve noticed Prime abstinence crisis big time – the weight moved did appear to be awfully heavy
x 1000000000000000 But I didn’t give up
* The hardest thing really was to get myself moooovin’. I felt slightly lazy and unmotivated Invalid Link Removed
The rage did prevail, within first couple of sets, I am who I am after all Invalid Link Removed and pills or no pills, when I hit the weights I mean business ! Invalid Link Removed
Here’s how it went:
1. Walking DB Lunges
2. Squats
I was really happy with that, I felt I could have attacked my MAX of 176lb, but had to restrain myself from it Invalid Link Removed
this routine was not about maxing out but killing the legs….
 ….what on Earth happened to “active recovery” ?! :bsflag::icon_lol:
3. Deads
Hammies were screaming at this stage and there was NO way to get the 154s to 10 reps. That’s OK though, destruction process working well
3. Smith-machine Sumo Squats
our machine has soooo much resistance it is not funny :grumpy:
I have no idea how I pulled that out
, but I can tell you I’ve been walking in a very funny way ever since!
DOMS !
